11、stand, need小班化教學(xué)研究實(shí)施方案郎家營(yíng)小學(xué)一、課題提出意義與研究?jī)r(jià)值實(shí)施“小班化教學(xué)”是素質(zhì)教育的需要,素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵有三大要義:第一是面向全體學(xué)生,第二是要全面發(fā)展,第三是讓學(xué)生主動(dòng)發(fā)展?!靶“嗷虒W(xué)”尊重每個(gè)學(xué)生的個(gè)性,挖掘每個(gè)學(xué)生的潛能,讓每個(gè)學(xué)生在原有的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)最大的發(fā)展,為每一位學(xué)生平等充分的使用顯性的教育資源和享受隱性教育資源提供保障。實(shí)施“小班化教學(xué)”是實(shí)施新課程改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。課程改革的具體目標(biāo)是要改變“六個(gè)過(guò)于”,其中之一就是改變“過(guò)于強(qiáng)調(diào)接受學(xué)習(xí),死記硬背,機(jī)械訓(xùn)練的現(xiàn)狀”。 “逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)教材內(nèi)容的呈現(xiàn)方式, 學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式,教師的教學(xué)方式和師生互動(dòng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。

26、教育改革新的探索熱點(diǎn)。二、課題研究的理論支撐1 .教育均等的理念教育均等是指社會(huì)中的任何成員都享有均等參與學(xué)習(xí)和受教育的權(quán)利。義務(wù)教育作為法定教育,更要體現(xiàn)教育均等的思想。小班化教學(xué)為每一個(gè)學(xué)生的充分發(fā)展,為他們?cè)谡n堂上動(dòng)腦、動(dòng)口、動(dòng)手提供了更為廣闊的空間, “把課堂還給學(xué)生, 讓課堂充滿活力”, 使 “教育好每一個(gè)學(xué)生”目標(biāo)的實(shí)施得到更有力的保證。教育均等的理念無(wú)疑是小班化教學(xué)的理論支撐之一。2 .以人為本的理念學(xué)生是有能動(dòng)性的、有學(xué)習(xí)愿望的、有實(shí)踐能力。以人為本的教育強(qiáng)調(diào)以學(xué)生為本位,以為學(xué)生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)為目標(biāo),在傳授知識(shí)、技能的同時(shí),更注重學(xué)生思維的參與與內(nèi)驅(qū)力的調(diào)動(dòng)。建立在現(xiàn)代

41、學(xué)必須遵循因材施教這一教學(xué)原則。三、概念的界定1 .小班:是教育組織形式的一種空間形式,是指較少學(xué)額數(shù)下的教學(xué)班。不同國(guó)家,不同地區(qū),不同時(shí)期的學(xué)額數(shù)有不同的界說(shuō)。按當(dāng)代發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家小班教育的班級(jí)學(xué)額配置和我國(guó)的具體情況,我們認(rèn)為班級(jí)學(xué)額數(shù)為20-30左右為宜。2 .小班教學(xué):教育活動(dòng)的組織方式。即在學(xué)生較少的班級(jí)中,開(kāi)展教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的組織方式。3 .小班化教學(xué):在一定教育價(jià)值論支配下實(shí)施“小班教學(xué)”的一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)演變的過(guò)程。即在“小班”教育配置條件下,利用先進(jìn)的教育理念, 追求每一個(gè)學(xué)生充分發(fā)展的教育形式。小班教學(xué)的內(nèi)在屬性和特質(zhì)逐漸形成和發(fā)展的過(guò)程;在一定范圍內(nèi)推行“小班教學(xué)”的過(guò)程。 小班化教學(xué)
