ryconvenient.Theaircraftleftenginecover,leftboxspringcoversupportoilandgasareused,opensavetimeandeffort.2.7Modelingandmachinevisiondrivers.Wholeshapeofbeautifulanduniquemachine,thecabstructurewithsixsides,soastoincreasethedoorwidthofthecab,frontbladetoenhancethehydrauliccylinder,comparedwiththetraditionalstyle,greatlyimprovedvision.2.8configurationROPS/FOPScab,straighttiltingbladeandthemachineafterthetractionframeisastandardconfiguration.Atthesametime,userscanuseoptionaldifferentangleblade,ripper,andheatingandairconditioning.TQ160履帶式全液壓推土機(jī)TQ160A是在參考和吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,自行研制開(kāi)發(fā)的一種靜液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)履帶式推土機(jī)。它采用國(guó)際采購(gòu)方式采購(gòu)配套件,對(duì)影響推土機(jī)性能的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、主液壓泵、驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)及關(guān)鍵的電氣元件均采用了國(guó)際名牌產(chǎn)品,確保該機(jī)性能優(yōu)越,同時(shí)在設(shè)計(jì)中還溶入了多項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新技術(shù)。1、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)道依茨BF6M1013EC原裝進(jìn)口)額定功率(kW)/轉(zhuǎn)速(r/min)137/2300整機(jī)質(zhì)量(kg)16500履帶中心距(mm)1880履帶接地長(zhǎng)度(mm)2430履帶板寬度(mm)510接地比壓(kPa)67鏟刀(長(zhǎng)X高)(mm)3420X1150鏟刀最大切土深度(mm)545鏟刀最大提升高度(mm)1095最小轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑(不帶鏟)(mm)1900車(chē)速(km/h)前進(jìn)兩擋:0?4.5、0?10后退兩擋:0?4.5、0?102、主要結(jié)構(gòu)及性能特點(diǎn)2.1擺軸式臺(tái)車(chē)架如圖1所示,臺(tái)車(chē)架采用擺軸式結(jié)構(gòu),它與平衡梁通過(guò)專(zhuān)用鉸接機(jī)構(gòu)相連,充分滿足推土機(jī)工作中對(duì)臺(tái)車(chē)架的擺動(dòng)要求;與機(jī)架之間通過(guò)相互獨(dú)立的樞軸固定,樞軸為可拆卸式結(jié)構(gòu),整機(jī)大部分重量通過(guò)樞軸直接傳遞給機(jī)架,大大減輕了推土機(jī)在工作時(shí)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)所受到的沖擊力,延長(zhǎng)了傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的使用壽命;擺軸結(jié)構(gòu)省去傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)臺(tái)車(chē)架的斜支撐,簡(jiǎn)化了結(jié)構(gòu)、改善了加工工藝性、降低了生產(chǎn)成本、提高了剛性;由于終傳動(dòng)與臺(tái)車(chē)架分開(kāi),可以在不拆卸臺(tái)車(chē)架的情況下直接維修終傳動(dòng),便于維修保養(yǎng)。圖12.2工作裝置操縱工作裝置操縱采用先導(dǎo)控制系統(tǒng),鏟刀所有動(dòng)作:提升、下降、左右傾斜及浮動(dòng),通過(guò)一個(gè)手柄完成,操縱非常省力,輕便靈敏,準(zhǔn)確可靠。圖2所示為推土鏟操縱手柄。同時(shí),該機(jī)所配松土器也采用了先導(dǎo)液壓控制系統(tǒng)。2.3行駛操縱及停車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖2行駛操縱采用液壓比例伺服控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由專(zhuān)用的先導(dǎo)齒輪泵供油,把前進(jìn)、后退、左右轉(zhuǎn)向及靜液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)特有的原地轉(zhuǎn)向性能集中于一個(gè)手柄,同時(shí)該手柄還集成了行車(chē)?yán)?、快慢擋切換及倒車(chē)報(bào)警等,從而大大簡(jiǎn)化了行駛操縱系統(tǒng),使駕駛員能集中精力工作。當(dāng)控制手柄處于中立位置時(shí),便切斷了進(jìn)入變量泵比例伺服控制閥的動(dòng)力油,液壓泵排量為零,液壓馬達(dá)閉鎖,車(chē)輛不能行走,從而達(dá)到安全制動(dòng)的目的。為確保車(chē)輛安全,該機(jī)還在一級(jí)從動(dòng)齒輪軸上設(shè)計(jì)了停車(chē)安全制動(dòng)器(或稱(chēng)緊急停車(chē)制動(dòng)器),該制動(dòng)器為常閉式,當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火或行駛操縱手柄處于中立位置時(shí),制動(dòng)器在彈簧力作用下閉鎖,實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛制動(dòng);而當(dāng)操縱行駛手柄時(shí),在控制油液的作用下打開(kāi)制動(dòng)器,使推土機(jī)行駛。停車(chē)制動(dòng)器可以通過(guò)制動(dòng)操縱手柄及緊急制動(dòng)按鈕控制,操縱其中的任何一個(gè),均可實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛制動(dòng)。2.4傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)如圖3所示,TQ160A推土機(jī)采用雙泵雙回路閉式液壓系統(tǒng),由發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)雙聯(lián)變量泵,帶動(dòng)柱塞式變量液壓馬達(dá),組成靜液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),最后經(jīng)終傳動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)履帶行駛和轉(zhuǎn)向。每側(cè)履帶均由獨(dú)立的靜液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng),使
