4、e past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprise

5、s (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of

6、 disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. 8、-3月：獲得學(xué)校的面試通知后，就需做面試前的準(zhǔn)備; 4月：通過面試，等待學(xué)校錄取結(jié)果; 5-6月：順利拿到offer 7月-8月： 安置住宿、準(zhǔn)備行李、訂購機(jī)票。 香港留學(xué)研究生申請條件 1、香港校研究生申請條件：本科成績單，雅思6.5分以上或者大學(xué)六級430分以上，大學(xué)成績平均分80分以上，申請與MBA、金融銀行有關(guān)的專業(yè)一般都要求提供GMAT成績。 申請人必須持有認(rèn)可大學(xué)頒授的學(xué)士學(xué)位，應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生在課程開始之前若能獲取所需學(xué)歷資格亦可申請入學(xué)。此外，某些學(xué)位課程會有更具體的要求，會通過安置筆試或面試進(jìn)一步測試申請人就讀該課程的能力。 2、英語水平要求：若申請人本科階段的教學(xué)語言不是英語，則應(yīng)滿足以下最低英語水平要求： 1).托福80分或以上。
