Install the two Timing pulley Slice 90T-New and a Shaft clamping hub 4mm on the Timing pulley 90T by using two Hex Socket screws, four Screws M4*14 and two Hex

8、nuts.2. 2*Threaded Shaft 4*39 are installed on both ends of Beam 0808-88 and a Shaft clamping hub 4mm is installed in the middle of Beam 0808-88.3. Install 1 and 2 on the top of the hole by using a D shaft.4. Install Motor Bracket 37V2 and Timing pulley 18T on DC Motor 37mm V2.0 with 2*Threaded Shaf

10、tor bracket 25V2 on the DC motor 25mmV2 by using 2*Screw M3*82. Make the motor shaft through the third from the bottom up of the hole, and install Timing pulley 18T on the motor shaft.3. Install the Shaft clamping hub 4mm and Bracket 3*3 on both sides of Timing pulley 90T.4. Install 3 on the top of

One of Plate D and Bracke

12、t P3 mounted on one end of the two Beam 0824-642. Put Beam 0808-184 through Plate D, then install Threaded Shat 4*39 on the first and the eighth holes of Beam 0808-184.3. Install Nylon M4 on Plate D with 2*Plastic ring 4*7*2, a Screw M4*8 and a Screw M4 *35. Then install Plate D on the other end of

13、the two Beam 0824-64.4. Install 2*Bracket 3*3 on both sides of Beam 0824.5. Install Beam 0808-184 on the right of Bracket 3*3.Step 7Assembly of electronic modulesMaterials:6*Hex nuts12*Screw M4*84*Screw M4*144*Nylon M41*Makeblock Orion1*6P6C RJ11 cable 20cm1*Me Bluetooth Module V2.01*Battery Bracket

14、6*AA Battery 1.5V2*Base board plate V1.1Procedure:1. Install Makeblock Orion on one of Base board plate V1.12. Install four Nylons on the Base board plate V1.1 by using four Screw M4*8.3. Install battery bracket on the other Base board plate V1.1.4. Install the Base board plate V1.1 on the Nylon M4.
