1、”ATTACHMENT TCapital Project Training ProgramRequirementsIntroductionComprehensive and effective training of Anheuser-Busch (A-B) personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment, systems, and processes associated with capital projects is integral to the success of the projects. The primary c
2、omponents of this training include:Training Program ContentThe training must address the skills and knowledge required to properly operate and maintain the equipment in a safe manner to achieve the design performance and reliability.Training MaterialsThe materials used to support the training progra
3、m must present the information in a logical and understandable manner. The information must be complete and accurate and include descriptions of the equipment, components, functions, operation, and maintenance, along with pertinent safety precautions.Instructional ToolsThe effectiveness of the train
4、ing is dependent on the inclusion of instructional tools appropriate to the training implementation. These must include training objectives, learning aids (overheads, etc.), instructor/lesson guides, review questions, and job / task checklists.Qualified InstructorsThe individuals delivering the trai
5、ning must have adequate training abilities for the training to be effective. These include an understanding of the adult learning process and adequate presentation skills, along with sound technical knowledge.The following sections provide additional details of these requirements for the operations
6、and maintenance training programs.I. Detailed RequirementsA. Training Program ContentThe objective of the training program is to ensure Anheuser-Busch (A-B) personnel possess the skills and knowledge required to properly and safely operate and maintain the equipment, systems, or processes being inst
7、alled. To do this, the training program must include information needed for personnel to perform the tasks assigned to them. This information includes:1. an understanding of the equipment and its components,2. the functions and operation of the equipment,3. how to perform the operations and maintena
8、nce activities associated with the equipment, and4. any applicable safety precautions.The content of the training program should be based on the results of a detailed Job and Task Analysis (JTA) or similar analysis. This ensures that each task associated with the equipment is identified, and the ski
9、lls and knowledge required to perform each task is determined.In lieu of such an analysis, the program content may be based on extensive experience with identical or similar equipment or systems. In either case, A-B will review the content in detail to ensure that all skill and knowledge requirement
10、s are addressed.Any pre-requisite skills or knowledge required for the training program shall be specifically identified in the training program description.B. Training MaterialsA-B prefers the materials used to support the training program be designed and developed specifically for the A-B equipmen
11、t and installation, and be in the A-B standard format (contact Anheuser-Busch Training & Development Group forTraining Material Specifications). Note that “ format ” , as used here, refers to the appearance of the materials, not the information or instructional tools containedwithin the material
12、s.Existing materials may be used assuming the information presented is accurate, complete, and understandable. The use of any existing materials shall be approved by the Anheuser-Busch Training & Development Group (A-BTDG). In any event, the instructional tools discussed in item C below shall be
13、 available to support the implementation of the training.The information contained in the materials shall be presented in a logical and understandable manner. This information shall include:1. Safety considerations2. Equipment / system / process description3. Equipment function and operation4. Equip
14、ment controls and indications5. Equipment maintenance (preventive and corrective)6. Equipment adjustments / conversions7. Lubrication8. Troubleshooting9. Additional topics specific to the equipmentTraining materials shall be submitted to A-B for review and comment. Review comments shall be resolved
15、and incorporated into the final materials.The format of these materials shall meet A-B specifications if they are developed specifically for this project. If the training materials include existing materials, they should not be re-formatted simply to make them appear like A-BI standard materials. Ho
16、wever, the information contained in the materials shall still be consistent with the list above. All materials should be written to the 7 th to 8th grade reading level based on a standard readability measurement technique (e.g. Flesch-Kincaid in Microsoft Word).All materials developed to support the
17、 training program shall be the property of A-B. If existing materials are used, A-B shall be granted license to edit, revise, reproduce, or otherwise use the training materials to support future programs. All materials shall be delivered in both hard copy and electronic media (CD, floppy, etc.)C. In
18、structional ToolsThe incorporation of instructional tools into the training materials and program is mandatory for either newly developed training materials, or if the existing training materials are approved to be used to support the training. This is important to ensure consistency in the presenta
19、tion both for the initial implementation of the training and for future presentations that may be delivered by other instructors.These tools are also required to ensure the effectiveness of the presentation of the information itself. These tools include, as a minimum:1. Detailed training objectives
20、for each session of training2. Learning aids which facilitate the learning process; such as PowerPoint presentation which identify key learning points, graphics or photographs that illustrate equipment components or operation, and flowcharts or tables which simplify the comprehension of the material
21、3. Detailed instructor guides or lesson plans4. Review exercises, quizzes, or tests to evaluate comprehension5. On-Job-Training exercises for any hands-on activities6. Mastery demonstrations to support competency evaluationIt is understood that these instructional features may not be part of existin
22、g materials and, in this case, will have to be added as addendums, attachments, or handouts to the existing materials. This is acceptable as long as they are appropriately incorporated into the program.D. Qualified InstructorsThe personnel delivering the training must be qualified to present the mat
23、erial.“ Qualified ” means that the instructors can effectively convey the training information to the students. This includes not only a strong technical knowledge of the material,but also the presentation skills and knowledge of the adult learning process to allow them to effectively conduct the tr
24、aining session.This qualification can be acquired through internal or external instructor training programs, extensive prior instructional experience, or completion of the A-B OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Certification program.II. Training Implementation RequirementsThe initial training ses
25、sions shall be conducted for A-B personnel by the Contractor or their designated representative. The number of personnel to be trained will vary based on the subject matter and scope of the project. For example, the training population will include up to twenty operator personnel, ten maintenance pe
26、rsonnel, and four supervisory personnel for individual pieces of Brewery equipment. These numbers may increase for larger projects. Appropriate training materials shall be provided to each of the participants in the training.The operator training may be conducted on each of the shifts to provide ade
27、quate coverage for all personnel, or on one shift if scheduling permits. The maintenance training is typically conducted on day shift. Supervisory personnel are typically included in the delivery of both operator and maintenance training.The schedule for the training must support the startup and che
28、ckout of the equipment. It is anticipated that the operator training must be completed prior to the operation of any equipment. The maintenance training may not all be completed by that time due to the availability of equipment, but should be completed as soon as possible and prior to on-site vendor
29、 / engineering support not being available.The training implementation shall be closely coordinated with the project management and with the training organization at corporate and at the target location.The milestones shown below shall be completed to ensure the training program is implemented effec

33、cting the Anheuser-Busch Training & Development Group (A-BTDG).All training materials provided by OEMmeet the requirements specified in this document. s to support the project training program shallIV. Ownership of Training MaterialsA-B shall have exclusive right, title and interest in the owner
34、ship of and copyright to all results of the Training Services, including but not limited to all documentation, manuals, layouts, copy, text, characters, configurations, designs, art work, negatives, proofs, acetates, photographs, tapes, films, and other material which Vendor prepares for A-B or purc
35、hases for A- B s account, regardless of whether such material is published, displayed, broadcast, distributed or otherwise used (hereinafter referred to as “ theResults ” ). In the event and to the extent that title to the Results may not, by operation of law, vest in A-B, or the Results may be foun
36、d as a matter of law not be“ works made for hire ” within the meaning of the Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, Vendor hereby conveys and irrevocably assigns to A-B the sole and exclusive right,title and interest in the ownership and copyright to the Results. Vendor agrees to execute any additional
37、documents proposed by A-B to effectuate, confirm, perfect and /or register A- B s sole and exclusive ownership of all copyright in and to the Results or to obtain extensions and renewals thereof, and Vendor hereby irrevocably appoints A-B as its attorney-in-fact to execute any and all such documents
38、 if Vendor fails to do so and fails to return such documents to A-B within five (5) days following submission. Vendor agrees that A-B may alter or modify the Results at A- B s sole discretion, and Vendor waives all right to claim or disclaim authorship of the Results. If any other party has any othe
39、r right, title or interest in the Results, Vendor shall obtain all rights and assign to A-B such rights, including all rights to alter or modify the Results and all rights to claim or disclaim authorship of the Results. Vendor agrees that Vendor is not a joint author of any Results and Vendor shall
40、not have any right to use the Results for any purpose without A- B s express written approval in each instance.Nothing herein shall give A-B any ownership rights in any works or innovationscreated by Vendor prior to the performance of Training Services ( -existing “ Pre Works ” ), provided, however,
41、 that if any such Pre-existing works are used in the performance of Training Services for A-B or incorporated in any Results, Vendor hereby grants to A-B a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license in any such pre-existing works, so that A-B is free to make, use and exploit within A-B and its a
