1、純電動(dòng)汽車1電動(dòng)汽車技術(shù)概述電動(dòng)汽車的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是具有簡(jiǎn)單的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。電動(dòng)汽車能夠像傳統(tǒng)的汽車一樣將本 身的能量轉(zhuǎn)變成汽車的動(dòng)能,但它卻還可以沿相反方向進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換,利用能量再生制動(dòng)系 統(tǒng)將動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換成汽車的電能儲(chǔ)備,這說(shuō)明它的能源和工作回路是雙向的。此外,電動(dòng)汽 車的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件電動(dòng)馬達(dá)主要由電樞(直流電機(jī))或轉(zhuǎn)子(交流電機(jī))和軸承組成,電機(jī) 不僅僅具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且它的輸出扭矩適合車輛的扭矩曲線。電動(dòng)汽車 的動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)往往只需要一個(gè)傳動(dòng)比,不需要倒檔,因?yàn)樾D(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的變換可以通 過(guò)改變電力輸入的極性來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。電池系統(tǒng)的充電是相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的。通過(guò)電源插座傳送的是交流電,必須轉(zhuǎn)換成直流電, 才能

2、被用來(lái)為電動(dòng)汽車電池充電。如果電動(dòng)汽車采用了直流電動(dòng)機(jī),來(lái)自電池的能源必 須被 切”成具有一定周期的可變占空比,才能用以控制發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的速度和扭矩。隨著電動(dòng) 汽車越來(lái)越多的采用交流電機(jī),為了提供交流電和控制汽車動(dòng)力輸出的能量,從電池來(lái) 的直流電必須進(jìn)行復(fù)雜的能源轉(zhuǎn)換。純電動(dòng)汽車的主要缺點(diǎn)是電池能源有限,而混合電 動(dòng)汽車的復(fù)雜的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)是困擾其質(zhì)量提高和成本的居高不下的原因。2純電動(dòng)汽車純電動(dòng)汽車,也叫電池電動(dòng)汽車,它有一部分作為一些專用汽車,另一部分作為汽 油車的替代品。下面介紹一些電動(dòng)車,像通用公司的EV1、福特的Ranger和豐田的Prius 2.1通用電動(dòng)車EV1第二代的通用EV1的主要設(shè)計(jì)

14、ity of the drivetrain. For example, an EV drive train can convert energy stores into vehicle motion, just like a conventional vehicle, and it can also reverse direction and convert vehicle motion back into energy stores through regeneration barking, which means that theirs energy/work loop is inhere

15、nt bi-directional. Besides, moving parts of the electric motor in the EVs consist primarily of the armature (DC motors) or rotor (AC motors) and bearings, a relatively simple and far more efficient machine. other advantages include electric motor torque much more suited to the torque demand curve of

16、 a vehicle. EV drive train often needs only one gear ratio other than two or more. More-over, a reverse gear is unnecessarybecause the rotational direction of the motor itself can be reversed simply by reversing the electrical in-put polarity.However, the function capabilities and the cost/benefits

17、profile of electronic system are rather complicated. Electrical power is delivered to the wall outlet in the form of alternating current, and must be converted into direct current in order to charge EV batteries. In the case of EVs powered by DC motor, electricity from the battery must then be“ chop

18、ped ” intobursts of variable duty cycle in order to control the speed and torque of the motor. With EVs using AC motors, the direct current from the battery must undergo complex power condition in order to deliver alternating current and provide control over motoring output. The main disadvantage of

19、 BEVs is limited energy stores due to the limitations of the secondary battery, and HEVs tend to be plagued by increased mass and costs due to the increased complexity of the power system.Battery-power Electric Vehicle (BEV)For the battery-power electric vehicles, there is either a purpose-built EV

20、or a conversion of an existing gasoline powered vehicle.
