什么是自信?自信，就是自己信得過自己，自己看得起自己。它，不是孤芳自賞，也不是夜郎自大，更不是得意忘形和自以為是;而是鼓舞自己發(fā)憤進取的一種心里素質(zhì)，是以振奮的斗志，充滿的干勁迎接生活挑戰(zhàn)的一種樂觀心緒;是戰(zhàn)勝自己，道別自卑，擺脫煩擾的一種靈丹妙藥。

還記得，我剛剛升入初中時，面對新的環(huán)境，面對那么多的新的課程和學習內(nèi)容，我對自己失去了信仰，逐步產(chǎn)生了自卑心理，勞績不斷下滑，是老師和媽媽實時扶助我、激勵我，讓我重新找回自信。逐漸的，我的學習勞績及各個方面都有明顯進步，逐步適應了初中的生活。
