2、kinds of Chinese food. First, cut some cooked meat very finely. Next, you need to put some oil in the pan. Then fry the meat lightly. You need to add the rice slowly. Finally, add some salt. 3. 3、one! .Teaching aids教具 錄音機/圖片/廚具/彩筆 .Five-finger Teaching Plan 五指教學方案 Step 1 Review 第一步 復習(時間:10分鐘) 復習食品名稱,呈現(xiàn)1a中的生詞。 (復習食物名稱,呈現(xiàn)目標語言。) (讓學生說出要準備的各種食物名稱。) T: We'll prepare many kinds of foods for the food festival. What shall we prepare? (讓學生用漢語討論如何炒肉片,將步驟記錄下來,準備12分鐘。) T: Do you know how to fry mea
4、t? Please discuss for 12 minutes, and then write down the ways in Chinese. (教師給一些提示詞讓學生更好地組織語言。) T: You can use"First, Next, Then, After that, Finally". (選幾名學生匯報討論結果,教師用英語在黑板上板書步驟。) First: Cut the meat. Next: Put the oil in the pan. Then: Put the meat in the pan and fry it. Finally: Add sa

7、第二步 呈現(xiàn)(時間: 7分鐘) 呈現(xiàn)本課1a,完成1b。 1. (給學生3分鐘,根據(jù)1b圖片分組討論"如何做炒飯",學生們各抒己見。) T: Now look at the pictures in 1b, and talk about how to cook fried rice. S1: . S2: . . 2. (設置聽力任務,讓學生帶著任務聽1a錄音。) T: Now please listen to 1a and find out what Kangkang will cook. (聽錄音,并讓學生回答問題。) T: Who can give me the answ

Pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. (分角色表演對話。) T: Boys act as Kangkang, a
11、nd girls act as mother. Please act out the dialog. (讓兩位同學上講臺前表演,一個表演炒飯的動作,另一個用英語表達。) (注意表演的動作要到位,如finely , lightly, slowly。從而培養(yǎng)學生的表演能力和合作精神。解釋finely和lightly。) T:"Finely"tells us how to slice cooked meat. "Lightly"tells us how to fry the meat. Step 4 Practice 第四步 練習(時間: 15分鐘) 完成2a
12、,2b和3。 (方案一) 1. (組織學生完成2a。) T: We've learned how to cook fried rice. Would you like to learn how to cook a bowl of noodles? SS: Yes. (引導學生列出所需材料,并用圖片教這些生詞。) T: OK! What do we need to cook a bowl of noodles? S1: We need some water, some noodles (板書) materials: water, noodles, pork bones, ham, cab
13、bage, green onions (組織學生小組討論,然后匯報討論結果。) T: We have got the materials. Who can tell me how to cook it? Please make a discussion and tell me how to cook it. (糾正一些順序的錯誤,表揚表現(xiàn)好的學生。) T: Pretty well. Now please turn to page 62, read 2a and finish 2b. (教師板書并解釋生詞,領讀幾遍。核對2b答案。) (板書) deep, pot, cooker, cut up,

Step 5 Project 第五步 綜合探究活動(時間: 8分鐘) 進一步探究怎樣用英語談論"如何做飯菜"。 1. (要求學生分組討論自己最喜歡的菜以及操作步驟,然后記錄下來,接著向全班學生匯報,由其他同學評價做菜的方案是否可行。) T: Please discuss and try to write down how to cook your favorite food, and then report it to us. You can do it l
