19、mmandments and cultural principles to guide you day-to-day. The commandments are not suggestions, they are the law, and apply to all Applessun people, at all sites, at all times. If the demand is not in MRP then we will not issue purchase orders.如無附帶正式采購訂單,經(jīng)正式批準(zhǔn)的授權(quán)書(LOA),或客戶工作授權(quán)書(CWA),則任

37、plessuns success. 努力工作,盡情享受生活Work hard and play hard雇傭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EMPLOYMENT STANDARD勞動合同 Employment Contract員工入職當(dāng)天,公司將和員工簽訂一份標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式的為期1年的勞動合同。The company will sign a standard 1 year employment contract with each employee on their commence date.如果員工的工作表現(xiàn)達(dá)到公司的要求,公司將在合同到期時與員工商討續(xù)約。 Upon satisfactory job performanc
38、e, employment contract will be extended on expiry.試用期 Probation員工的試用期一般為三個月。Generally, the probation period is three months for employees. 附加雇傭條款 Additional Terms of Employment所有員工都應(yīng)理解,接受和執(zhí)行以下的附加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款。如有違反,可能導(dǎo)致即時終止勞動合同。All employees are required to understand, accept and follow below additional stand

40、A)上述文件保存在人力資源部,The above documents are kept in HR department.工作時間 Work Hours公司正常的辦公時間為周一至周五的上午8點(diǎn)30分至下午12點(diǎn)15分;中午12點(diǎn)15分至1點(diǎn)45分為午餐時間。The regular Office hour is from 8:15am to 5:45pm, Monday through Friday, with one-hour lunch break from 12:45pm to 1:45pm. 根據(jù)制造行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),員工可能需要輪班工作:Due to the nature of manufa
41、cturing industry, employees may be required to undertake shift work:早班:8點(diǎn)15分至下午5點(diǎn)45分Morning Shift: 8:15am 5:45pm晚班:晚上8點(diǎn)05分至次日上午8點(diǎn)05分Night Shift: 8:05pm 8:05am of next day上述的班次時間已包含1.5個小時的用餐時間。The above shift schedule includes half hour paid meal break.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要,公司可能會調(diào)整每天或每周的班次安排。如遇調(diào)整,生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理將盡可能提前公布調(diào)整的具體
42、安排。Daily and weekly work schedules may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the company to meet varying conditions of the business. MFG manager is responsible for announcing changes in work schedules as far in advance as practicable. 考勤和準(zhǔn)時出勤 Attendances and Punctuality所有員工應(yīng)根據(jù)安排的班次準(zhǔn)時上下班。
43、除不定時工作制的員工外,所有員工正常工作和加班都應(yīng)紀(jì)錄上下班時間。All employees are expected to start work promptly at their assigned time and work the full number of scheduled work hours. All employees except those who are on flexible work schedule are required to record the time at the start and the end of each work session. This
44、 requirement shall also apply in cases of overtime and all non-regular work time such as on rest days and on holidays when work is performed. 考勤有效時間:上班前30分鐘和下班后30分鐘的打卡紀(jì)錄視為有效打卡考勤紀(jì)錄。遲到或早退5分鐘以上,系統(tǒng)自動扣薪半個小時。The valid time of attendance: 30 minutes before on duty and after off duty. A half-hour or actual
45、hour salary will be deducted; whichever is higher, for late-coming or leaving early in excess of 5 minutes.考勤自助查詢系統(tǒng):公司所有員工都可以查詢自己本月的出勤記錄,可登陸人力資源部的考勤自助查詢系統(tǒng),網(wǎng)址是http:/?。此系統(tǒng)需用工號注冊。The web self-service attendancesystem: All employees are able check their own attendance records, by logging into the HR web
46、 self-service attendancesystem. The website path is http:/?, registration with your Employee No. is required. 休假申請和批核程序 Leave Request and Approval Procedure所有缺勤都應(yīng)獲得直接主管或部門經(jīng)理的書面批準(zhǔn)或許可。員工休年假,產(chǎn)假/父親假,婚假應(yīng)盡可能提出申請。通常情況下,員工的休假申請將獲得批準(zhǔn),除非該員工正在執(zhí)行一項關(guān)鍵的工作,且不可能被其它員工替代。各部門經(jīng)理對是否批準(zhǔn)休假申請有最終的決定權(quán)。All absences from work m
47、ust have written approval or permission from the immediate supervisor and /or Functional Manager. As for Annual Leave, Maternity/ Paternity Leave, Wedding Leave, employee should apply for the leave as early as possible through their immediate supervisors. Generally, permission would be granted for s
48、uch requests, unless the employee is performing a critical function and is virtually impossible to replace.The Function Manager has the sole discretion whether or not to approve the leave application.如員工因病或其他可原諒的原因無法出勤,他/她應(yīng)盡快通知主管;否則將被視為曠工,但以下情形除外:When employee is unable to report for work due to sic
49、kness or other acceptable reasons, he/she must notify the supervisor as soon as possible. Otherwise, they are considered absence without official approval except for the following cases:員工本人或其家屬因病或意外需緊急治療的;Emergency treatment for sickness of, or accident involving the employee or employees family.員工
50、的直系家庭成員住院或死亡的。Hospitalization or death of an immediate member of his/her family.洪水,火災(zāi),臺風(fēng),地震或其他自然災(zāi)難。Flood, fire, typhoon, earthquake or other natural calamities.其它嚴(yán)重的事件或與上述類似的不可抗拒因素。Other serious matters or compelling reasons analogous to the above.加班 Overtime當(dāng)工作必須完成且不能在正常工作時間內(nèi)完成時,在征得員工同意的情況下,可以安排加班。
51、加班需經(jīng)部門經(jīng)理或其他由部門經(jīng)理授權(quán)的人員的批準(zhǔn)。Overtime work should be authorized only when necessary and the work cannot be completed during the regular work hours. Employees consent (approval) and the authorization of the Functional Manager or other persons designated by the Functional Manager are required.加班補(bǔ)償?shù)臉?biāo)準(zhǔn)將依據(jù)國家
52、的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。The overtime compensation will be in line with the related government regulations.員工可以通過以下路徑查詢公司的加班政策?Employee can refer OT policy through company internal public network folder of ?個人資料變更Report Change Of Personal Data公司保存員工的部分關(guān)鍵信息的紀(jì)錄。這些信息包括員工姓名,身份證號碼,緊急情況聯(lián)系人,學(xué)歷,家庭成員等。當(dāng)這些信息發(fā)生變動時,員工應(yīng)盡快通知公司更新相
53、關(guān)紀(jì)錄。員工可填寫“個人資料變更表”通過直接主管遞交人力資源部。The Company keeps certain key personal information of employee including name, ID code, Emergency Contact, Education, Family Member etc. When there is any change to the personal information which was previously submitted to the Company, the employee should do an updat
54、ing as soon as possible.
