4、cy (the CFIA). Ministry of health is responsible for establishing all the safety and nutritional quality of food sold in the domestic standards, as well as food safety policies. CFIA is responsible for the implementation of these regulations and standards, and to monitor the impl
5、ementation of relevant regulations and standards. Provincial government food safety agencies to provide, within their own jurisdiction of small food companies in products sold in the local test. Municipal authorities are responsible for the management of finished food restaurants provide p
6、ublic health standards, and monitoring them.Government requires farmers, fishers, food processors, importers, transporters and retailers based on standards, technical regulations and guidelines for the production, processing, transport and business. Homes, restaurants and institutions cafeteria
