2、技術(shù)措施 Construction Procedure and Technical Measure of Construction3A.工程概況General該工程由我單位承建的電纜安裝部分主要包括：SBPC部分，電纜溝從配電室B541到A523(區(qū)域范圍E1745.000),10KV,接地和控制電纜從配電室B541到A523, 電纜溝從配電室B541到A628(區(qū)域范圍E1780.500),10KV,接地和控制電纜從配電室B541到A628, 包括10KV,接地 控制電纜的電纜溝從配電室B541到A520冷卻水HV馬達, 電纜溝從配電室B541到MMDI區(qū)域的應(yīng)急槽的馬達, 電纜溝從管廊P.

3、R.73到達B609,B620和B648建筑物以及SILC北電纜溝等；SLIC-N部分，從B341到A300部分電纜溝（區(qū)域范圍N1248.4以北）B341至B330電纜溝,B341至B342.B301.B325的電纜及分支電纜溝,B341至B320的電纜及電纜溝,另外還有B200的路燈電纜及電纜溝,裝置SBPCSILC區(qū)域B300，B400,B500,B600,A400,A500和A600的通訊電纜溝及所有電纜溝的標記.Cabling work covers: cable trench from B541 to A523(E1745.000),10KV,earthing and contro

7、熟悉該工程的技術(shù)要求及要領(lǐng)，以便順利完成電氣安裝工作。Technical orientation for any requirement on AFC, Specification and Standard.2） 勘察電纜線路所經(jīng)地段的地形及有無障礙物，核對和記錄各地段的長度Underground obstacle investigation and record it. 3） 事先與各有關(guān)單位聯(lián)系，了解及核對地下設(shè)施，防止在施工中誤傷各種地下管線.Prevent any damage on underground facility.4） 確定電纜穿越各路口的地下涵管已施工完畢Verify t

8、he road across sleeve is installed.5） 根據(jù)電纜路徑的特點和每盤電纜的長度，制定技術(shù)措施和安全措施，確定挖溝和敷設(shè)電纜的方法和次序set up the trench excavation and cable pulling sequence.6） 準備好必要的工具、材料，主要為挖溝用的挖機、鐵鍬、鎬以及敷設(shè)電纜用的保護磚塊、細砂、警示帶和鋸斷電纜用的斷線鉗、鋼鋸等Tool and equipment preparation, including brick, sand and warning line. 2 電纜溝槽的開挖 Trench Excavation

9、 1） 開挖前向作業(yè)人員進行施工交底 Construction orientation to workers2） 在開挖前向施工部門提出申請，對施工內(nèi)容作出風險評價，采取防范措施，報HSE部門批準. PTW approved for excavation and risk analysis assessed and approved by HSE.3） 畫線 首先根據(jù)根據(jù)施工圖紙確定電纜溝的走向，然后根據(jù)溝內(nèi)電纜根數(shù)、電纜間的距離確定電纜溝的寬度 Line out the trench and determine the width of trench based of the quantit

10、y of cables and the interval distance between cables.4） 挖溝 根據(jù)圖紙要求確定電纜溝的挖掘深度（如圖所示），當路面不成型時，應(yīng)考慮規(guī)劃路面的標高，以保證路面修好后電纜的深度能滿足規(guī)程的規(guī)定，與管線交叉時，應(yīng)根據(jù)實際條件加深電纜溝或加保護設(shè)施. Excavation depth shall follow the DWG. In case the road not yet formed, the excavation depth shall also consider the final road elevation and the dept

Where cabling conflicts underground pipe, necessary protection or deeper excavation would be applied.5） 挖溝時應(yīng)將路面的堅硬材料與下層的細土分散電纜溝兩旁，以便電纜敷設(shè)后從溝旁取細土覆蓋電纜（或?qū)⒂嗤镣膺\至現(xiàn)場外）；溝兩側(cè)應(yīng)各留0.3m寬的走道，以利工作人員通行，并防止溝邊石塊等硬物掉入溝內(nèi)Excavated materials shall be tipped along the both edge of trench and

Find soil will be used for cable bury ( surplus excavated material will be shipped out of site). 0.3m wide walkway on both edge inside trench shall be provided.6） 挖溝時應(yīng)考慮土質(zhì)情況及臨近建筑設(shè)施，作好措施，防止塌方和危及臨近建筑的安全Measure shall be taken to prevent collapse and any d

13、amage to buildings in vicinity. 7） 挖溝時還應(yīng)根據(jù)交通安全的要求設(shè)置圍欄、警告標志、夜間設(shè)紅燈Barricade and warning mark shall be set up. Red light shall be provided at night time.3 敷設(shè)電纜 Cable Pulling1） 電纜敷設(shè)常用的有兩種方法，即人工敷設(shè)和機械牽引敷設(shè)。無論采用哪種敷設(shè)方法為了保證施工人員的安全和電纜施工質(zhì)量，都得先將電纜盤穩(wěn)妥地架設(shè)在放線架上（或用起重機將電纜盤吊起）。架設(shè)電纜線盤，要將電纜線盤按線盤上的箭頭方向滾至預(yù)定地點，再將鋼軸穿于線盤軸孔中，

14、鋼軸的強度和長度應(yīng)與電纜線盤重量和寬度相結(jié)合，使線盤能活動自如。我方擬采用人力敷設(shè)電纜，首先根據(jù)路徑的長短，組織勞力由人扛著電纜沿電纜溝走動敷設(shè)，也可以站在溝中不走動用手抬著電纜傳遞敷設(shè)。敷設(shè)路徑較長時，應(yīng)將電纜放在滾輪上，用人力拉電纜，引導(dǎo)電纜向前移動，如圖所示.Cable pulling usually would be by manual or by mechanical pulling. Safety and quality shall be guaranteed in both cases. Cable reel shall be placed on a roller or lift

15、ed by crane. Rotate the cable reel and place the arrow shown on reel at the designated position. Insert roller into the reel and the roller shall satisfy with the weight and width of cable reel. TC plans to pull cable by manual. Roller will be provided for cable pulling. 2） 直埋電纜敷設(shè)前，應(yīng)在鋪平夯實的電纜溝先鋪一層100

16、mm 厚的細砂或軟土，作為 電纜的墊層.Before placing cable on trench, 100mm thick find sand or soft soil shall be paved on the bottom of trench which shall be compacted.3） 在檢查所有過路涵管中無異物堵塞后，穿好繩索、鐵絲，有多根電纜平行敷設(shè)時，應(yīng)核對和查清電纜位置，防止穿錯. Clean up any obstacle in sleeves. Check the cable rout and the sleeves in case multiple cable

17、s will go through the sleeves.4） 按所需數(shù)量在電纜溝旁放好保護磚塊和細砂Place brick and find sand along the trench edge.5） 嚴格分工，指定電纜線盤、電纜牽引頭、各過路管、電纜轉(zhuǎn)彎處等各項工作的負責人、聯(lián)絡(luò)人和現(xiàn)場安全負責人，并布置各崗位的職責Designated personnel shall be provided at cable reel, sleeve and bending.6） 指定專人核實電纜敷設(shè)長度及預(yù)留長度 Check the length and provide sufficient allo

18、wable length. 7） 電纜施放完后，核對長度及位置無誤，并對電纜進行外觀檢查，多根電纜并列敷設(shè)時，應(yīng)將電纜按規(guī)定的距離排好，電纜在電纜溝內(nèi)不必拉直，應(yīng)有適當?shù)乃沙?，以免承受拉力Check the length of position of each cable and the distance between cables shall be properly provided. Cable on trench cant be stiff and shall be loose instead to prevent any stress on it.8） 電纜放于溝底后，上面應(yīng)覆蓋100mm的細土或細砂，然后蓋保護磚塊并按要求放置警示帶，保護磚塊應(yīng)超過電纜外徑兩側(cè)各50mm Place 100mm fine sand and soil on top of cable and brick and waning tape installed. 9） 直埋電纜在直線段每隔50100m,處、電纜接頭處、轉(zhuǎn)彎處、進入建筑物等處，應(yīng)設(shè)置明顯的方位標志或標示樁。以便于電纜檢修時查找和防止外來機械損傷.
