fmanufacturer.5.2.3若到貨管子鋼的牌號(hào)、爐罐號(hào)、批號(hào)、交貨狀態(tài)與質(zhì)量證明文件不符,該批管子不得使用。5.2.3Ifbrand,stovenumber,lotnumberanddeliverystateofpipesteeldon’tconformtocertificateofqualification,thebatchofpipescan’tbeused.5.2.4有耐晶間腐蝕要求的材料,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明文件應(yīng)注明晶間腐蝕試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,否則應(yīng)極8"4334.1~6中的有關(guān)規(guī)定,進(jìn)行補(bǔ)項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)。5.2.4Ifthematerialisrequiredtoresistintercrystallinecorrosion,resultofintercrystallinecorrosiontestshallbewritteninthecertificateofqualification;otherwise,additionaltestshallbedoneaccordingtoGB/T4334.1~輸送毒性程度為極度危害和高度危害介質(zhì)管子的質(zhì)量證明文件中應(yīng)有超聲波檢測(cè)結(jié)果,否則應(yīng)按GB5777的規(guī)定,逐根進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。5.2.5Ultrasonicdetectionresultforpipeconveyingutmosthazardorhighhazardmediumshallbewrittenincertificateofqualification;otherwise,eachpipeshallbedetectedaccordingtoGB57鋼管的表面質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:5.2.6Surfacequalityofsteelpipeshallmeetfollowingspecifications:a)鋼管內(nèi)、外表面不得有裂紋、折疊、發(fā)紋、扎折、離層、結(jié)疤等缺陷;Thereshallbenocrack,fold,hairlinecrack,wrinkle,separationlayerorscaboninnerorexteriorsurfaceofsteelpipe.鋼管表面的銹蝕、凹陷、劃痕及其他機(jī)械損傷的深度,不應(yīng)超過(guò)相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)允許的壁厚負(fù)偏差;Depthofrust,hollow,scratchandothermechanicaldamagescdatnh’epteremxicsesieblevariationofwallthickness.c)鋼管端部螺紋、坡口的加工精度及粗糙度應(yīng)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)文件或制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求;Workingaccuracyandroughnessofthreadandgrooveatendofsteelpipeshallmeettherequirementsindesigndocumentofmanufacturestandard.d)有符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的標(biāo)識(shí)。Havemarksmeetingstandard.5.2.7SHA級(jí)管道中,設(shè)計(jì)壓力等于或大于10MPa管子,外表面應(yīng)按下列方法逐根進(jìn)行無(wú)損檢測(cè),檢測(cè)方法和缺陷評(píng)定應(yīng)符合JB4730的規(guī)定,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果以I級(jí)為合格:5.2.7Nondestructivetestshallbedoneforsurfaceofeachpipewhosedesignpressure叁10MPaamongSHAlevelpipelines.TestmethodsandevaluationofdefectshallmeetspecificationsofJB4730.GradeIwillbequalified.a)外徑大于12mm的導(dǎo)磁性鋼管,應(yīng)采用磁粉檢測(cè);Magnetic-particleinspectionshallbecarriedoutformagneticpermeablesteelpipewithexternaldiameterlargerthan12mm.非導(dǎo)磁性鋼管,應(yīng)采用滲透檢測(cè)。Penetrationtestshallbedoneformagneticimpermeablesteelpipe.5.2.8SHA級(jí)管道中,設(shè)計(jì)壓力小于10MPa的輸送極度危害介質(zhì)(苯除外)的管子,每批(指同批號(hào)、同爐罐號(hào)、同材質(zhì)、同規(guī)格)應(yīng)抽5%且不少于一根,按本規(guī)范5.2.7條規(guī)定的方法和評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行外表面磁粉檢測(cè)或滲透檢測(cè),檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果以II級(jí)為合格。抽樣檢驗(yàn)不合格時(shí),應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定處理。5.2.8Exteriorsurfacemagnetic-particleinspectionorpenetrationtestshallbedonefor5%(atleastonepiece)ofeachbatch(ofthesamelotnumber,stovenumber,materialandspecification)ofpipesconveyingutmosthazardmedium(exceptbenzene)withdesignpressurelessthan10MPaaccordingtomethodsandcriteriaforevaluationinClause5.2.7.GradeIIwillbequalified.Ifitisunqualified,thepipesshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause.2.9管子經(jīng)磁粉檢測(cè)或滲透檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)的表面缺陷允許修磨,修磨后的實(shí)際壁厚不得小于管子公稱壁厚的90%,且不得小于設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定的最小壁厚。5.2.9Surfacedefectfoundbymagnetic-particleinspectionorpenetrationtestcanbegrinded.Butthewallthicknessaftergrindingcan’tbelessthan90%ofnominalthicknessofthepipeandmin.thicknessspecifiedindesigndocument.閥門檢驗(yàn)Inspectionofvalve5.3.1設(shè)計(jì)文件要求做低溫密封試驗(yàn)的閥門,應(yīng)有制造單位的低溫密封性試驗(yàn)合格證明書。5.3.1Ifcryogenicsealtestforvalveisrequiredindesigndocument,certificateofqualificationforcryogenicsealtestshallbeprovidedbythemanufacturer.5.3.2用于SHA級(jí)管道的通用閥門,其焊縫或閥體、閥蓋的鑄鋼件,應(yīng)有符合SH3064規(guī)定的無(wú)損檢測(cè)合格證明書。5.3.2Certificateofqualification(meetSH3064)fornondestructivetestofweldjointandsteelcastingofbodyandcoverofuniversalvalveforSHAlevelpipelineshallbeprovided.5.3.3閥門安裝前,應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)文件中的“閥門規(guī)格書”,對(duì)閥門的閥體、密封面及有特殊要求的墊片和填料的材質(zhì)進(jìn)行抽檢,每批至少抽查一件;合金鋼閥門的閥體應(yīng)逐件進(jìn)行光譜分析。若不符合要求,該批閥門不得使用。5.3.3Beforeinstallationofvalve,samplinginspectionshallbedoneformaterialsofvalvebody,sealingface,gasketandfillerhavingspecialrequirement.Atleastoneofeachbatchshallbeinspected.Spectralanalysisshallbedoneforvalvebodyofeachalloysteelvalve.Ifitisunqualified,thebatchofvalvescan’tbeused.5.3.4閥門的外觀質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,不得有裂紋、氧化皮、粘砂、疏松等影響強(qiáng)度的缺陷。5.3.4Appearancequalityofvalveshallmeetrequirementinproductstandard.Thereshallbenocrack,scale,sandfusion,looseandotherdefectsthatcanimpactstrengthofvalve.5.3.5閥門在安裝前,應(yīng)逐個(gè)對(duì)閥體進(jìn)行液體壓力試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍,停壓5min,無(wú)泄漏為合格。5.3.5Beforeinstallation,hydraulictestshallbedoneforeachvalvebody.Maintainthetestpressureat1.5timesofnominalpressurefor5min.ifthevalveisnotleaky,itisqualified.5.3.6具有上密封結(jié)構(gòu)的閥門,應(yīng)逐個(gè)對(duì)上密封進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍。試驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)關(guān)閉上密封面,并松開(kāi)填料壓蓋,停壓4min,無(wú)滲漏為合格。5.3.6Ifthevalvehasuppersealstructure,eachuppersealshallbetested.Uppersealfaceshallbeclosedandcoveroffillershallbeloosened.Maintainthetestpressureat1.1timesofnominalpressurefor4min.Ifthevalveisnotleaky,itisqualified.5.3.7閥門液體壓力試驗(yàn)和上密封試驗(yàn)應(yīng)以潔凈水為介質(zhì)。不銹鋼閥門液體壓力試驗(yàn)時(shí),水中的氯離子含量不得超過(guò)100mg/L,試驗(yàn)合格后應(yīng)立即將水漬清除干凈。5.3.7Cleanwatershallbeusedasmediumforhydraulictestanduppersealtest.Whenhydraulictestisdoneforstainlesssteelvalve,contentofchlorideioninwatercan’texceed100mg/L.Aftertest,waterspotshallberemoved.5.3.8閥門的閥座密封面應(yīng)按SH3064的規(guī)定進(jìn)行密封性試驗(yàn)。5.3.8LeakagetestforsealingsurfaceofvalveseatshallbedoneaccordingtoSH30凡按SH3064或API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造并有相應(yīng)認(rèn)證標(biāo)志,且用戶到制造廠監(jiān)造和驗(yàn)收的閥門,每批可按5%且不少于一個(gè)進(jìn)行抽檢,若有不合格,應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定處理。5.3.9IfvalvesaremanufacturedaccordingtoSH306orAPIstandard,havecertificationmarksandaresupervisedandinspectedbytheuserinthemanufacturer’splant,5%ofeachbatch(atleast1piece)willbechecked.Ifthereisunqualifiedvalve,itshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause.3.10安全閥應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定的開(kāi)啟壓力進(jìn)行調(diào)試。調(diào)壓時(shí)壓力應(yīng)平穩(wěn),啟閉試驗(yàn)不得少于3次。調(diào)試合格后,應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行鉛封。5.3.10Commissioningofsafetyvalveshallbecarriedoutwithcrackingpressurespecifiedindesigndocument.Thepressureshallbestable.Atleastthreetimesofstart-stoptestshallbedone.Qualifiedsafetyvalveshallbesealedwithleadaftercommissioning.5.3.11檢驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)合格的閥門,應(yīng)作出標(biāo)識(shí),并填寫閥門檢驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)記錄。5.3.11Qualifiedvalvesshallbemarked,andinspectionandtestrecordsshallbemade.其他管道組成件檢驗(yàn)Inspectionofconstituentelementsofotherpipes對(duì)其他管道組成件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明文件,應(yīng)進(jìn)行核對(duì),且下列項(xiàng)目應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求:a)化學(xué)成分及力學(xué)性能;b)合金鋼鍛件的金相分析結(jié)果;c)熱處理結(jié)果及焊縫無(wú)損檢測(cè)報(bào)告。Certificateofqualificationofconstituentelementsofotherpipesshallbechecked.Followingitemsshallmeettherequirementsinproductstandard.Chemicalconstitutionandmechanicalproperty.MetallographicanalysisresultofalloysteelforgingHeattreatmentresultandnondestructivetestreportofweldjoint.管件外表面應(yīng)有制造廠代號(hào)(商標(biāo))、規(guī)格、材料牌號(hào)和批號(hào)等標(biāo)識(shí),并與質(zhì)量證明文件相符,否則不得使用。Exteriorsurfaceofelementsshallhavecodename(trademark),specificationandbrandandlotnumberofmaterialthatareconformtocertificateofqualification.Otherwise,itcan’tbeused.管件的表面不得有裂紋,外觀應(yīng)光滑、無(wú)氧化皮,表面的其他缺陷不得超過(guò)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的允許深度。坡口、螺紋加工精度應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。焊接管件的焊縫應(yīng)成形良好,且與母材圓滑過(guò)渡,不得有裂紋、未熔合、未焊透、咬邊等缺陷。urfaceofelementsshallbesmoothwithoutcrackandscale.Otherdefectsonsurfacecan’texceedthepermissibledepthspecifiedinproductstandard.Workingaccuracythreadandgrooveatendshallmeettherequirementsinproductstandard.Weldjointofpipesshallbesmoothandwelljoinwiththepipe.Thereshallbenocrack,stick-outweld,faultyfusionandundercut.SHA級(jí)管道的管件應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.2.7條、5.2.8條的規(guī)定進(jìn)行表面無(wú)損檢測(cè)。ondestructivetestforsurfaceofelementsofSHAlevelpipelineshallbecarriedoutaccordingtoClause5.2.7and5.2.8oftheSpecification.螺栓、螺母的螺紋應(yīng)完整,無(wú)劃痕、毛刺等缺陷,加工精度符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。螺栓、螺母應(yīng)配合良好,無(wú)松動(dòng)或卡澀現(xiàn)象。hreadsofboltandnutshallbecompletewithoutscratchorburr.Workingaccuracyshallmeettheproductstandard.Boltandnutshallfitwitheachotherwithoutlooseorlock.設(shè)計(jì)壓力等于或大于10MPa管道用的合金鋼螺栓、螺母,應(yīng)逐件進(jìn)行快速光譜分析,每批應(yīng)抽兩件進(jìn)行硬度檢驗(yàn),若有不合格,按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定處理。uickspectralanalysistestofeachalloysteelboltandnutforpipelinewithdesignpressure=10MPashallbedone.Hardnessinspectionoftwoelementseachbatchshallbetested.Ifitisunqualified,itshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause5.1.7.設(shè)計(jì)溫度低于-29
