Aims on the knowledge (1) To en able the Ss to un dersta nd and speak the words: egg, email, san dwich, tradit

(3) To en ble the Ss to write the words correctly: egg, fish. 2. Aims on the abilities (1) To develop the Ss abilities of liste ning, un dersta nding and

5、 speak ing. (2) To train the Ss ability of work ing in groups. (3) To foster the Ss abilities of com muni cati on and their inno vati on. 3. Aims on the emotion (1) To foster the Ss con scious ness of good-operati on and proper competiti on. (2) To let the Ss know how to keep healthy. III. Key and d

7、p the Ss in terest in En glish. IV. Analyzing the Ss. Pupils are always lively and active. They like imitati ng others. The Ss from Grade Five have lear ned En glish for two years. They have known some English names of food. What s more, the content of the text is relative to our daily life. It s ea

Teaching methods As we all know: the main in structi onal aims of lear ning En glish in primary school is to cultivate pupils basic abilitieistehi ng, speak ing and their good sens

That is to say, I will let the Ss lear n in real situati ons, finish a task by making a survey to help the Ss to get a better un dersta nding of the key structure of th

10、e dialogue. I will arra nge four kinds of activities: singing, guessing game, finishing a survey and hav ing a competiti on. And in this less on a recorder, CAI, some pictures and some prin ted forms will be n eeded. VI. Teaching procedures and purposes of my design. I ll finish this less on isix st

11、eps. Step 1 Warm-up 1. Simple greet in gs. 2. Sing an English song. “Apple Song ” Purpose: It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by singing and at the same time it provides situati ons to review lear ned kno wledge for the n ext step. Step 2 Lead-in and Presentatio

12、n 1. With the help of the CAI to prese nt the new words. Show some animals pictures and ask : what swhiat d”es it like eating. then ask the Ss “ What s your favourite food? ” Help the Ss understand the meaning with the help of CAI. Then lead the Ss to read the new words. Make sure they can say them

13、correctly. 2. Play a guess ing game: Show the Ss some pictures of food and cover some parts of them, the n ask the Ss to guess: whahis ? Purpose: To prese nt the key words one by one is much easier for the Ss to lear n and grasp the meanin gs. Proper competiti on can arouse the Ss interest in Englis
