學(xué)分?jǐn)?shù):6一、課程的性質(zhì)、任務(wù)《綜合英語(yǔ)》課程是一門貫穿英語(yǔ)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)階段兩年的綜合技能課程,它有別于單純的理論知識(shí)或單項(xiàng)技能課程,但又與其他課程如聽(tīng)說(shuō)、閱讀、寫(xiě)作等單項(xiàng)技能課相輔相成。本課程的特點(diǎn)在于語(yǔ)言材料全面系統(tǒng),技能訓(xùn)練綜合?!熬C合英語(yǔ)”課程分四個(gè)階段,“綜合英語(yǔ)”(二)為第二階段的課程。
二、課程的教學(xué)目的和要求1、教學(xué)目的:本課程的教學(xué)目的在于培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力。通過(guò)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練與篇章講解分析,使學(xué)生逐步提高語(yǔ)篇閱讀理解能力,了解英語(yǔ)各種文體的表達(dá)方式和特點(diǎn),擴(kuò)大詞匯量,熟悉英語(yǔ)常用句型,具備基本的口頭與筆頭表達(dá)能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)方法,為進(jìn)入高年級(jí)的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。2、教學(xué)要求:本課程的重點(diǎn)在于傳授系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)(語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)法、詞匯、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)言交際功能等),訓(xùn)練基本的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言技能(聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法、邏輯思維能力以及初步運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)交際的能力。本學(xué)期通過(guò)聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練,要求學(xué)生能用英語(yǔ)準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)思想;通過(guò)基本的讀寫(xiě)訓(xùn)練,迅速擴(kuò)大詞匯量,提高閱讀的速度和理解的準(zhǔn)確度,提高筆頭表達(dá)能力。
