18、點(diǎn)與客人親切告別,并目送對(duì)方漸漸離去。正式送行的常規(guī)地點(diǎn)通常是機(jī)場(chǎng)、碼頭、火車站、長(zhǎng)途汽車站等。為客人送行,應(yīng)使對(duì)方感受到東道主的熱情、誠(chéng)懇、禮貌和修養(yǎng)。因此,除了做好周密細(xì)致的送行安排外,還要特別注意做好以下幾件事:1臨別之前要特別詢問(wèn)客人有無(wú)來(lái)不及辦理、需要代為處理的事情。2提醒客人不要遺漏隨行物品。3外賓臨上飛機(jī)、輪船或火車之前,送行人員應(yīng)按一定順序同客人一一握手話別。4火車、輪船開動(dòng)或飛機(jī)起飛以后,應(yīng)向客人揮手致意,直至飛機(jī)、輪船或火車在視野里消失,送行人員方可離去。下面講的是周恩來(lái)總理生前率先垂范、注重禮儀的故事。1957年國(guó)慶節(jié)后,周總理去機(jī)場(chǎng)送一位外國(guó)元首離京。當(dāng)那位元首的專機(jī)騰
