After selling some poems to Vogue, a very popular fashion magazine, in 1916, she was given a job writing about fashion for the magazine. She la

A well-known poet, journalist, and playwright, she was also famous in the New York literary circles for her witty conversation. Married twice, divorced and widowed, she died alone in a hotel room in Manhattan
4、 in 1967. Dorothy Parkers stories are often very short, and her poetry is simple and usually very funny.
