1、1.中文是世界上最古老的文字之一。傳說中的倉(cāng)頡造字讓中國(guó)人有了共同的根。從甲骨文到簡(jiǎn)體漢字,中文伴隨著中華民族綿延至今。中文鑄造類中華民族的精神品格。比如說,中文書寫各筆每畫都要伸縮有度,相互映襯,取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,以使整個(gè)字渾然一體。這體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)人謙讓包容、合作共贏的處事風(fēng)格。中文富有哲理,很多字由意生字,寓意豐富。中文的“信”字由“人”和“言”組成,意思就是“人要言而有信”。這是中國(guó)人的做人原則,也是中國(guó)與世界各國(guó)的相處之道。中文的優(yōu)美、簡(jiǎn)練舉世公認(rèn)。中文是從象形字演變而來,逐步發(fā)展成一種可以欣賞的書寫藝術(shù)。這是世界上是獨(dú)特的。Chinese language is one of the most

4、nd inclusiveness, cooperative and win-win mindset.Chinese is a philosophical language, with many characters entailing profound meaning based on their ingredients of significance. For instance, “integrity”(信in Chinese is composed of two parts: person (人 and word (言, signifying that a person should be

5、 as good as his word. It is the basic principle for Chinese people to conduct themselves and for China to coexist with other nations in the world. Chinese language enjoys worldwide renown of elegance and conciseness. It develops from pictograph to the calligraphic art for general appreciation, which

6、 is quite unique in the world.2. Speaking two languages rather than just one has obvious practical benefits in an increasingly globalized world. But in recent years, scientists have begun to show that the advantages of bilingualism are even more fundamental than being able toconverse with a wider ra

7、nge of people. Being bilingual, it turns out, makes you smarter. It can have a profound effect on your brain, improving other skills not related to language.This view of bilingualism is remarkably different from the understanding of bilingualism through much of the 20th century. Researchers, educato

8、rs and policy makers long considered a second language to be an interference that hindered a childs academic and intellectual development.But this interference, researchers are finding out, isnt so much a handicap as a blessing in disguise. 14、的特點(diǎn),我們需要在中譯英時(shí)動(dòng)動(dòng)腦筋多使用英文復(fù)雜句。英文句子結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),我們首先要搭建起句子結(jié)構(gòu),比如在處理”身在博鰲能“博覽天下,博采眾長(zhǎng)”,博鰲亞洲論壇是一個(gè)立足亞洲、面向世界、開放包容的大平臺(tái)?!边@句,譯文采用了“with引導(dǎo)伴隨狀語(yǔ)+博鰲展現(xiàn)出+多賓語(yǔ)”這樣的句子結(jié)構(gòu)。2、同義替換:原文中出現(xiàn)多次“發(fā)展”等類似信息,如果一律只用“development”顯得過于單調(diào),詞匯功底欠缺。因此我們平時(shí)要注意積累同義詞、近義詞,再根據(jù)原文確切意思具體細(xì)化選擇。所以譯文中沒有重復(fù)用詞,用到其他的詞,包括“advancement”“blueprint”“mature”“boost”。3、四字翻譯中文喜

15、歡用四字格,這也是中譯英的一大難點(diǎn)。我們要做的是把四字格的意思解釋出來?!安┯[天下,博采眾長(zhǎng)”的意思大概是“有縱觀全世界的視角,能吸取各方長(zhǎng)處”,如此將其轉(zhuǎn)換成英文。4.人民幣國(guó)際化是國(guó)際社會(huì)普遍關(guān)心的問題,尤其是各位金融界的朋友們。你們關(guān)心的問題是中國(guó)對(duì)于人民幣國(guó)際化是否制訂了一個(gè)時(shí)間表,我講對(duì)這一問題談?wù)勎业目捶?。人民幣?guó)際化主要指的是在貿(mào)易和投資方面人民幣的跨境使用。2008年金融危機(jī)的發(fā)生,使許多人對(duì)現(xiàn)有的國(guó)際貨幣體系失去信心。越來越多的人開始使用人民幣進(jìn)行國(guó)際貿(mào)易,這給人民幣的國(guó)際化進(jìn)程提供了一個(gè)非常好的機(jī)遇。The globalization of RMB has become a

I want to share with you my view on that matter. The Globalization of RMB mainly refers to the cross-border us

17、e of RMB in trade and investment. After the outbreak of financial crisis in 2008, many people lose their confidence in the current international currency system and start to trade with RMB. In addition to that, the founding of Shanghai self-trade zone also became the driving force for its globalization. We can say that RMB is rapi

20、dly becoming a global currency. However, it is worth note that RMB has only a short history for its globalization. It has a relatively low base that makes its growth look dramatic. In fact, the rate for its usage in international trade and investment is still relatively low.我認(rèn)為,中國(guó)目前應(yīng)該做的不是推動(dòng)人民幣的使用,而是

21、為人民幣國(guó)際化創(chuàng)造出良好的條件。用或者不用人民幣應(yīng)該要尊重市場(chǎng)參與者的選擇來決定的。中國(guó)政府最近幾年在做的是減少在法律領(lǐng)域使用對(duì)人民幣不必要限制。同時(shí),中國(guó)政府正在穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)資本項(xiàng)下的人民幣可兌換,以此增加國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)于人民幣的信心。I believe that what China needs to do at this stage is not to promote the use of RMB, but to create a favorable environment for its globalization. We should respect the choice of the pa

22、rticipants of the market on whether they use RMB or not. In recent years, the Chinese government is trying to lift the unnecessary legal restrictions on the use of RMB. We are steady promoting the conversion of RMB under the capital accounts, which will increase the confidence of the international c
