空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)試壓及沖洗方案空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)試壓及沖洗方案空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)試壓及沖洗方案V:1.0精細(xì)整理，僅供參考空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)試壓及沖洗方案日期：20xx年X月空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)試壓及沖洗方案PipepressuretestandwashingschemeofHVACwatersystem系統(tǒng)試壓：Pipepressuretest主要機(jī)具M(jìn)ainmachinesandtools空壓機(jī)、臨時(shí)水管（軟管），、壓力表、試壓泵、對(duì)講機(jī)、數(shù)碼相機(jī)、手電筒等。Aircompressor,temporarywaterpipe(orhose),pressuregauge,pressuretestpump,interphone,digitalcameraandtorch,etc。試壓前的準(zhǔn)備：Pressuretestpreparation密封：檢查管路所有部位的流量控制閥為開啟狀態(tài)，末端及排水部位閥門等封閉位置為關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。Sealing:Allflowcontrolvalvesofpipelinesshallbeopenedandterminalsanddrainagevalvesshallbeclosed。檢查可能的泄漏點(diǎn)：系統(tǒng)中可能存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)以及泄漏部位，在試壓時(shí)不能泄漏，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)走向、排水口位置等做好標(biāo)記，并做好應(yīng)急措施，設(shè)置排水閥門，緊急時(shí)打開，出口連接至排水點(diǎn)。管路系統(tǒng)充水試壓的工程中，相應(yīng)人員對(duì)管路系統(tǒng)中可能的泄漏點(diǎn)進(jìn)行巡視，若有異常情況立即停車泄水檢修，禁止帶壓操作。Possibleleakagepoint:Thereareweaklinksandpartswhichcannotleaksotheyshallbemarkedwithemergencymeasurestosetdrainagevalveswhichcanbeopenedunderemergencyconditionsandoutletshallbeconnectedtodrainagepointaccordingtosystemdirectionandpositionofdrainagevents.Correspondingoperatorsshallpatrolpossibleleakagepointsforinstantshutdown,drainageandrepairunderabnormalconditionsanditisstrictlyprohibitedtooperatepipelineswithpressure。設(shè)備連接：部分設(shè)備不能承受管路系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)壓力，只能工作在工作壓力下，此部分設(shè)備必須斷開，有必要的需做末端連通。Equipmentconnection:Somemachinescannotbeartestingpressureofpipelinesystemandtheyonlycanoperateunderworkingpressuresotheymustbecutoffwithterminalconnectionifnecessary。排氣點(diǎn)的設(shè)置：排氣點(diǎn)設(shè)置在管路系統(tǒng)每個(gè)試壓層管路的最高點(diǎn)。Layoutofexhaustpoint:Exhaustpointshallbeinthehighestpointofeverypressuretestlayerofpipelinesystem。系統(tǒng)排水點(diǎn)的設(shè)置：管路排水設(shè)置在系統(tǒng)最低點(diǎn)處和試壓泵最低點(diǎn)位置，再將排水管路連接統(tǒng)一排入就近的排水總管。Layoutofsystemdrainagepoint:Drainagepointshallbeinthelowestpointofsystemandpressuretestpumpanddrainagepipeshallbeconnectedtoadjacentmaindrainagepipeuniformly。自來水給水點(diǎn)的設(shè)置：臨時(shí)自來水接水點(diǎn)與業(yè)主商定,（如正式給水系統(tǒng)完成則直接接至正式給水點(diǎn)）。Layoutoftapwatersupplypoint:Temporarytapwaterconnectorshallbedefinedwithowner(anditshallbeconnectedtoformalwatersupplypointdirectlyifformalwatersupplysystemisfinished)。排放試壓水總位置的確定：管路系統(tǒng)試壓水通過軟管就近排，排放具體點(diǎn)由業(yè)主指定(如正式排水系統(tǒng)完成則直接接至正式排水點(diǎn))。Definitionoftotaldrainageandpressuretestposition:Pressuretestwaterofpipelinesystemshallbedrainedlocallybyhoseanddetaileddrainagepointshallbedesignatedbyowner(anditshallbeconnectedtoformalwatersupplypointdirectlyifformalwatersupplysystemisfinished)。檢查通知：準(zhǔn)備工作做好后我司人員自行檢查,等檢查無誤后通知業(yè)主、管理公司、監(jiān)理進(jìn)行檢查。Inspectionnotice:OurCompanywillinspectafterpreparationthennotifyowner,managementcompanyandsupervisionpersonnelforinspectionafterconfirmation。操作方法：Operationmethod試壓的方式Pressuretestmode:各系統(tǒng)分區(qū)試壓，試壓區(qū)域按照各棟，各系統(tǒng)劃。Pressureshallbetestedinzonesaccordingtodifferentbuildingsandsystems。先氣壓、后水壓Pneumatictestisdonebeforehydraulictest。試壓的順序依照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管路安裝的進(jìn)度確定。Pressuretestsequenceshallbedefinedaccordingtositepipelineinstallationschedule。序號(hào)No.施工條件Constructionconditions施工階段試壓介質(zhì)Pressuretestmedium試驗(yàn)壓力Testingpressure測(cè)試時(shí)間Testingperiod1管道安裝完成Afterpipelineinstallation空氣Air系統(tǒng)壓力Systempressure3hours2氣壓完成無問題后Aftersolvingpneumaticproblems水Water系統(tǒng)壓力的倍timesofsystempressure視系統(tǒng)確定30minutes30in系統(tǒng)壓力Systempressure視系統(tǒng)確定24hours24or區(qū)域試壓：對(duì)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的局部區(qū)域的管道進(jìn)行試壓Pressuretestinthezone:Pressureofpipelinesinrelativelyindependentlocalzonesshallbetested。連接：將試壓泵與試壓管線連接，試壓用的閥門及壓力表等裝在管路中，在管路最高點(diǎn)已裝好排氣閥，最低點(diǎn)已裝好泄水閥。Connection:Pressuretestpumpshallbeconnectedtopressuretestpipelinesandrelevantvalvesandpressuregaugesandsoonshallbeinstalledinpipelineswithexhaustvalveinthehighestpointandwash-outvalveinthelowestpoint。充水：打開排氣閥2、球閥4、9，關(guān)閉泄水閥11、閘閥5、8，利用自來水本身壓力向試壓管路灌水，當(dāng)自動(dòng)排氣閥2連續(xù)不斷地向外排水時(shí)，關(guān)閉排氣閥2，充水完成（見下圖）。Fillingwater:The2ndexhaustvalveandthe4thor9thballvalveshallbeopenedandthe11thwash-outvalveandthe5thor8thgatevalveshallbeclosedtopourwaterintopressuretestpipelinesbywaterpressureandthe2ndexhaustvalveshallbeclosedtostopfillingwaterwhenthe2ndautomaticexhaustvalvedrainscontinuously。檢查：充水完以后，目視或用涂抹肥皂水檢查管路（焊縫、螺紋口、法蘭口）有無滲漏水現(xiàn)象；如有應(yīng)做好所有標(biāo)記，之后進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)，再試壓。Inspection:(Weldingjoints,screwholesandflangesof)pipesshallbeinspectedbyvisualobservationorsoapwaterafterfillingwaterwithmarksandrepairthenpressureshallbetested。升壓：升壓過程應(yīng)緩慢、平穩(wěn)，先把壓力升到試驗(yàn)壓力的一半，對(duì)試壓管段進(jìn)行一次全面的檢查（目測(cè)焊縫、螺紋口、法蘭口），若有問題應(yīng)泄水修理，嚴(yán)禁帶壓修復(fù)；若無異常則繼續(xù)升壓，當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到試驗(yàn)壓力的3/4時(shí)，再做一次全面的檢查，無異常時(shí)繼續(xù)升壓至試驗(yàn)壓力，一般分2～3次升到試驗(yàn)壓力。每次檢查如發(fā)現(xiàn)管路破壞性漏水，應(yīng)立即在管路系統(tǒng)預(yù)先設(shè)置的排水點(diǎn)排水，以免造成損失。Pressurerise:Pressureshallriseslowlyandstablyanditshallrisetohalfoftestingpressurefirstlytoinspectpressuretestpipesonceforallthoroughly(byvisualobservationtoweldingjoints,screwholesandflanges).Pipesshallbedrainedandrepairedifthereisanytroublebuttheyarestrictlyprohibitedtorepairwithpressure.Pressurewillcontinuetoriseundernormalconditionsandpipesshallbeinspectedthoroughlyagainifpressurereaches3/4oftestingpressure.Pressureshallrisetotestingpressurefor2to3timesandtheyshallbedrainedinpre-setdrainagepointofpipelinesysteminstantlytoavoiddamageifthereisdestructivewaterleakageofpipelines。持壓：壓力升到試驗(yàn)壓力后，穩(wěn)壓30min，以壓力不降、無滲漏為合格；再將壓力降至設(shè)計(jì)壓力持壓24hour。先自主檢查，壓力降在規(guī)范允許的范圍內(nèi),再請(qǐng)業(yè)主、管理公司，監(jiān)理至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)會(huì)勘，并拍照保存?zhèn)洳椋⒆龊脡毫υ囼?yàn)記錄，相關(guān)各方簽字確認(rèn)；并用表記錄保存。Pressurehold-down:Pressureshallbemaintainedfor30minutesafterreachingtestingpressuretoguaranteenopressuredropandleakagethenitshalldecreasetodesignpressureforhold-downfor24hours.Wewillinspectitfirstlythenaskowner,ManagementCompanyandsupervisionpersonneltothesiteforexploration,photosandrecordsandrelevantpartiesshallsignandconfirmitasarchives。試壓后的工作：按照事先設(shè)置好的排水口排盡管路中的積水，及時(shí)拆除盲板等。Afterpressuretest:Waterinpipelinesshallbedrainedandblindplateshallbedetachedinatimelymanneraccordingtopre-setdrainagevents。注意事項(xiàng)：Notice施壓設(shè)備處應(yīng)設(shè)置禁區(qū)并用三角錐加警示帶圍護(hù)，并有明顯的標(biāo)識(shí)牌，并派專人巡查，有特殊要求的點(diǎn)安排專人固定崗位看守。Aforbiddenzoneshallbesetinthepressureequipmentlocationandenclosedbypyrometricconeandwarningbeltwithobviousmarks.Aspecialpersonshallpatrolitwithfixedpostsforspecialpoints。非操作人員不得開啟或關(guān)閉試壓管路中的任何閥門。Non-operatorscannotopenorcloseanyvalveinthepressuretestpipe。分區(qū)試壓,先氣壓后水壓.(完成后該區(qū)域即洗管保溫)。Pressureshallbetestedindividedzoneswithpneumatictestbeforewaterpressure(namely,washingpipesforheatinsulationinthezoneafterfinishing)。試壓中有漏水情況在進(jìn)行處理之前必須先泄壓。Pressuremustbereleasedbeforewaterleakagetreatmentduringpressuretest。管道沖洗：Washingpipes清洗步驟Cleaningsteps管路檢查→補(bǔ)水同時(shí)排氣→循環(huán)→排水→清洗過濾器→再循環(huán)→排水Pipelineinspection→Synchronouswatermakeupandexhaust→Circulation→Drainage→Cleaningfilter→Re-circulation→Drainage清洗的條件Cleaningconditions管道系統(tǒng)的壓力試驗(yàn)已合格。所有設(shè)備與沖洗系統(tǒng)隔離。沖洗用的水泵采用管路系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)水泵。對(duì)于不能連接管路進(jìn)行試壓的設(shè)備，將設(shè)備進(jìn)出口管段連通，等系統(tǒng)沖洗完畢后拆除連通管并恢復(fù)。Pressureofpipelinesystemshallbetestedandallequipmentsshallbeisolatedwithwashingsystem.Circulationwaterpumpofpipelinesystemshallbeadoptedforwashingandinletandoutletpipesofequipmentswhosepressurecannotbetestedbyconnectionshallbeconnectedandconnectionpipesshallbedetachedforrestorationafterwashingsystem。沖洗前檢查：檢查管道的支吊架的牢固程度，必要的時(shí)候應(yīng)進(jìn)行加固。Inspectionbeforewashing:Firmnessofsupportandhangerofpipesshallbeinspectedwithreinforcementifnecessary。沖洗的順序：主管→支管→疏排管，沖洗出的臟物不得進(jìn)入已沖洗合格的管路中。Washingsequence:Mainpipe→branch→drainagepipe;Washeddirtcannotenterintoqualifiedpipelinesafterwashing。沖洗：沖洗分系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行，將管道分系統(tǒng)連接起來，沖洗的排水點(diǎn)設(shè)在管路系統(tǒng)的最低點(diǎn)；沖洗管道應(yīng)使用清潔的自來水，采用管路的最大流量，流速不得低于1.5m/s。先向管內(nèi)沖水，并且排氣，沖水后利用系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的一臺(tái)水泵進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)內(nèi)循環(huán)，帶走管內(nèi)的污物。循環(huán)2－3小時(shí)后系統(tǒng)內(nèi)基本上水已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了一次完整的循環(huán)，此時(shí)開始依次在每個(gè)排水點(diǎn)排水，補(bǔ)水點(diǎn)補(bǔ)水，同時(shí)繼續(xù)循環(huán)，不斷帶走系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的污物。值得注意的是為了保證系統(tǒng)內(nèi)不進(jìn)入氣體，應(yīng)保證補(bǔ)水管徑比排水管徑大一個(gè)型號(hào)。臟水排入指定的排水點(diǎn)（必要時(shí)用水泵抽?。?。Washing:Pipelinesshallbewashedfordifferentsystemswhichshallbeconnected.Washingdrainagepointshallbeinthelowestpointofpipelinesystemandcleantapwaterofthemaximumwaterflowandflowvelocityisnotlessthan1.5m/sshallbeusedtowashpipelines.Watershallbefilledintopipeswithexhaustionandonewaterpumpinthesystemwi
