1、Section V Writing回復(fù)建議信寫作技法指導(dǎo)文體指導(dǎo)回復(fù)建議信是針對(duì)對(duì)方提出的問(wèn)題或困惑,有針對(duì)性地提出自己的建議的一 種書信文體.一、根本結(jié)構(gòu)首先,要分析問(wèn)題,說(shuō)明自己的觀點(diǎn)；其次,針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出建議,并說(shuō)明原因；最后,提出期望,希望收信者積極行動(dòng),改良現(xiàn)狀,并禮貌地結(jié)束全文.二、考前須知提出個(gè)人的建議時(shí),應(yīng)注意以下兩點(diǎn)：i .信件要素齊全建議信的回信和建議信一樣,通常由六局部構(gòu)成：信頭 發(fā)信人的地址和發(fā) 信日期、信內(nèi)地址收信人姓名、職位、地址等、稱呼、正文、結(jié)束語(yǔ)和簽名. 有時(shí)信頭和信內(nèi)地址可省略.2 .態(tài)度謙恭理智不管對(duì)方提出的問(wèn)題有無(wú)實(shí)際價(jià)值,態(tài)度是否中肯,都要認(rèn)真對(duì)待,理智
