I cant hear you. 請大聲一點兒,我聽不見你說話。Step 8 Grammar 形容詞與副詞對于形容詞與副詞,我們主要掌握兩點,一是形容詞與副詞的句法功能,二是形容詞與副詞的比較級和最高級。1. 形容詞的句法功能一般來說,形容詞可以放在名詞之前作定語,也可以放在系動詞之后作表語,還可以作賓語補足語等。例如:Did you see that old photograph that I found? Its a lovely picture.你看

19、見我找到的那張老照片了嗎?畫面真美。(定語)They were very nice. 他們很友善。(表語)Peoples lives seem busy now. 現(xiàn)在人們的生活似乎很忙碌。(表語)We must keep our classroom clean and tidy.我們必須保持教室干凈整潔。(賓語補足語)形容詞作定語一般都是放在名 HYPERLINK 詞之前,但是如果修飾的是不定代詞something, anything, nothing, somebody, anybody, nobody等,就要放在后面。例如:Is there anything special in the

20、 paper today? 今天報紙上有什么特別的新聞嗎?I didnt find anything funny about it. 我覺得這事一點兒都不可笑。There is nothing new in the store. 商店里沒有什么新東西。很多副詞都以-ly結尾,但是“名詞+ly”的詞則多為形容詞,如:weekly, friendly等,應注意區(qū)別。例如:A friendly voice answered the phone. 接電話的是一個友好的聲音。2. 副詞的句法功能副詞一般用作狀語,修飾動詞、形容詞、副詞以及全句,表示程度、方式等。例如:They speak highly

21、of you.他們對你的評價很高。We were very lucky to find you here.我們很幸運在這里找到了你。The spring passed too quickly.春天過得太快了。Hopefully, well meet again on Friday.希望我們星期五再見面。3. 形容詞與副詞的比較級和最高級就形容詞、副詞的比較級和最高級而言,一是要掌握比較級和最高級的構成,二是要掌握比較級句型。1) 比較級的句型 (1) 比較級+than,表示“比更”e.g. Health is more important than wealth. 健康比財富更重要。 He g

22、ot up earlier than I did this morning. 今天早上他起得比我早。(2) 比較級+ and+比較級,表示“越來越”。e.g. The story gets more and more exciting. 故事變得越來越激動人心。 Our lives are getting better and better. 我們的生活越來越好。(3) The+比較級,the+比較級,表示 “越,越”e.g. The more HYPERLINK time you spend on it, the greater progress you will make.你在這上面花的時

23、間越多,你的進步就會越大。The more he talked, the more excited he grew. 他越說越激動。同級比較一般采用as.as句型,否定句可以用not so / as表示。e.g. He is as tall as his father. 他和父親一樣高。 I get up not so early as you. 我不如你起得早。2) 最高級的表達方式 (1) the+ 最高級+ of/ine.g. Jim is the tallest of the three. 吉姆是三人中最高的。 He is the most diligent student in hi
