As a major Daymon business driver, he/she has overall responsibility for preparation and execution of s

2、trategic and business plans.Duties, Responsibilities and Expected ContributionsCategory Management and New Product DevelopmentManages assigned categories, performs analysis, and develops and recommends strategy within assigned area of responsibilityWorks with Sourcing department and Suppliers to dev

3、elop new products with a clear benefit to the consumer and manage existing product linesManage New Product Launch process through multifunctional project team with different functions like Analytics, Category Management, Sourcing, Marketing Branding, QA, Packaging Design, and Store ManagementConduct

4、 Category ReviewsInterprets trends and other sales analysis dataPrepare tactics (4Ps) plan of the existing assortment and ensures it is executedDrives innovative product development, concepts, and processesBrand and Marketing managementDemonstrate functional expertise in all facets of Private Brand

5、Branding via on-the-job development, educational and networking opportunitiesCo-work with marketing manager on private brand strategy set up including consumer research, TC definition and brand value finalization as well as product launch marketing plans; product promotions; advertising; in-store di

12、方案的分解與完成,終端配件 促銷方案的籌劃及實(shí)施);.負(fù)責(zé)月度配件銷售方案的分解與完成;.負(fù)責(zé)競爭品牌調(diào)研;.負(fù)責(zé)制定配件采購方案管理;.負(fù)責(zé)市場配件倉儲與物流管理;.負(fù)責(zé)配件價格管理(價風(fēng)格研、價格策略);.負(fù)責(zé)配件采購方案管理;.負(fù)責(zé)配件到貨及時性管理:配件業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)任職要求配件業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)工作職責(zé):銷售目標(biāo):分解、落實(shí)、完成所轄大區(qū)銷售任務(wù)指標(biāo)(含銷售 回款、任務(wù)分解、網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)),網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè):按照公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的要求,對大區(qū)內(nèi)空白網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行 開發(fā),對原有網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,確保銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)量及質(zhì)量同步開展;經(jīng)銷商管理:做好經(jīng)銷商的效勞和管理工作,包括銷售指導(dǎo)、 對賬確認(rèn)、回款催促;協(xié)助、引導(dǎo)

13、經(jīng)銷商及其員工進(jìn)行精耕細(xì)作,對二 批、終端進(jìn)行開發(fā)維護(hù),確保貨品在終端的上柜率;終端客戶掌控:協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商對重點(diǎn)二批商、大型終端客戶進(jìn) 行開發(fā),并階段性拜訪,掌控重點(diǎn)分銷客戶銷售動向;根底工作:按時提交自己的各種工作方案、總結(jié);負(fù)責(zé)片區(qū)內(nèi) 競品信息的收集及動態(tài)的分析;2、任職資格:招聘大區(qū)經(jīng)理假設(shè)干名;年齡2533歲,大專以上學(xué)歷;三年以上汽配行業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)理、大區(qū)經(jīng)理銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);有濾清器、潤滑油、養(yǎng)護(hù)品、剎車片等汽車易損件產(chǎn)品銷 售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮,并可適當(dāng)放寬應(yīng)聘條件;具備較強(qiáng)的經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)能力及溝通能力;可接受每月不低于22天的出差;配件業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理崗位保技術(shù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)任職要求品保技術(shù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)崗位職責(zé):1、組織、制訂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系并推進(jìn)實(shí)施;2、注重新技術(shù)、 新材料的開展及在包裝印刷行業(yè)的運(yùn)用,優(yōu)化工藝,保證集團(tuán)技術(shù)先進(jìn) 及產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新;3、與營銷業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通,就具體工程或客戶進(jìn)行 技術(shù)交流,為業(yè)務(wù)及各子公司提供技術(shù)支持;4、組建技術(shù)、品質(zhì)管控團(tuán)
