4、人員數(shù)量。3、甲方要求乙方派遣的勞務(wù)人員需要具備一年以上工作的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且年輕在20-25歲之間。4、乙方勞務(wù)人員的各項(xiàng)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)（包括醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)及人身傷害保險(xiǎn)）的繳納及人事檔案及相關(guān)事宜的辦理由乙方負(fù)全部責(zé)任，乙方違反該約定而造成的一切后果均由乙方負(fù)全部責(zé)任。5、甲方有義務(wù)對(duì)乙方派出的勞務(wù)人員進(jìn)行與崗位相適應(yīng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)和教育。6、甲方有義務(wù)對(duì)乙方勞務(wù)人員的工作表現(xiàn)通知乙方，并協(xié)調(diào)處理相關(guān)事宜。7、乙方有權(quán)要求甲方按勞動(dòng)法和相關(guān)政策、法規(guī)，維護(hù)乙方勞務(wù)人員的合法權(quán)益。8、乙方勞務(wù)人員如在工作中發(fā)生較重工傷事故，甲方應(yīng)給予及時(shí)、積極的搶救，并及時(shí)通知乙方。需做工傷鑒定的，應(yīng)由乙方請(qǐng)有關(guān)部門(mén)做工傷鑒定

5、，并由乙方處理善后事宜。乙方勞務(wù)人員的工傷事故甲方負(fù)有直接責(zé)任的，甲方按照責(zé)任的比例負(fù)責(zé)善后事宜。9、乙方有責(zé)任按甲方要求及時(shí)提供符合甲方要求的勞務(wù)人員，所派勞務(wù)人員應(yīng)無(wú)違紀(jì)和犯罪記錄，品行良好。對(duì)于乙方派出的勞務(wù)人員，甲方一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)其有不良記錄或在工作中違反勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律、違反甲方的規(guī)章制度或不能勝任甲方工作要求的，甲方可要求乙方隨時(shí)更換。10、甲方在有臨時(shí)變動(dòng)或突發(fā)事件發(fā)生前，需在提前_8_至_10_小時(shí)內(nèi)通知乙方。如不能在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)通知乙方，給乙方造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，由甲方全部負(fù)責(zé)；第五條：勞務(wù)費(fèi)用及相關(guān)事宜1、甲方按乙方勞務(wù)人員在甲方的服務(wù)總小時(shí)數(shù)支付乙方勞務(wù)費(fèi)用。支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：宴會(huì)服務(wù)每人每小時(shí)

7、的人數(shù)和工作時(shí)間派遣勞務(wù)人員。8、乙方為保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量每三個(gè)月一周期對(duì)員工進(jìn)行一次培訓(xùn)。第六條：其他1、乙方勞務(wù)人員應(yīng)遵守甲方的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和紀(jì)律，服從甲方的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、管理和教育。2、乙方勞務(wù)人員如有違反勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律，甲方有權(quán)進(jìn)行必要的批評(píng)教育，并通知乙方，如造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，則視情況由乙方勞務(wù)人員當(dāng)事人承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任，同時(shí)乙方對(duì)于該損失承擔(dān)連帶賠償責(zé)任。3、如訂立本合同所依據(jù)的客觀情況發(fā)生重大變化，致使協(xié)議無(wú)法履行時(shí)，經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致，本合同可以解除。4、本合同未盡事宜以及對(duì)本合同任何條款的變更、修改或補(bǔ)充，須由雙方協(xié)商并簽訂書(shū)面合同方可生效。5、本合同履行過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)其內(nèi)容與國(guó)家或北京市有關(guān)規(guī)定相悖時(shí)，應(yīng)

18、o carry on professional training and education for service workers for their posts. 6. Party A has an obligation to notice Party B on service workers performances, and to coordinate related affairs. 7. Party B has power to request Party A for service workers legal rights according to the l

19、abor law, relevant policy and regulations. 8. Party A shall give timely and initiative rescue to service workers in heavy industrial accidents, and shall notice Party B in time. Party B shall have competent authorities to do industrial injury authentication if necessary, and shall deal with aft

20、ermaths. In case Party A has direct responsibility in industrial accidents, Party A shall be responsible for the dealing of aftermaths according to the proportion of its responsibility. 9. Party B has responsibility to provide service workers timely as requested by Party, and such service worke

21、rs shall have good conducts without disobedient or criminal records. In case Party A finds out that they have such records or they disobey labor discipline or Party A 's regulations, or not competent for Party As work requirements during their work, Party A can request Party B to replace them at

22、 any time. 10. Party A shall notice Party B for temporary changes or abrupt occurrences 8 to 10 hours in advance. Any fail to notice causing economic losses to Party B would result in Party As fully responsibility; Article 5: Service charges and related affairs 1. Party A shall pay Pa

23、rty B service charges according to the total working hours of service workers for Party A. Payment standard: 15 yuan hourly per service worker for banquet service. During national legal holidays, Party A shall pay triple charges, i.e. 45 yuan hourly per service worker. 2. Party A should ensure

24、service workers to have meals on time. 3. Party A shall be responsible for service workers attendance records, signed and approved by Party B. 4. Party A shall settle service charges of last month to Party B at the beginning of each month, and shall pay service workers charges according to

25、 actual occurrence after confirmed by both parties. Party A shall pay Party B in form of the check or cash before the 20th each month. 5. Service workers shall be fully responsible for their own income taxes, and Party B shall be responsible to withhold individual income taxes. 6. Service

26、workers working wears shall be provided by Party A according to working requirements. 7. Party B should ensure quantity and time in sending out service workers as required by Party A. 8. Party B shall train service workers every three months to ensure service quality. Article 6: Other

27、s1. Service workers shall obey Party As regulations and disciplines, and comply with Party As leadership, management and education. 2. For service workers disobedience, Party A has power to carry on necessary education, and notice Party B, for economy loss caused by such disobedience, the conce

28、rned party shall take the indemnification responsibility, and Party B shall take joint responsibility. 3. In case great changes of objective circumstance of this contract occur, causing this contract can't be implemented, this contract can be terminated through both parties agreement. 4. Any unfinished problem of and any changes rectification or amendment to this contract shall be thorough both parties consultation and in writing form to take effect. 5.
