System1范圍本工藝規(guī)定了本船主機滑油管系沖洗工藝的沖洗條件、沖洗前的準備、沖洗程序、沖洗要求以及檢驗規(guī)則和系統(tǒng)復(fù)位。The technology

3、沖洗條件 requirement3.1 主機定位安裝及提交驗收工作結(jié)束。Make sure position ,installation, inspection for main engine are finished3.2 系統(tǒng)安裝及提交驗收工作結(jié)束。Make sure installation, inspection for system are finished3.3 主機內(nèi)部、油底殼、滑油循環(huán)艙清潔結(jié)束(包括測量管、透氣管、液位報警管均要清潔)。Make sure inside and crankcase of M/E, L.O. sump. tank are clean(includ
4、e sounding pipe ,air pipe ,level alarm pipe)3.4 相關(guān)系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備應(yīng)能正常使用。如:蒸汽凝水管系、機艙供水管系、壓縮/控制空氣管系、滑油凈化及相關(guān)的淡水冷卻管系。Make sure the relative system and equipment work normally. For example: condensate system, E/R water supply system, compressed and control air system, L.O. purifying and cooling fresh water system.
5、3.5 系統(tǒng)中的箱柜和附件應(yīng)安裝、清潔結(jié)束,并處于正常待用狀態(tài)。Tank and accessories in the system are installed and cleaned, and should be in normal state.3.6 主滑油系統(tǒng)設(shè)備,如主滑油泵、滑油冷卻器、三通調(diào)溫閥、滑油濾器(自動反沖濾器及旁通濾器)等能正常運行。Equipment in main L.O. system,for example :main L.O. pump, L.O. cooler, Temp. Control Valve, L.O. filter(auto back wash fi
6、lter& by-pass filter )should be in the normal state.3.7 設(shè)置加熱設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)中的輔助加熱設(shè)備處于可用狀態(tài)。Set the heater or Aux. heater in the normal state.3.8 原則上使用船上的設(shè)備來進行投油,事先需要征得船東的同意。In principle, if flushing with the equipment on board, must be confirmed by owner 4 沖洗前的準備工作 preparations for Flushing4.1 主機滑油循環(huán)艙清潔。Cl
7、eaning of M/E L.O. Sump Tank4.2 主機滑油儲藏柜、沉淀柜及凈油柜清潔。Cleaning of M/E L.O. storage, settling, purified oil Tank4.3 清潔與滑油循環(huán)艙相接的非投油管。Cleaning of Un-flushing oil pipe connecting with L.O. Sump Tank4.4十字頭頂部用專用防護罩封住,同時徹底清潔機架、油底殼等。Cover the crosshead with protection apron, and cleaning the “A” frame, bed plat
8、e etc. completely.4.5 對滑油旁通濾器、自清濾器、臨時注油濾器、滑油冷卻器、滑油泵等設(shè)備、閥件和附件進行檢查、清潔和檢驗。Check, clean and inspect the equipment, valves & fittings, for example: L.O. by-pass filter,auto-cleaning filter, , temporary oil filling filter, L.O. cooler, L.O. Pump. Etc. 4.6 沖洗油必須使用船東認可的滑油。The flushing oil to be confirme
9、d by ship owner.4.7 將滑油注入滑油儲藏艙并觀察油柜的液位表,再通過臨時注入濾器放入滑油循環(huán)艙。Filling oil into L.O. Storage oil tank, oil level gauge to be noted, then transfer oil L.O. Sump tank through temporary oil filling filter.4.8 拆開每個主軸承、活塞、凸輪軸的進油支管,并按B&W要求在各個進口端安裝盲法蘭(盲法蘭的大小及具體安裝位置及由設(shè)計所提供),采用飛濺式泄放,回到曲軸箱內(nèi)部。Disconnect the bran
10、ch pipe for Main bearing, piston & camshaft, blank off oil inlet pipe with blank flange according to B&W, oil drain to crankcase.4.9 在雙聯(lián)濾器前設(shè)置50檢查袋。Fit check bag (50)before duplex type temporary filter. 4.10 投油管上安裝振蕩器。Vibrators to be fitted on flushing oil pipe.4.11 在主機曲軸箱至主機滑油循環(huán)艙的接管處安裝200目臨時
11、濾網(wǎng)過濾雜質(zhì)。Temporary filter should be fitted on drain guide in crankcase to be wire mesh of #200 mesh for remove a lot of particles.4.12 臨時濾器中裝上磁鐵。Magnetic elements to be fit in the temporary filter.4.13系統(tǒng)油溫度保持在60-65ºC Keeping oil temp. 60-65ºC4.14 主機已安裝到位。M/E to be installed5 沖洗程序Flushing pro
12、cedure5.1 按圖5000690R所示,連接好整個投油系統(tǒng)。Connect all flushing pipe according to Drawing 5000690R.5.2 關(guān)閉閥件1LV06、1LV07、1LV08、1LV09、1LV11、1LV12、1LV14、1LV15,把溫控閥1LV10調(diào)節(jié)到旁通位置;(當投油管路基本清潔后,打開閥件1LV06、1LV07、1LV08、1LV09,進入滑油冷卻器進行投油)。Close valves 1LV06, 1LV07, 1LV08, 1LV09, 1LV11, 1LV12, 1LV14, 1LV15, and adjust Temp
13、control valve 1LV08 to by-pass.( When flushing oil is close to clean, open valves 1LV06, 1LV07, 1LV08, 1LV09, then oil into L.O. cooler ).5.3 輸送泵排出臨時濾器內(nèi)的濾紙及檢查袋內(nèi)的濾網(wǎng)根據(jù)上面的干凈程度進行合適的清潔或更換。Filter paper in temporary filter and filter net in check bag should be cleaned or changed according to the clean cond
14、ition.5.4 投油期間,2臺主滑油泵單泵交替使用,同時旁通濾器(抽掉濾芯)接入投油管路,2臺滑油自清濾器旁通。During flushing, the two main L.O. pump run alternately and at the same time, by-pass filter be in flushing line without filter element, L.O. auto clean filter to be by-passed.5.5 在投油過程中,振蕩器要不間斷地工作,且每天按時移動振蕩器位置(按廠標)。During flushing, Vibrators
15、 should be in work continuously and Vibrators location to be modified on time everyday (According to shipyards standard). 5.6 投油24小時后,另接軟管沖洗主機機架、油底殼及鏈條箱(保持一定的油溫)。After 24 hour flushing, flush M/E frame, crankcase & chain case using hose. (Keep oil temperature)5.7 每8小時更換輸送泵臨時排出濾器濾紙1次,記下更換的次數(shù),乙烯材料
16、的實樣要保存在記錄板及記錄表格上,寫上次數(shù)/日期等。在連續(xù)投油過程中,工作人員必須每2小時檢查一次,直到無雜質(zhì)顆粒出現(xiàn)。The temporary vinyl filter paper to be removed every 8 hours, times of changes noted and sample of vinyl material to be kept on record board with times/dates for sites inspection. The flushing must be continued and checked visually at inter
17、vals of two hours until no solid particles are collected in the check bag.5.8 投油進行一定時間后,向質(zhì)檢部門提交。檢驗方法是在正常投油2小時后,在檢驗檢查袋清潔的情況下進行顆粒度化驗,顆粒度符合ISO4406級別標準中19/15范圍。 Submit the record to Q.C. after certain time. The inspection way is checking the number of solid particles in check bag after 2 hours flushing.
18、 The number of solid particles to be satisfied to ISO4406 standard 19/15.5.9 當質(zhì)檢部門檢驗合格后,向船東提交。第一階段(主機外管路沖洗)投油結(jié)束。Submit it to owner after Q.C. confirmed. The step 1 flushing is finished. (M/E external oil line flushing)5.10 將循環(huán)艙內(nèi)的油抽到滑油沉淀柜。再次清潔循環(huán)艙和主機油底殼,合格后將沉淀柜中的滑油分至循環(huán)艙以供繼續(xù)投油。Transfer oil to L.O. sett
19、ling tank from L.O. sump tank. Clean L.O. sump tank and M/E crankcase again. Later transfer oil to L.O. sump tank from L.O. settling tank for flushing. 5.11第二階段(主機內(nèi)外管路沖洗)拆下主機內(nèi)所有盲板法蘭及臨時軟管并復(fù)位,使滑油在機內(nèi)正常循環(huán),檢查機內(nèi)各個部件相應(yīng)的出油點。Step two. (M/E internal and external oil line flushing)Disconnect the all blank flan
20、ge and temporary hose in M/E. The L.O. circle is normal. Check the oil outlet of all parts of M/E.5.12 檢查滑油輸送泵臨時排出濾器濾紙及檢查袋,并在系統(tǒng)濾器后、檢查袋前取樣進行顆粒度化驗,以決定投油是否最終結(jié)束。Check filter paper of temporary discharge filter and check bag. Test the number of solid particles after system filter, before check bag. Then
21、confirm the flushing is end or not.5.13 檢驗員確認合格后向船東提交。Submit it to owner after checker confirmed.5.14 船東認可后,投油結(jié)束。Flushing is finished after owner confirmed.6 檢驗規(guī)則 Inspection6.1 目測檢查濾器的清潔度,檢測濾器內(nèi)有無硬質(zhì)雜質(zhì),允許有微量軟質(zhì)纖維及漆皮等。Inspect the solid particles in filter by visual sense, minim soft fibre and paint are
22、allowed.6.2 沖洗油清潔度作顆粒度檢測,每毫升顆粒數(shù)量應(yīng)符合ISO4406標準中19/15的規(guī)定即5m顆粒25005000/毫升,15m顆粒320640/毫升,相當于NAS10級。Inspection the count of solid particles should according to ISO4406 19/15 level: the count of more than 5m particles is 25005000per milliliter, the count of more than 15m particles is 320640per milliliter,
23、 correspond to NAS10.7 系統(tǒng)復(fù)位system recovery7.1 工作結(jié)束后,拆除所有的臨時管、附件、各種盲板、機內(nèi)、外管復(fù)位。When flushing is over, back out all temporary pipes, accessories, bland flanges, and resume the pipe of M/E. 7.2 系統(tǒng)中油全部駁運至收集柜,注意放盡濾器、冷卻器等設(shè)備內(nèi)及管路中的清潔油。Transfer the oil to settle tank, make sure oil in filter, cooler etc. and pipes should be drained.7.3 清潔并提交主機油底殼及滑油循環(huán)艙。Clean and submit M/E crankcase and L.O. sump. tank. 7.4 濾芯復(fù)裝,處于正常使用狀態(tài)。Resume filter core, make sure its in normally state.7.5 注入新油,啟動系統(tǒng)泵組,調(diào)整壓力,運行試驗12小時,檢查系統(tǒng)是否有泄漏現(xiàn)
