29、工業(yè)出版社,2003化工原理課程設(shè)計(jì)心得體會(huì)為期兩周的化工原理課程設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)束了,這是大學(xué)以來第一次在老師指導(dǎo)及自己努力下的完全獨(dú)立完成的課題,也是對(duì)我上大學(xué)以來所學(xué)知識(shí)的一個(gè)綜合考察,在課程設(shè)計(jì)中充滿了我辛勤及艱辛的汗水,但重要的是我從中學(xué)到了更多的知識(shí),這些知識(shí)在書本上是學(xué)不到的。這次課程設(shè)計(jì)我也從中看到了許許多多自身的不足,這將是我今后努力學(xué)習(xí)的巨大動(dòng)力,這次設(shè)計(jì)我初步掌握了工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、設(shè)計(jì)原則及方法。學(xué)會(huì)了各種手冊(cè)的使用方法及物理性質(zhì)、化學(xué)性質(zhì)的查找方法和技巧;掌握了各種結(jié)果的校核,能夠初步畫出工藝流程圖,塔板結(jié)構(gòu)等工藝圖,理解了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)過程,利用簡(jiǎn)單的計(jì)算機(jī)編程使計(jì)算效率大

30、大提高。我也對(duì)化工設(shè)備的重要地位及設(shè)計(jì)步驟有了整體全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。首先我對(duì)塔設(shè)備的認(rèn)識(shí),塔設(shè)備是能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)蒸餾的氣液傳質(zhì)設(shè)備,廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、石油化工、石油等工業(yè)中,其結(jié)構(gòu)形式基本上可以分為板式塔和填料塔兩大類。板式塔內(nèi)設(shè)置一定數(shù)量的塔板,氣體以鼓泡或噴射的方式穿過板上的液層,進(jìn)行傳質(zhì)于傳熱。在正常操作下,氣相為分散相,液相為連續(xù)相,氣相組成呈階梯變化,屬于逐級(jí)接觸逆流操作過程。填料塔內(nèi)裝有一定高度的填料層,液體自塔頂沿填料表面下流,氣體逆流向上(有時(shí)也采用并流向下)流動(dòng),氣體兩相密切接觸進(jìn)行傳熱與傳質(zhì)。在正常操作過程中,氣相為連續(xù)相,液相為分散相,氣相組成呈連續(xù)變化,屬于微分接觸逆流操作過程。剛開

31、始課程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),我是一頭霧水,通過與同學(xué)們的交流與討論,我漸漸了解到了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)流程及計(jì)算步驟,學(xué)習(xí)了對(duì)工業(yè)材料的選取論證及流程圖的繪制規(guī)則。我是真真切切的感受到了將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的種種困難,也體會(huì)到了利用所學(xué)的有限知識(shí)理論去解決各種實(shí)際問題的不易。我們所學(xué)的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)還很不完善,我們對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象的理解還僅限于書本上,對(duì)實(shí)際當(dāng)中事物各個(gè)方面的認(rèn)識(shí)還存在著很大缺陷。在一些問題的處理上我大部分是直接套用書上的公式或過程,沒有真正的了解各個(gè)公式的用途及意義,對(duì)于一些數(shù)據(jù)的選取也都是根據(jù)范圍自己選取的,可能根本不適合工業(yè)應(yīng)用,如果時(shí)間充分,我想我可以進(jìn)一步完善的。通過這次課程設(shè)計(jì),我了解到了工程設(shè)計(jì)基本內(nèi)
