(紗布)4.8 Softwood board(軟木板)4.9 Digital multimeter(萬用表)5.0 General Instructions/說明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100). 測試可在1040(50100)之內(nèi)的環(huán)境溫度下進(jìn)行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance co

4、nnected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source. 除非另外標(biāo)注,否則所有樣機(jī)都將連接在120V/60Hz電源下進(jìn)行測試.5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. For a discrete, multiple (more than two) terminal devices, such as a transistor, SCR, triac, of an integrated circuit device, any combination of t

6、erminals taken two at a time shall be open- or short- circuited. 短路或斷路樣機(jī)中的電子元件諸如電阻，電容，固態(tài)元件等，一次只能測試一個(gè)元件；關(guān)于諸如晶體管，可控硅，三極管和IC等有多種端子間短路或斷路組合的多端子元件，一次只測試兩個(gè)端子的組合.5.5 Choose the devices whose malfunction may cause most unfavorable results through examination of the sample and its circuit diagram . 分析樣機(jī)電路，選取

7、功能失效后可能造成火災(zāi)，電擊或人身損害危險(xiǎn)等的電子元件進(jìn)行開路或斷路測試.5.6 This test may be conducted under draught free condition. The air ejector fan mustnt be turned on until 2 minutes elapse after the test is over. 測試將在無風(fēng)環(huán)境條件下進(jìn)行,待測試完成2分鐘後才可開啟排氣扇.6.0 Procedure/步驟:6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested. 準(zhǔn)

8、備一臺(tái)有代表性的樣機(jī)用於測試.6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1011 and completely fill in the information describing the sample and the equipment used prior to running the test. 用TTR1011的測試結(jié)果的表格; 在測試前完整地填入樣板和使用的設(shè)備的情況.6.3 Short-circuit or open an electronic component. 短路或斷路一個(gè)電子元件.6.4 Exposed noncurrent-carrying met

9、al parts are connected to ground through the 3 ampere non-time delay type fuse. 引一條線通過一個(gè)3A快速保險(xiǎn)絲將馬達(dá)殼接地.6.5 Place the sample on the softwood board covered with white tissue paper, then drape a single layer of cheesecloth on it making sure the inlet is not covered. 將樣機(jī)放在鋪有一層白紙的軟木板上,再用一層紗布覆蓋在樣機(jī)上,確保進(jìn)排氣口不

10、被蓋住.6.6 Make sure the control switch of the sample in off position before plug it into the test socket protected with a 30 A time-delay (marked D) fuse, then turn on the sample operate it until the final results are obtained. 確保樣機(jī)電源開關(guān)處在關(guān)的位置，將其插入帶30A延遲保險(xiǎn)的電源插座. 接著啟動(dòng)樣機(jī)，觀看現(xiàn)象.最終現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)結(jié)束測試.6.7 Recover the f

11、unction of the tested component before test next one; repeat 6.36.6. 如有多個(gè)元件需測試，再測試下一個(gè)元件前先恢復(fù)上個(gè)元件；重復(fù)6.3-6.6. 6.8 Apply Dielectric voltage withstand test on the sample directly per the method described in TAREGW1007. 按照TAREGW1007直接對樣板進(jìn)行耐壓測試.6.9 As a result of this test, the 3 A fuse shall remain intact

12、. There shall be no ignition of the supporting surface, tissue paper, cheesecloth or any thermoplastic parts of the sample. There shall be no indication of a dielectric breakdown. There shall be no openings formed in the enclosure that permitted access to live parts or internal wiring. There shall b

13、e no condition created that would increase the risk of injury to persons due to improper operation of the product 外殼材料,衛(wèi)生紙,蚊帳布等不能著火,樣機(jī)內(nèi)的帶電體和內(nèi)部電線不能暴露在外,整機(jī)須通過耐壓測試且無電氣擊穿的跡象，3A快速保險(xiǎn)絲和30A延遲保險(xiǎn)不得開路.也不得由于不當(dāng)操作導(dǎo)致人身危險(xiǎn).7.0 Results/結(jié)果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1011 to report all numerical res
