3、體有很大傷害!據(jù)中國海洋大學的鯊魚魚翅營養(yǎng)學報告和香港大學的危險的魚翅湯中相關數(shù)據(jù)顯示,從現(xiàn)代營養(yǎng)學的角度看,魚翅并不含有任何人體健康有益或高價值的營養(yǎng),魚翅湯的美味主要來自它的配料,而并非魚翅本身。該調查報告還顯示出,魚翅這種高檔營養(yǎng)品被重金屬毒素水銀污染的程度很高,含有可被人體吸收的水銀比率已超出正常允許含量的幾十倍。因此,多吃鯊魚肉、魚翅都可能會對人體有很大傷害。真相!吃鯊魚肉、魚翅會對人體有很大傷害!據(jù)中國海洋大學的因為魚翅的價格甚高,近年吸引各地漁民爭相在海中捕殺鯊魚,引致海中生態(tài)出現(xiàn)不平衡,導致部分鯊魚瀕危。由此導致鯊魚總數(shù)大幅減少50年來下降了80%。據(jù)估計,每年全球有1百萬鯊魚
