我的科研感悟

先介紹一下我的學(xué)術(shù)背景，我本科學(xué)的是化學(xué)工程專業(yè)，碩士和博士學(xué)的是控制理論與控制工程專業(yè)，本碩在一所211工程學(xué)校就讀，博士畢業(yè)于中科院某研究所。博士在讀期間，在本學(xué)科國際雜志上發(fā)表了兩篇SCI文章，獲一項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利，另有其它科研成果若干。下面我就結(jié)合我的專業(yè)背景談一談我的科研之路。希望能對從事科研的人起到一個(gè)拋磚引玉的作用。也希望從事科研的人努力工作，多多創(chuàng)新，為祖國的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量。文章中所列均代表本人觀點(diǎn)，如覺不適，敬請忽略。

科研好點(diǎn)子從哪里來？

1.1選題

要做一流的學(xué)術(shù)，選題非常關(guān)鍵。一個(gè)好的課題，會(huì)使你在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)就能取得一些進(jìn)展；一個(gè)前沿的課題，會(huì)使你站在巨人的肩膀上。為什么國內(nèi)的一些學(xué)者，也做了很多工作，但是卻發(fā)不出高檔次的SCI論文，你可以說他們不屑得發(fā)，但其中很大一個(gè)原因是他們的選題”O(jiān)utofdate”，很難在國際期刊上激起讀者的興趣，甚至他們做的東東早已經(jīng)有人做過了，即便其中有一些新東西，也很難讓國際審稿人認(rèn)同，因?yàn)閷徃迦艘豢吹秸撐念}目就會(huì)在他們的心里留下“這個(gè)問題，我們在七八十年代已經(jīng)做過了”的印象，最后難逃拒稿的命運(yùn)。那么怎么樣選題呢？一個(gè)簡單的辦法是閱讀國際頂級(jí)雜志最新發(fā)表的文章，看看他們都在搞什么？再結(jié)合自己的專業(yè)背景，或進(jìn)行學(xué)科交叉，或查找缺陷、不足，或進(jìn)行方法移植，這樣選擇的課題實(shí)際上已經(jīng)和國外同行站在同一跑道上了。但由于別人已經(jīng)有了一定的基礎(chǔ)了，且稿件有一定的滯后性，他的加速度會(huì)比我們大，所以我們在具體搞研究時(shí)一定要另辟蹊徑。等到我們自己開辟的路在國際上已經(jīng)得到別人的認(rèn)可并且成體系時(shí)，我們就可以沿著這條路繼續(xù)前進(jìn)了?？傊业倪x題原則是“基于國際前沿，另辟蹊徑”。

1.2方法論

科學(xué)研究是需要方法的，而且是有方法的。我們在做化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，需要先構(gòu)思實(shí)驗(yàn)方案；在控制被控對象時(shí)，需要先設(shè)計(jì)控制算法。這些“構(gòu)思”、“設(shè)計(jì)”等過程就是一個(gè)點(diǎn)子產(chǎn)生的過程。發(fā)文章也一樣，一篇文章實(shí)際上就是一個(gè)點(diǎn)子。在做科研時(shí)有意識(shí)地用方法論去思考，會(huì)產(chǎn)生很多新的、好的點(diǎn)子。以燃料電池的控制為例：燃料電池是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的非線性系統(tǒng)，在做該系統(tǒng)的控制時(shí)，我們很自然地會(huì)想到先用線性的方法來解決?？墒怯镁€性的方法去控制非線性系統(tǒng)，控制效果不佳。這時(shí)就用到了辯證法中的“內(nèi)外因”理論，充分利用系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)因，即把系統(tǒng)的“狀態(tài)”信息用于控制器的設(shè)計(jì)中，使控制效果得到提高。這部分成果發(fā)表于IEEETransactionsonControlSystemsTechnology上。通過進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)控制效果還有提高的余地，這時(shí)就試圖用非線性的控制方法來解決。于是應(yīng)用了辯證法中“局部與整體的關(guān)系”原理，提出了實(shí)時(shí)簡化變論域的模糊控制方法，在整體上控制結(jié)構(gòu)不變化，在局部上論域隨著誤差的變化而伸縮。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了更精確的控制，使控制性能大大提高。這部分成果發(fā)表于EuropeanJournalofControl上。在做燃料電池控制時(shí)又遇到了需要用一個(gè)操作變量去控制兩個(gè)被控變量的情形。用一個(gè)操作變量怎么能控制兩個(gè)被控變量呢？采用辯證法中“抓主要矛盾”原理可以輕松解決。即在控制的某一時(shí)刻，以其中一個(gè)被控變量作為主要控制目標(biāo)，在另一時(shí)刻，以另一被控變量作為主要控制目標(biāo)，通過兩個(gè)被控變量之間的交替控制作用，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)以一個(gè)操作變量去控制兩個(gè)被控變量的目標(biāo)。另外在科研的過程中，我還應(yīng)用“類比法”、“移植法”，將模糊控制和預(yù)測控制用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制中，提出了基于線性模型預(yù)測和基于非線性模型預(yù)測的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化預(yù)測模糊控制方法。由于本人現(xiàn)在工作比較繁忙，后幾部分的科研成果正在陸續(xù)整理之中。

值得一提的是“逆向”思維法是一個(gè)非常好的思維方法，如利用的好有時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生異想不到的效果。逆向法應(yīng)用最典型的例子就是電梯的發(fā)明，通常情況下，人們上樓梯都是人在動(dòng)，樓梯不動(dòng)，采用逆向思維法，讓樓梯動(dòng)，人不動(dòng)，就發(fā)明了電梯。我在科研時(shí)也曾應(yīng)用過此思維方法，想出的點(diǎn)子也非常好，只是后來發(fā)現(xiàn)國際上已有成果發(fā)表了。另外還有很多創(chuàng)新方法，讀者可參閱欒玉廣教授編寫的“自然辯證法原理”和“科技創(chuàng)新的藝術(shù)”。從中會(huì)收益良多！

怎樣發(fā)表SCI文章？

其實(shí)發(fā)表SCI文章不容易但也并不難，說不容易是因?yàn)楸緦W(xué)科SCI雜志有限，很多期刊都是雙月刊、季刊。有的期刊一年才發(fā)表三十多篇。全世界從事科研的人眾多，大家都想在SCI雜志上發(fā)表，可謂僧多粥少。于是就成就了好的期刊的高拒稿率。說不難是因?yàn)橹灰行曼c(diǎn)子且掌握一定的技巧，付出辛苦和汗水，就一定會(huì)有收獲的。發(fā)表SCI文章，我個(gè)人覺得應(yīng)該注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

第一條就是選題要新。好的文章應(yīng)能激起讀者的興趣，而國際前沿的新課題是最能引起讀者興趣的。實(shí)際上只有文章能引起讀者的興趣，編輯才愿意接收，出版商才有利可圖，才能換來不收版面費(fèi)的良性循環(huán)。

第二條是期刊的選擇，每一種期刊都有她的喜好，同樣的文章在某個(gè)期刊上不受歡迎，在另一個(gè)期刊上可能會(huì)大受歡迎。可以通過查看期刊的Scope和查閱接收的文章了解。另外期刊的審稿周期會(huì)從十幾天到幾個(gè)月不等，如果是月刊，審稿周期會(huì)短些，如果是季刊，特別是知名季刊，審稿周期怎么也得四個(gè)月。稿件的處理周期一般會(huì)在發(fā)表的文章中有體現(xiàn)。

第三條是文章結(jié)構(gòu)，在寫文章前一定要好好斟酌文章結(jié)構(gòu)，一旦結(jié)構(gòu)定下來了，再改就不容易了，就要大動(dòng)干戈了。一開始時(shí)定結(jié)構(gòu)比較難，可多參考別人的文章，多參考好的雜志上的文章，等到寫的多了，就會(huì)有自己的風(fēng)格了。

第四條是不要怕被拒，拒稿是正常的，通常情況下，第一版投稿是要被拒的。但只要沒拒死就有希望。即便是被拒死了，如果能獲得審稿人的意見，也不算白投，每一次投稿過程對自己都是一種提高。一定要認(rèn)真對待審稿人的意見，逐條回答，態(tài)度決定一切！

第五條是在國際上發(fā)表文章，一定不要像在國內(nèi)那樣，我的體會(huì)是在國內(nèi)發(fā)表文章，要把簡單問題復(fù)雜化，問題越復(fù)雜，越不容易被拒。而在國際上發(fā)表文章，一定要把復(fù)雜問題簡單化，要像講故事一樣把每一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)用通俗的語言講清楚。國內(nèi)、國外的這種區(qū)別，我個(gè)人覺得與我們的版面篇幅有關(guān)，在國內(nèi)發(fā)表文章，就四五頁，去掉引言、結(jié)論、參考文獻(xiàn)，想把問題闡述透都難。在國際上發(fā)表文章，一篇文章雙欄十幾頁，不把問題講明白就甭想發(fā)。

第六條是注重細(xì)節(jié)，細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗。文章盡量用專業(yè)的排版軟件如Latex來處理。圖片的清晰度要高，要美，一幅圖要表現(xiàn)盡可能多的信息，但不要影響整體效果。參考文獻(xiàn)的編寫一定要規(guī)范，要盡可能引用所要發(fā)表期刊上的文章，國為期刊需要提高影響因子，需要你做貢獻(xiàn)，有的期刊在文章發(fā)表前會(huì)直接提出此要求。公式，符號(hào)說明一定要表達(dá)清楚，該寫的寫，不該寫的不要寫。有很多期刊，外審前第一步就是要TechniqueCheck，所以一定要在細(xì)節(jié)上下功夫。

第七條是英文的潤色，英文不好是正常的，因?yàn)槲覀兪侵v中文的。重要的是盡我們可能把英文表達(dá)好。盡量使用簡單的句子，有條件的可以找一個(gè)懂專業(yè)的外國朋友幫著潤色。沒條件的可以拿本字典逐句校對。平時(shí)閱讀別人的文章時(shí)多積累比較好的句子。不要擔(dān)心會(huì)有抄襲的嫌疑，從兩三個(gè)人的文章里拿些句子是抄襲，如果是從幾百個(gè)人、幾千個(gè)人的文章里各拿個(gè)句子就不是抄襲了，這是一個(gè)度的問題。

第八條是文章要反復(fù)改，一篇文章自己不改上十遍不要投。文章改幾遍后可以放一段時(shí)間再改。每一遍都會(huì)覺得有提高，都會(huì)覺得改的值。自己改的遍數(shù)多了，實(shí)際上可以縮短審稿時(shí)間！因?yàn)槲恼略诰庉嬍种蟹祷匾淮蔚臅r(shí)間要比我們在下面多改幾次的時(shí)間要長很多，而且文章的檔次會(huì)有所提高，增加了一次接收的機(jī)率。

下面我把我的一篇文章的投稿經(jīng)歷和大家分享一下(另一篇直接接收，四個(gè)審稿人的意見都很積極，沒有代表性)。從Reject&Resubmit到Accept，充分說明只要不被拒死，就是有希望的。
