2、、課程性質(zhì)、教學(xué)目標(biāo)和任務(wù)1、課程性質(zhì)供應(yīng)鏈管理是一門以管理學(xué)、物流管理學(xué)和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營管理等為理論基礎(chǔ),以數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法、運(yùn)籌學(xué)方法、計(jì)算機(jī)信息處理等為手段的課程。通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí),使學(xué)生掌握供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本框架和基本理論,具備供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本知識(shí)和基本方法與手段,以及對(duì)這些知識(shí)的綜合運(yùn)用能力。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,用新的理念、新的視點(diǎn)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理進(jìn)行認(rèn)識(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)。2、教學(xué)目標(biāo)和任務(wù)通過對(duì)本課程的學(xué)習(xí),使學(xué)生理解并掌握供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本理論;了解供應(yīng)鏈管理的意義、問題、對(duì)策;具備正確分析供應(yīng)鏈管理的能力;掌握供應(yīng)鏈科學(xué)管理的方法及優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈的管理方向,為后續(xù)課程做好知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備。具體分
