3、 It is an important practical course in the teaching plan of non mechanical majors and a compulsory course for general engineering education. It takes machine manufacturing technology as the main line, involving the basic knowledge of technology in the whole production process of material blank form

4、ing, cutting and even assembling into qualified machine parts. Its main contents include: engineering materials and its modification, blank forming technology, cutting technology foundation and so on.The purpose and task of this course are: through learning the course, students can basically master

5、the classification, brand, main performance characteristics, main uses and basic ways of material modification of iron and steel materials; understand the basic principles, process methods and main equipment of material forming and cutting processing; understand the basic knowledge of metal cutting

6、machine tools, tooling and mechanical processing system To acquire the basic knowledge of engineering materials and mechanical manufacturing process, establish the basic concept of mechanical manufacturing production process, and understand the formulation method and steps of machining process speci

Through the study of this course, the ability of students to analyze and solve practical engineering problems will be cultivated, which will lay a necessary foundation for students to learn professional courses and work in the future.、Course Objectives 1. By explaining the impact of mechanical manufacturing technology on productivity, econ

9、omy, society and human development, students are guided to think about the basis and reasons for the rise of a great power. Through the introduction of major mechanical manufacturing instruments and equipment, such as large-scale hydropower, nuclear power, aerospace and other major engineering proje

10、cts, students can understand the major achievements in the field of manufacturing in China, and understand the important role of mechanical manufacturing in the national economy, scientific and Technological Development and comprehensive national strength. Through the introduction of Ni Zhifus creat
