2、解決了建筑物與周?chē)h(huán)境、建筑物與各種細(xì)部構(gòu)造，最終確定設(shè)計(jì)方案，畫(huà)出建筑施工圖。其中包括總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、平面設(shè)計(jì)、立面設(shè)計(jì)、剖面設(shè)計(jì)，以及屋面、樓梯及墻體等構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)。 1.平面設(shè)計(jì)建筑體型的設(shè)計(jì)采用了鑲嵌的設(shè)計(jì)理念，同時(shí)在主樓南北兩面采用了圓弧形的玻璃幕墻設(shè)計(jì)，這不但滿足建筑面積和采光要求的需要，而且外形較為獨(dú)特。該辦公樓緊鄰多條城市干道，人流車(chē)流密集，故在主、次干道設(shè)商場(chǎng)入口，利用良好的周邊城市環(huán)境。三層以上辦公樓入口設(shè)在主樓北面，較好的處理了兩股不同人流的關(guān)系 ,避免交叉干擾。消防登高面設(shè)于大樓北面，建筑外圍與城市道路形成4m寬的環(huán)形消防通道，轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑為12m。整個(gè)建筑體型設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)潔大方，滿足

4、形式。（2）樓梯的設(shè)計(jì)，板式樓梯比較美觀，故樓梯均采用板式樓梯（3）樓蓋設(shè)計(jì)，樓蓋采用整體現(xiàn)澆肋梁樓蓋（4）框架梁柱配筋采用PKPM電算的結(jié)果。 框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)既具有框架結(jié)構(gòu)布置靈活、使用方便的特點(diǎn)，又有較大的剛度和較強(qiáng)的抗震能力。本設(shè)計(jì)正是利用框架剪力墻的這種優(yōu)勢(shì)，將辦公樓體系選為框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，在兩側(cè)樓梯間部位形成兩個(gè)類(lèi)似筒狀剪力墻，并在四角落布置“L”形剪力墻，為了進(jìn)一步減少平面的扭轉(zhuǎn)，大樓南北面加設(shè)四片端柱剪力墻。為了達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)的合理用材，同時(shí)保證剛度不產(chǎn)生突變，柱子沿豎向進(jìn)行四次尺寸變化 ，墻柱混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)均降低四次，-17層柱剪力墻為C50，815層柱剪力墻為C45，1720層柱剪
