7、方案為嚴(yán)格按該工程合同各項技術(shù)要求和施工進(jìn)度的落實，確保防火卷簾安裝施工質(zhì)量，達(dá)到消防驗收，現(xiàn)作如下安裝施工組織方案：一、技術(shù)管理機(jī)構(gòu)二、施工組織1、人員培訓(xùn)為加強(qiáng)防火卷簾門的施工監(jiān)管，確保施工質(zhì)量達(dá)到設(shè)計和規(guī)范要 求，參加施工的人員行實全員培訓(xùn)，所有業(yè)務(wù)人員，技術(shù)人員，技工 和施工人員都在公司內(nèi)進(jìn)行對該項目和施工質(zhì)量要求進(jìn)行短時間培 訓(xùn)，教育，經(jīng)考核合格后方可上崗。2、安全教育所有參加施工作業(yè)的人員貫徹以“預(yù)防為主，安全第一”的方針, 實行工地施工安全責(zé)任制到人的分工責(zé)任制，遵守國家施工工程安 全管理協(xié)議的法規(guī)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度，作好安全管理工作。 所有參加現(xiàn)場作業(yè)人員必須遵紀(jì)守法，遵守

8、現(xiàn)場各項管理制度，不準(zhǔn) 打鬧、說話必須文明用語，服從現(xiàn)場管理。3、配備腳手架搭接及必要的安全防護(hù)措施。4、合理調(diào)配和保證供料及時。5、確定工地物資種類，存放數(shù)量及區(qū)域。6、人員裝備根據(jù)工地施工要求，作業(yè)人員進(jìn)入工地佩戴工作卡戴好安全帽， 登高作業(yè)系好安全帶。按廠的要求工地施工隊長按計劃做好現(xiàn)場施工記錄安全員、材料員、質(zhì)量員、施工員各司其職。三、施工工藝流程圖如下所示施工工藝流圖施工前準(zhǔn)備施工隊進(jìn)場一清理施工現(xiàn)場f施工安全教育一按門 洞尺寸配料 一按門洞安裝的要求（即內(nèi)、外裝）組裝一自檢一上報驗 收。（施工期限以甲方要求為準(zhǔn)）四、施工人員及工具配備現(xiàn)場施工人員分工：現(xiàn)場施工負(fù)責(zé)：（項目經(jīng)理）；施

19、ntre servedspace,forfuture on a nd other im portantregi onal ecologi calcompe nsationcoverage,thestfireprevention.Firesafety isthefirstpriority六、施工質(zhì)量保證措施1、施工質(zhì)量保證措施（ 1）在項目經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，施工隊必須指定一名質(zhì)量員負(fù)責(zé)本隊的施工質(zhì)量，隨時監(jiān)督施工中的安裝尺寸、位置、組織情況和選配料的質(zhì)量和配件質(zhì)量。做到及時發(fā)現(xiàn)，及時糾正。（ 2）工地設(shè)兼職質(zhì)量員一名，全面監(jiān)督整體施工質(zhì)量，每天匯總施工現(xiàn)場進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量狀況，隨時檢查或抽檢質(zhì)量情況和及時

20、指導(dǎo)工作中出現(xiàn)的不規(guī)范作法。要求施工人員嚴(yán)格按施工工藝進(jìn)行施工。（ 3）凡抽檢或整體檢查時必須作好施工記錄，發(fā)現(xiàn)有問題及時反應(yīng)，并立即采取措施，及時整改。不能有質(zhì)量問題，如出現(xiàn)有質(zhì)量問題應(yīng)立即糾正，不能馬虎從事。（ 4） 現(xiàn)場設(shè)置兼職安全員一名，對施工現(xiàn)場的安全情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不安全的地方或安全隱患時及時指出，立即整改，決不能帶著問題工作。（ 5）為確保質(zhì)量和安全作到責(zé)任到人，分工明確，任務(wù)包干，安全措施到位。實行到現(xiàn)場施工人員的考核制，不合格者不錄用的原則，確保施工質(zhì)量。（ 6）做好質(zhì)量驗收工作，施工時，把好原材料關(guān)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量關(guān)，技術(shù)質(zhì)量關(guān)，施工質(zhì)量關(guān)，真正做到施工前，檢查施工現(xiàn)場的各部

21、尺寸，安裝要求及措施，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、型號、數(shù)量是否與設(shè)計相符。施工中的安裝技術(shù)要求和進(jìn)度數(shù)、質(zhì)量必須嚴(yán)格管理，嚴(yán)格要求，作到心中有數(shù)，對于不合格應(yīng)及時處理。施工后的質(zhì)量自檢和整改工作的落實和填寫各種驗收報告等工作。（ 7）項目經(jīng)理為施工工程的質(zhì)量第一責(zé)任人，應(yīng)及時作出記錄、臺帳，不能遺漏。必須全面參與質(zhì)量管理，并組織和明確施工隊長和施工人員的質(zhì)量控制目標(biāo)、方法、操作要點和責(zé)任。2、現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理（ 1）乙方對整個工程施工過程中的質(zhì)量工作負(fù)責(zé)，監(jiān)理方負(fù)責(zé)工程質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督，驗收工作。（ 2）乙方根據(jù)實際環(huán)境制定施工方案或其它，并經(jīng)甲方，監(jiān)理方負(fù)責(zé)人簽字認(rèn)可方可施工。施工過程中如需做適當(dāng)更改，乙方必須提出書面申請，經(jīng)甲方負(fù)責(zé)人簽字認(rèn)可方可施工。
