15、ty/weightarefoundthebuyerstobenotinconformitywiththecontractafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,thebuyersmaylodgeclaimwiththesellerssupportedbysurveyreportissuedbyaninspectionorganizaitonagreeduponbybothparties,withtheexception,however,ofthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancepanyand/ortheshippingp

16、anyaretobeheldresponsible.claimforqualitydiscrepancyshouldbefiledbythebuyerswithin30daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,whileforquantity/weightdiscrepancyclaimshouldbefiledbythebuyerswithindaysafterarrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination.thesellersshall,within30daysafterreceiptofthenotific

19、dordelayedinwholeorinpartduetoforcemajeure,thesellersshallnotbeliablefornon_shipmentorlateshipmentofthegoodsunderthiscontract.however,thesellershallnotifythebuyersbyfaxortelexandfurnishthelatterwithindaysbyregisteredairmailwithacertificateissuedbythepetentauthoritiesattheplaceofoccurrenceattestingsu
