rvisionandotherrelatedpersonnelpresentduringtheunpackingofequipmentforobviousdefects,makerecordsandreporttotherelevantpersonnel.設(shè)備及人身安全。由于盤體較重,要用力平穩(wěn)、一致。不允許劇烈振動和撞擊。盤到位后,bypressingtheSetupicontechniciangoodoutoftheboxtheorder,shippedtothebaseaftertheunpackingprocesstoensurethatequipmentandpersonalsafety.Duetoheavyplatebody,toforceasmoothandconsistent.Donotallowexcessivevibrationandshock.Afterthediscinplace,butalsocarefullycheckthemodeliscorrect,parts,missingparts,damagedpartsaftercheckingmakearecord.4)盤柜找平、找正時,先精確的找好第一塊,再以第一塊為基準,將其它依次調(diào)整找平、找正。Enclosureleveling,alignment,firstthefirstonetofindagoodaccurate,thenthefirstoneasareference,theotherinordertoadjusttheleveling,alignment.5)同一系列規(guī)格相鄰兩盤、柜、臺的頂部高度允許偏差為2mmm;Inthesameseriesspecificationsoftwoadjacentplates,cabinets,tabletopheighttolerancefor2mmmjunctionofthesameseriesspecificationscubicle,deskbetweenmorethantwo,topheighttoleranceof5mm;frontdeskseamsflatnesstoleranceof1mm;8)當盤、柜、臺問的連接處超過5處時,正面的平面度允許偏差為5mm;Whenthedisc,connectioncabinets,deskandaskedthemorethan5,thefrontoftheflatnesstoleranceof5mm;9)相鄰兩盤、柜、臺之間的接縫的間隙,不大于2mm。Twoadjacentcubicle,thegapbetweentheseamsofthestation,nomorethan2mm.ngofjunctionboxesshallbeinstalledatgradeorontheplatform.Locationofjunctionboxeswillgenerallybedecidedbyconsideringoperability,easeofmaintenance.2)接線箱應(yīng)根據(jù)施工圖進行安裝。Junctionboxesshallbeinstalledinaccordancewithconstructiondrawingsand/orinstructionbyBYC’ssupervisor.3)當不在接線箱內(nèi)工作時,所有的接線箱蓋板必須完全關(guān)閉。3.儀表支架instrumentsupportndothersupportsshallbefabricatedandinstalledinaccordancewithapproveddrawings.2)在制作完成后,立柱和支架應(yīng)立即進行表面處理并刷底漆。Surfacepreparationandprimercoatingshallbeappliedforallstanchionsandsupportsimmediatelyaftercompletionoffabrication.3)在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進行防火處理前,應(yīng)將支架安裝到結(jié)構(gòu)件上。Whenasupportisattachedtoastructuralmember,theworkshallbecarriedoutbeforefireproofingofthemember4)儀表立柱為2寸鍍鋅鋼管。Theinstrumentstanchionsshallbeof2inchsteelpipeasarule.4.基礎(chǔ)槽鋼的安裝foundationchannelsteelfabricationandinstallation在設(shè)備安裝前,基礎(chǔ)槽鋼應(yīng)水平地固定到地面上。基礎(chǔ)型鋼應(yīng)平直并固定良好。基礎(chǔ)的尺寸應(yīng)與設(shè)備底座一致。其水平度的允許誤差為1mm/m。當基礎(chǔ)底座的長度大于5m時,全長允許誤差為5mm。Priortoinstallationofequipment,thechannelbaseshallbefastenedtothefloorhorizontally.Theprofiledsteelsofthefoundationsshouldbestraightandwellfixed.Theirsizesshouldcomplywithequipmentbases.Theallowableerrorforlinearityshallbe1mm/m.Incasethelengthofthebottomseatofsectionalsteelis>5m,theallowableerrorinfulllengthshallbe5mm.strumentinstallation(1)儀表的中心距操作地面的高度宜為1.2m-1.5m之間;theelevationofthecenterofinstrumentshouldbe1.2m(2)顯示儀表應(yīng)安裝在便于觀察示值的位置;installindicativemeteratpositioneasytoread.(3)儀表不應(yīng)安裝在有振動、潮濕、易受機械損傷、有強電磁場干擾、高溫、溫度變化和有腐蝕性氣體的位置;instrumentshouldnotbeinstalledinpositionsofvibration,humidity,easybedamagedbymachine,strongmagneticdisturbance,hightemperature,sharptemperaturechangeandcorrosiongas.(4)安裝過程中不應(yīng)敲擊、震動儀表。儀表安裝后應(yīng)牢固、平正。儀表與設(shè)備、管道或構(gòu)件的連接及固定部位應(yīng)受力均勻,不應(yīng)承受非正常的外力。Noknockingandvibratinginstrumentduringinstallation.Installedinstrumentshouldbefirmandeven.Thestressattheconnectionjointsandfixedpositionbetweeninstrumentandequipment,pipeandstructureshouldbesymmertrical,noabnormalstressfromoutside.(5)儀表設(shè)備的安裝位置、連接型式、方向、標高原則上按照施工圖進行,安裝的細節(jié)和使用方法按照說明書的要求進行。Principally,theinstallationposition,connectiontype,orientationandelevationofinstrumentshouldbeinaccordancewithconstructiondrawing,detailsandusagemethodsreferringtospecifications.不宜安裝在震動、潮濕、高溫、宜受機械損傷、強磁場干擾、腐蝕性強的地方。Instrument,uptotherequirementsofmeasurementprecisionandcontrolsensitivity,shouldbeinstalledinlocationconvenientforoperation,maintenanceandobservation.Theyshallnotbeinstalledinapositionofvariation,humidity,hightemperature,easytobemechanicallydamaged,strongmagneticfielddisturbanceandstrongcausticity.(7)儀表設(shè)備的進線引入孔不應(yīng)朝上,以避免油水、灰塵進入接線端處。Theintakeholeofinstrumentshouldnotbeupwardtoavoidoil,wateranddustfromenteringintoconnectionjoint.(8)直接安裝在工藝管道間的控制閥、流量計、一次元件等,應(yīng)在工藝管道吹掃完畢后進行安裝。Fieldthermometer,pressuremeterandtestinginstrumentwillbeinstalledasperstandardDWG.Controlvalves,flowmetersandinlineinstrumentsinstalleddirectlyintheprocesspipingshallonlybeinstalledafterpipingblowingandflushing.(9)在安裝完成后,儀表及其附件應(yīng)進行適當?shù)谋Wo,防止因其它施工引起儀表及附件accessoriesshallbesuitablyprotectedbyabag,weatherprooforfire-resistantsheeting,etc.againstpossibledamageorcontaminationcausedbyotherconstructionworks.2)溫度檢測儀表的主要安裝要求:Installationrequirementsoftemperaturemeasureinstrument:(1)接觸式溫度檢測儀表的測溫元件應(yīng)安裝在能準確反映被測對象溫度的地方。Thetemperaturedeviceoftouchtemperaturemeasureinstrumentshouldbeinstalledinthelocationwherecanaccuratelyreflectthetemperatureofobject.保溫的設(shè)備或管道上時,一直到溫度計套管的螺紋連接件處都要進行保溫。Incaseofinstallingtoheatinsulatedequipmentorpiping,insulationshallbeprovideduptothethreadportionofthermowell.3)壓力檢測儀表安裝的主要要求:InstallationofPressureGauge(1)對于測量潮濕氣體、水平敷設(shè)的較長的導(dǎo)壓管,安裝坡度應(yīng)大于1/10,并應(yīng)敷設(shè)在無振動的位置。Longhorizontaltubingforwettedgasserviceshallhavegradientmorethan1/10.Andselectthegoodpositionwithoutvibration.(2)如果壓力表遠離取樣點,應(yīng)確認取樣點和壓力計之間的差壓。Differenceofpressurebetweentappingpointandpressuregaugeshallbeconfirmedifthelocationisfarfromtappingpoint.mayberequiredforthedifferenceofthegaugeforgeneral,forammonia,foroxygenandforoilprohibited.(4)當被測介質(zhì)壓力波動較大時,應(yīng)采取緩沖措施。Bufferingmeasuresshouldbetakenwhenthetargetmediaaresubjecttomajorpressurefluctuation.(5)在安裝完成后,應(yīng)關(guān)緊切斷閥。Afterinstallation,take-offvalvesshallbeclosedtightly.4)差壓變送器的安裝Installationofdifferentialtypetransmittersteam,sealpotshouldbeprovided.Thesealpotshallbeatthesameelevation.(2)導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)盡可能短。測量液位或壓力的變送器的安裝位置應(yīng)盡可能靠近取壓管嘴,避免因為產(chǎn)品本身特性而產(chǎn)生不必要的聚合和結(jié)晶的危險。Pressureleadtubingshallbeprovidedasshortaspossible.Transmittersforlevelorpressureshouldbeinstalledascloseaspossibletothenozzleinordertoavoidunnecessaryriskofpolymerizationorcrystallization,dependingontheproduct.(3)正負壓的導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)盡可能的平行安裝,并應(yīng)安裝在環(huán)境溫度相同的地方,固定支架的間距應(yīng)小于2m。Pressureleadtubingisinstalledinparallelasmuchaspossibleandshallhavethesameenvironmentaltemperature.Supportshallbefixedtosupportingstructurelessthan2metersspan.5)流量檢測儀表的主要安裝要求:sofflowmeasureinstrument(1)節(jié)流件的安裝應(yīng)符合下列要求:Installationofthrottlepieceshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements.安裝前應(yīng)進行外觀檢查,孔板的入口邊緣應(yīng)無毛刺、圓角和可見損傷;Surfacecheckpriortoinstallation,noburr,roundangleandvisibledamageintheexitofspraymouthandentranceoforificeplate.節(jié)流件必須在管道吹掃后安裝;Installthrottlepieceafterpipingblowing節(jié)流件的安裝方向,必須使流體從節(jié)流件的上游端面流向節(jié)流件下游端面??装宓匿J邊或噴嘴的曲面?zhèn)葢?yīng)迎著被測流體的流向;theinstallationorientationofthrottlemustensureliquidflowfromtheupstreamofthrottletothedownstream.Thecurvesurfaceofshapemarginorspraymouthshouldfacetheflowrouteofobjectedliquid節(jié)流件的端面應(yīng)垂直于管道軸線,其允許偏差為10;Thesurfaceofthrottleshouldplumbwithpipingaxis,withallowabledeviationof10在水平和傾斜的管道上安裝的孔板或噴嘴,若有排泄孔時,排泄孔的位置為:當流體為液體時應(yīng)在管道的正上方,當流體為氣體或蒸汽時應(yīng)在管道的正下方。Fororificeplateorspraymouthinstalledonlevelordecliningpiping,itsdrainagehole,ifhave,shouldbepositionedas:theoppositeupsideofpipingiftheflowisliquid,andtheoppositedownsideiftheflowisgasorsteam.流體流向必須自下而上,上游直管段長度不宜小于5倍管直徑;Rotorflowmetershouldbeinstalledonnon-vibratingpiping,withtheanglebetweenitscenterlineandplumblinenomorethan20.Thedirectionofobjectiveflowmustbefromtheuppertodown.Andthelengthofstraightpipingattheupstreamshouldbenolessthan5timesofpipingdiameter.(3)渦街流量計信號線應(yīng)使用屏蔽線,上、下游直管段的長度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,放大器與流量計分開安裝時,兩者的間的距離不應(yīng)超過20M;Thesignallineofturbineflowmetershouldbescreenline,andthelengthofstraightpipingatupstreamanddownstreamshouldmeetdesignrequirement.Thedistancebetweenamplifierandflowmeter,ifinstalledseparated,shouldbenomorethan20M.(4)電磁流量計的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Theinstallationofelectromagneticflowmetershouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:流量計外殼、被測流體和管道連接法蘭三者之間應(yīng)做等電位連接,并應(yīng)接地;Theoutershellofflowmeter,objectflowandconnectiveflangeofpipingshouldconnectwithpotentialvoltageandgrounding.在垂直的管道上安裝時,被測流體的流向應(yīng)自下而上,在水平的管道上安裝時,兩個測量電極不應(yīng)在管道的正下方和正上方位置;Wheninstalledonverticalpiping,theobjectliquidshouldflowdowntoup,whileinstalledonhorizontalpiping,twomeasureelectrodesshouldnotbelocatedattheoppositedownanduppiping.流量計上游直管段長度和安裝支撐方式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。Thelengthofstraightpipingattheupstreamofflowandthetypeofinstallationandsupportshouldmeetdesignrequirement.于垂直平面內(nèi)。橢圓齒輪流量計和腰輪流量計在垂直管道上安裝時,管道內(nèi)流體流向應(yīng)自下而上;Thegearflowmetershouldbeinverticalplane.Wheninstallinggearflowmeterandwaistflowmeteronverticalpiping,liquidinsidepipingshouldflowuptodown(6)超聲波流量計上、下游直管段應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,對于水平管道,換能器的位置應(yīng)在與水平直徑成450夾角的范圍內(nèi)。被測管道內(nèi)壁不應(yīng)有影響測量精度的結(jié)垢層或涂層;Straightpipingattheupstreamanddownstreamofultrasonicflowmetershouldmeetdesignrequirement.Forhorizontalpiping,thelocationofenergyexchangershouldbeinthescopeofangleof450.Nofilthyorcoatinsideobjectpipingthatimpactsmeasureprecision.矩形流量管、U型流量管應(yīng)處于垂直平面內(nèi)。工藝介質(zhì)為氣體時,流量管應(yīng)處于工藝管道的上方;工藝介質(zhì)為液體時,流量管應(yīng)處于工藝管道的下方。Theflowmetersshouldbeinstalledaccordingtoinstallationinstructionofmanufacturer,withtherectangularboxpipesandU-shapedboxpipesintheverticalplane.Whentheprocessmediaaregases,theboxpipesshouldbeinstalledabovetheprocesspipes,andwhentheprocessmediaareliquid,theboxpipesshouldbeinstalledbelowtheprocesspipes.6)物位檢測儀表的主要安裝要求:Maininstallationrequirementsofliquidlevelinstrument:用差壓計或差壓變送器測量液位時,儀表安裝高度不應(yīng)高于下部取壓口;但是吹氣法及利用低沸點液體汽化傳遞壓力的方法測量液位時,不受此規(guī)定限制;WhenmeasurelevelwithdifferentialpressuremeterorDPtransmitter,theinstallationelevationofinstrumentshouldnotmorethandownpressuretap;buttheelevationisnotinthelimitifmeasurelevelbythemethodofblowingorpressuretransmissionoflow-boilingliquidblowoff.7)控制閥的安裝Installationofcontrolvalves(1)控制閥上下游直管段的長度應(yīng)大于150mm或等于工藝管道的直徑。Straightpipelongerthan150mmorequaltopipediametershallbeprovidedatbothupstreamanddownstreamofvalve.(2)控制閥的閥桿應(yīng)盡可能地垂直安裝,只有蝶閥的轉(zhuǎn)軸應(yīng)水平安裝。Stemshallbeinstalledverticallyifpossible.Onlyrotatingshaftofbutterflyvalvewillbeinstalledhorizontally.(3)閥門的安裝位置應(yīng)便于操作和維護。Valveshallbeinstalledconsideringoperability.(4)如果控制閥太重,閥門上下游的工藝管道應(yīng)加以支撐。Pipingaroundcontrolvalveshallbesupportedifcontrolvalveisveryheavy.8)毛細管的安裝Installationofcapillarytube(1)毛細管敷設(shè)時應(yīng)采取適當?shù)谋Wo措施,在需要支架的地方應(yīng)支撐牢固。Goodcareshallbetakentohavethecapillarytubesproperlyandfirmlysupported,whereversuchsupportingisrequired.(2)應(yīng)避免毛細管過度彎曲,防止毛細管阻塞。Excessivebendingofthecapillarytubesmustbeavoidedtopreventclogging.(3)由于熱膨脹或容器、罐或其它設(shè)備的運轉(zhuǎn),使毛細管承受過度應(yīng)力,安裝時應(yīng)考慮適當?shù)墓苈费a償。Incasewhereexcessivestressesofforcesareexpectedatthecapillarytubeasresultofthermalexpansionormovementofvessel,columnorotherfacilities,propertubinginstallationshallbedesignedandperformed.9.InstallationofToxicGasDetector分析儀表的安裝(1)分析儀表的安裝位置應(yīng)嚴格根據(jù)施工圖紙所給出的位置定位。InstallationpositionoftoxicgasdetectorwillstrictlycomplywithIFCDWG.(2)安裝時必須嚴格按照產(chǎn)品說明書規(guī)定,進行安裝;Productinstructionwillbecompliancewith.(3)分析取樣系統(tǒng)應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求安裝,應(yīng)有完整的取樣預(yù)處理裝置,預(yù)處理裝置應(yīng)單獨安Installanalyzersamplingsysteminaccordancewithdesignrequirement,completesamplingpre-treatmentapparatuswhichshouldbeindividuallyinstalled,nearconveyingmachine.(4)被分析樣品的排放管應(yīng)直接與排放總管連接,總管應(yīng)引至室外安全場所,其集液處應(yīng)Thedrainpipeofanalyzersamplingshouldbedirectlyconnectedwithdrainheaderwhichleadstosafetyplaceofoutdoors.Drainapparatusisrequiredatliquidcollectionlocation.abletraygassourcepipeandcablepulling(1)主橋架、分支橋架、導(dǎo)壓管、電纜等線路敷設(shè)應(yīng)避開高溫、強磁、有受機械損傷危險和介質(zhì)泄漏的地方。在設(shè)備和工藝管線上安裝導(dǎo)壓管時,應(yīng)為保溫留下足夠的空間。Maincabletray,branchcabletray,impulsepipeandcablepullingwillavoidplaceswithhightemperature,highpoweredmagnetic,mechanicaldamageriskandmediumleakage.Impulsepipewillbeinstalledinequipmentsandprocesspipelinewithsufficientspace.(2)沿支托架固定,其敷設(shè)必須橫平豎直、固定牢固。彎頭及中間接頭處應(yīng)平滑,不能有銳角、毛刺。配管應(yīng)減少彎曲和交叉,不得有急劇和復(fù)雜的彎曲,應(yīng)排列整齊,支架間距應(yīng)均勻,符合規(guī)定。Fixthemupalongbracketstomakesuretheyarestraightandsteady.Elbowsandinter-tie-inswillbesmoothwithoutanyedgesandburrs.Bendingandcrossingwillbereducedwhendistributetubes.Suddenandcomplexbendingisnotallowed.Thetubeswillbearrangedneatlywithevenspace.(3)管路采用機械彎曲,彎管不能彎扁,不能有裂紋。其管切割采用機械切割,切口處應(yīng)打磨好,不能卷邊或有毛刺。Mechanicalbendingwillbeusedforpiping.Andthebendedpipewillbefreefromflatandcracks.Mechanicalcuttingwillbeadopt,andtheportofcuttingwillbegriddedwithoutanyedgerolledorburrs.2)橋架安裝cabletrayinstallation工圖施工,不得自行改動其走向、標高。StrictlycomplywithIFCDWG,anychangeswithoutapprovalisprohibited.filed.Anytwistordistortionisnotallowed.willbesmoothwithoutanyburr,sharpedgesandarris.(4)電纜敷設(shè)工作完成后,橋架內(nèi)應(yīng)清理干凈,蓋板固定牢固。每一塊橋架蓋板的兩端應(yīng)采用不銹鋼綁扎帶進行固定。Aftercablepulling,cleanupcabletrayandfix-upcovers.Bothendsofcabletraycoverwillbeboundbybindingbelts.(5)橋架或支撐的防護層,因焊接工作或其它施工遭損壞后,應(yīng)盡快對其進行修復(fù)和防腐處理。Whencoatingoftrays,ductsorsupportsisdamagedeitherbyweldingorotherconstructionwork,theportionshallberepairedtopreventcorrosionassoonaspossible.(6)橋架的支撐間隔不得超過2m。Traysorductsshallbesupportedatintervalsnotexceeding2m.(7)電纜直接從橋架中引出,應(yīng)在與電纜直接接觸的橋架邊沿上增加橋架護邊,以保護電纜不受損傷,在橋架終端和橋架切割口的邊沿必須要用橋架護邊進行保護,避免損壞電纜外層。Thedrawing-outofcablesfromtrays/ductsshallbemadethroughrubberbushingsprovidedonthesidewalloftrays/ducts.Theendandsharpcuttingedgeofcabletraymustbeprotectedwithrubberbushingstoavoidinjuringthecables.3)電纜敷設(shè)Cablepulling(1)電纜敷設(shè)前應(yīng)做好外觀檢查和導(dǎo)通絕緣電阻測試,并用500V兆歐表測量絕緣電阻,MQ以上。Visualinspectionandinsulatedresistancetestwillbedonebeforecablepulling.Insulatedresistanceshallbemeasuredby500VMQandtheresultshallbemorethan10MQ.(2)電纜在橋架內(nèi)敷設(shè)時,不得有拉伸應(yīng)力,防止機械損傷。在敷設(shè)路徑中,要配備足夠數(shù)量的人員,防止由于拖拉、摩擦和其它疏忽引起電纜和導(dǎo)線的損傷。Anytensionstressisnotallowedwhenpullingcablestopreventmechanicaldamage.Sufficientworkerswillbeonsitetopreventcablesandleadsdamagefrompulling,frictionetc.(3)交流230V50Hz(及更高電壓)的供電電纜、信號電纜或電線不應(yīng)敷設(shè)在同一橋架或線槽中,本安電纜電線和非本安電纜電線也不應(yīng)敷設(shè)在同一橋架或線槽中。當本安電纜和非本安電纜在同一橋架中敷設(shè)時,應(yīng)用接地金屬隔板或具有足夠耐壓強度的絕緣板隔離,或supplyandsignalcabling/wiringshallnotbelaiddowninthesamecabletray/duct,andintrinsicallysafecable/wiringandnon-intrinsicallysafecable/wiringshallnotbelaiddowninthesamecableduct/tray.Incaseintrinsicallysafecableandnon-intrinsicallysafecableareinsametray,theyshallbeseparatedinarrangementbyearthedmetalisolationplateorinsulationplateofsufficientpressureresistancestrengthandthespaceshallbeatleast50mm,theyshallbefirmlyfixedseparately.(4)電纜敷設(shè)完畢,終端電纜電線應(yīng)在設(shè)備和儀表周圍盤成卷,并用扎帶捆扎,在電纜頭lberolledintoreelaroundequipmentandinstrumentandtiethembybindingbelt.Beforefabricatingcableterminals,propercoveringandprotectionmeasureswillbetaken.installedattheinletstoequipmentsandinstrumentsinaccordancewithconstructiondrawings.Thesealsbetweencableglandsandinstrumentsshouldbeverytight,topreventwaterfromgoingintoinstrumentsanddamageelements.制作電纜頭時應(yīng)使用熱縮管。Allcablesshallbeterminatedtoproperterminalsorlocationsinaccordancewithwiringconnectionlists.Thecableterminationshallbefabricatedwithshrinkingtubesheath.(7)屏蔽電纜的屏蔽層,應(yīng)在控制室或機柜間的儀表盤或機柜側(cè)接地,現(xiàn)場儀表側(cè)的屏蔽線不能接地。Thegroundingofcableshieldshallbeperformedattheinstrumentpanelsand/orracksinthecontrolroomand/orrackroom.Theotherendsonsiteshallnotbegrounded.(8)剝電纜及導(dǎo)線的護套時應(yīng)特別小心,不能損壞導(dǎo)線和絕緣層。剝線時,應(yīng)采用專用剝線鉗,而不能用刀或剪刀。信號電纜和電源電纜的芯線為多股絞線,多股絞線的電纜應(yīng)使用andsleeveofleadtomakesurenodamagehappen.Specialwirestrippershallbeusedinsteadofnormalknifeorscissors.Coreofsignalcableandpowersourcecableismulti-strandstwistwire,whichshallbeconnectedtoterminalbusbarofinstrument,junctionboxandcabinetbycoppertip.(9)所有電纜終點處,必須掛上清楚且永久的電纜標志牌,并用扎帶固定。導(dǎo)線的兩端都應(yīng)標記導(dǎo)線標志,所有導(dǎo)線應(yīng)標志清楚、連接牢固并保持一致性。在安裝前,線號的類型應(yīng)經(jīng)業(yè)主的認可。HangclearandpermanentSScablemarkingboardinallcableterminalsusingSSbindingbelt.TwoendsofleadshallbemarkedasLEADandallleadshallbemarkedclearlyandfastenedtogether.Beforeinstalling,typeofwireshallgetapprovalofBYC.(10)制作電纜頭時,絕緣帶應(yīng)干燥、清潔、無折皺、層間無空隙,抽出屏蔽接地線時,eandnoclearancebetweenlayerswhenmakingcableterminals.Insulatedlayercannotdamagewhenletshieldgroundingwireout.Armorlayershallbeinglandwithoutexpansion.(11)線路敷設(shè)完畢,應(yīng)進行校線及標號,測量絕緣電阻;測量線路絕緣電阻時,必須將已連接上的儀表設(shè)備及元件斷開。Performcalibrationandmarkingafterwiringfinished,instrumentationandcomponentsmustbeisolatedwhilemeasureinsulatedresistance.4)導(dǎo)壓管及分析取樣管/空氣管Processimpulseandanalyzerpiping/tubing/Airpipingwork,Shallmakesurethatthepipes/tubesandthefittingsarefreefromsoil,water,oil,slugsandotherforeignmatters.(2)導(dǎo)壓管的安裝坡度,連接方式必須完全按照儀表安裝圖進行施工。取源根部閥安裝時應(yīng)注意流向正確。施工完成后,除了三閥組或五閥組的平衡閥外,所有閥門都應(yīng)關(guān)閉。InstallationslopeandconnectiontypeofimpulsepipingwillbeconstructedasperinstrumentinstallationDWGtotally.Takespecialattentiontoflowdirectionofvalveroot.Afterconstruction,allvalvesshallbeclosedexceptforbalancevalves,suchasthree-valve-teamorfive-valve-team.(3)使用專用割管器對管道進行切割,不應(yīng)斜切管道而使管道不能密封。在切割后,應(yīng)用刮刀或半圓銼刀去除管口的毛刺。Pipesandtubesshallbecutatrightanglesbyusinganexclusivecutter.Aftercuttingtubes,burrsshallberemovedbyscrapersorhalf-roundfiles.adequatelytopreventsaggingandmechanicalinjury.(5)在切割或焊接時,應(yīng)將導(dǎo)壓管從儀表上移開,避免電流通過變送器。Disconnectedpressuretubingfromtheinstrumentwhenitneedcuttingorwelding,avoidcurrentpassingthroughthetransmitter.(6)導(dǎo)壓管的支撐最大距離為1.5m,根據(jù)儀表標準圖的要求,相鄰的導(dǎo)壓管可以一起固定。Tubingshallbesupportedevery1.5mmaximumandadjacenttubeshallbeclippedtogetherinaccordancewithinstrumentstandarddrawing.connectionsoninstrumentsshallbepluggedtopreventcontaminationbeforetubingisconnected.(8)安裝完成后,管內(nèi)壁應(yīng)清潔并用儀表風進行吹掃。管兩端應(yīng)蓋好,防止沙、土、油和其它外部物質(zhì)進入管內(nèi)。在空氣管線壓力試驗完成后,應(yīng)用記號筆在儀表終端接頭側(cè)的管道上做個標記,以便工藝管道壓力試驗完成后、重新恢復(fù)空氣管線時能確??諝夤苊芊馔旰谩fterinstallation,theinsideofpipingandtubingshallbecleanedandtestedbyairblowingandtheendofpipeandtubeshallbecoveredtopreventtheingressesofsoil,sand,oil,waterandotherforeignmatters.Themaleconnectortoinstrumentshouldbemarkedalocationtoensuresealingwhenitwillberecoveredafterprocesspressuretesting.(9)在每個氣源分配器出口處掛氣動閥門位號的標記牌.7.儀表調(diào)試instrumenttesting1)儀表單體調(diào)試總述instrumentmonomertesting的項目需要進行檢查:Visualcheckshallbeperformedonallinstrumentsbeforethecalibration/testcommences.Thefollowingitemslistedbelowneedtobechecked:tag,range,accessories,functions,etc.(3)儀表不能被損壞或變形或不正確裝配。Eachinstrumentisnotdamagedordeformedorincorrectlyassembled.(4)供貨商的說明書和出廠檢驗合格證書齊備。Vendor’sspecificationsandcertificationsarecomplete.2)調(diào)校室的要求Calibrationroomrequirements:fullsunshine/goodlighting,nodust/noise/damporstrongmagnetism.(2)室內(nèi)溫度在10~35℃之間,空氣相對濕度不大于85%,無腐蝕性氣體。Indoortemperatureshallbein10~35℃,relativehumidityofairshallbenomoretha85%andwithoutcorrosivegas.3)儀表試驗的電源電壓應(yīng)穩(wěn)定。交流50HZ220V的電壓波動不超過額定值的±10%;24VDC直流電源電壓波動不應(yīng)超過±5%。Powersupplyforcalibrationshallbebalanced.50HZ220VACpowersupplytobeused,voltagefluctuationnomore±10%ofratedvalue,24VDCpowersupply,voltagefluctuationnomorethan±5%ofratedvalue.4)儀表試驗的氣源應(yīng)清潔、干燥,氣源壓力穩(wěn)定,波動值不超過額定值的±10%。Theairforinstrumenttestshallbecleananddrywithsmoothpressureandfluctuationofnomorethan±10%ofratedvalue.herebyshallhavequalifiedcertificateandtheirprecisionshallmeetrequirements.6)調(diào)校人員必須持證上崗,嚴禁無證人員調(diào)試。Onlyqualifiedcalibrationworkerscanperformtesting.7)要認真核對儀表的零點、量程,調(diào)校應(yīng)在全刻度范圍內(nèi)均勻選取。Checkzeroandcapacityofinstrumenttoensurealltestingwillbedoneevenlyinthewholecapacity.8)所有的校驗、調(diào)試結(jié)果應(yīng)被記錄。調(diào)校記錄執(zhí)行“石油化工建設(shè)工程項目交工技術(shù)文件3543-2007”。Alltestorcalibrationresultsshouldberecorded.Thecalibrationformsshallimplementtherulesandstipulationsof“RegulationofforTechnicalDocumentforofConstructionCompletionofforPetrochemicalIndustryProject”(SH/T3503-20071)”and“SpecificationforProcessTechnicalDocumentofPetro
