11、摘 要:傳統(tǒng)攪拌摩擦焊焊接鋼鋁搭接結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),會(huì)在鋁鋼搭接界面結(jié)合區(qū)生成Fe-Al 金屬間化合物層,其硬度高、韌性低,嚴(yán)重降低了接頭性能。本文通過焊接工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化,探索出針對(duì)3mm厚6082-T6鋁合金板材和2mm厚QSTE340TM熱軋結(jié)構(gòu)鋼薄板搭接結(jié)構(gòu)的攪拌摩擦焊工藝參數(shù),并且設(shè)計(jì)了一種能增大鋁鋼搭接結(jié)合面積的攪拌摩擦焊具。應(yīng)用此焊具及優(yōu)化的工藝參數(shù)對(duì)鋁鋼搭接結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行攪拌摩擦焊,獲得表面成形良好的焊縫,接頭拉剪載荷較高,超出普通攪拌頭攪拌摩擦焊接頭最大拉剪載荷43%,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋁鋼搭接結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)質(zhì)連接。關(guān)鍵詞:鋁鋼金屬間化合物;鋁鋼搭接結(jié)構(gòu);攪拌摩擦焊;異種金屬A New Method of Fri

Through the optimization of w

14、elding parameters,we found the best friction stir welding process parameters of 3mm thick 6082-T6 aluminum alloy sheet and 2mm thick QSTE340TM hot rolled structural steel lap joint structure and designed a kind of welding tool which could increase the area of Al-Fe bonding in friction stir welding.

15、For friction stir welding of aluminum and steel lap joint structure using this tool and the optimization of welding process parameters, it obtained good welding seam formation and the joint tensile shear load was higher than 43% that of ordinary welding tool, realized the high quality connection of

23、;摘要:為了在霧霾條件下為室內(nèi)引入潔凈的新鮮空氣,設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一種離子風(fēng)與靜電除塵一體化空氣凈化窗。其采用多線-網(wǎng)式離子風(fēng)技術(shù)作為換氣動(dòng)力,增大氣流速度,將空氣引入室內(nèi);采用線板式雙區(qū)型靜電除塵結(jié)構(gòu),脫除顆粒物,殺滅細(xì)菌與病毒。項(xiàng)目組利用熱力風(fēng)速儀以及TSI氣溶膠監(jiān)測(cè)儀測(cè)定裝置性能,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,自行研制的空氣凈化窗除塵粒徑范圍寬,適合于霧霾天氣下除塵,除塵效率極高,能達(dá)到96%;在通風(fēng)口產(chǎn)生風(fēng)速達(dá)到1.24m/s穩(wěn)定均勻的氣流,通風(fēng)量達(dá)到203m3/h,滿足了室內(nèi)通風(fēng)的需求,相比于現(xiàn)有技術(shù),能大大提升霧霾條件下室內(nèi)的空氣品質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞:離子風(fēng);靜電除塵;室內(nèi)通風(fēng);室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì);霧霾天氣The

It uses multi-line net-Ionic Wind as the power of ventilation, increasing air velocity and introducing air into the room; uses dual-zone wire-plate type of Electrostatic Precipitator, removaling of particulate matter, killing bacteria and viruses. We use the TSI Aerosol Monitor

27、and Thermal Anemometer measure the performance of the equipment. Experimental results show that the self-developed air cleaning window is suitable for the haze weather with a wide range of dust, and the efficiency can reach more than 96%; Wind speed can reach 1.24 m/s in vent steady uniform flow, an

32、adsorption capacity of biomass carbon concentration of methyl orange solution prepared by different activation were determined. By varying the concentration of the activator carbonization, different chitosan biomass carbon were made. The carbon was characterized by Means of Fourier transform infrare

33、d spectroscopy (FTIR), specific surface area analyzer (BET). The results show that the biomass carbon surface containing amino, hydroxyl functional groups. The carbon had a large surface area which was up to 1865.9m2 / g, and the activator concentration had an influence on the specific surface area.

46、AgPb18LaTe20 thermoelectric nanomaterials through the solvothermal method with organic amine as solvent. The variety of reaction time, alkali, hydrazine, complexing agent and the types of solvents were systemically investigated, respectively. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micr

47、oscope (SEM) were employed to characterize the as-obtained products. The result revealed the proportion and amount of the hydrazine, KOH, and the solvent have a significant effect on the growth mechanism and the morphology of the products. By controlling the amount of alkali, we can get the rough-su

48、rfaced nanorod with the length of 20m, while the cubic shape with diameter of about 2.5m is obtained by tuning the ratio of water and triethanolamine properly. 51、o investigate the image characteristics of contact interface under normal force. 850 zoom microscopic lens and industrial camera are used in this system to obtain the image of contact interface under normal force. Computer image-processing program is developed to save and process the images of the c

52、ontact interface. By the program, the boundary of contact interface could be extracted. Contact pairs, which consists of sapphire plate and two kinds of balls with different diameters (2mm and 5mm), is tested by this system. As a result, the curve of apparent contact area and real contact force vs.
