1、本項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)按國家勞動安全衛(wèi)生有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)定進(jìn)行,具體采取如下勞動安全衛(wèi)生防護(hù)措施。1對本公司員工上崗前先進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)教育,制定安全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)措施和勞動保護(hù)計(jì)劃,實(shí)施安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督和檢查,調(diào)查處理事故等工作。2員工在生產(chǎn)中要認(rèn)真執(zhí)行安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程,遵守各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度。杜絕違章操作,嚴(yán)禁帶病上崗、疲勞操作,避免觸電、漏電,對特殊工種作業(yè)人員嚴(yán)格持證上崗。3對新進(jìn)入工作崗位的人員,必須先進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)的三級教育(即公司、部門、班組或崗位,實(shí)行安全教育后準(zhǔn)其進(jìn)入操作崗位。對調(diào)整工種的人員,必須重新進(jìn)行崗位安全教育培訓(xùn)才能上崗。4生產(chǎn)過程中注意防火、防爆、防毒。嚴(yán)控將易燃易爆物品帶入生產(chǎn)區(qū)內(nèi),嚴(yán)禁車間內(nèi)吸煙。

2、易燃、易爆物品應(yīng)單獨(dú)堆放,并樹立醒目標(biāo)志。5注意搬運(yùn)機(jī)械的操作,防止壓傷、撞傷。6正確使用帶電設(shè)備及電氣開關(guān),不可隨意移動電源、線路、臨接亂拉電線,發(fā)現(xiàn)電線有裸露、損壞時(shí)要及時(shí)派電工進(jìn)行修復(fù)。7工作場所設(shè)置通風(fēng)換氣系統(tǒng)和防潮設(shè)備,建筑裝飾材料選擇綠色環(huán)保型產(chǎn)品,以保證工作人員有良好的工作環(huán)境。8辦公區(qū)域內(nèi)設(shè)置事故照明疏散標(biāo)志,安裝停電時(shí)自動投入工作的應(yīng)急照明燈,應(yīng)急照明燈連續(xù)工作時(shí)間不少于20分鐘。9定時(shí)、按時(shí)發(fā)放員工勞保用品。10防暑降溫:為營造舒適的工作環(huán)境,在綜合配套設(shè)施內(nèi)設(shè)置空調(diào)系統(tǒng),如生活、辦公室、休息室、食堂等。9.消防9.1設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)(1中華人民共和國消防法(1998年(2建筑設(shè)計(jì)

3、防火規(guī)范GBJ16-87(2006年版(3GBJ140-90建筑滅火器配置設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范9.2總體消防電站發(fā)電區(qū)與綜合設(shè)施配套區(qū)之間,各級發(fā)電機(jī)組之間均設(shè)可連通道路,以方便消防作業(yè)與救護(hù)。9.3建筑消防綜合配套設(shè)施采用磚混結(jié)構(gòu),單層建筑,主要承重構(gòu)件為非燃燒體,耐火等級為二級。9.4電氣消防電站內(nèi)主要火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)為電氣火災(zāi)綜合配套設(shè)施屬第三類防雷建筑物,按第三類設(shè)置防雷設(shè)施。屋面防雷設(shè)施采用明設(shè)避雷帶,引下線利用混凝土柱內(nèi)主筋,接地極利用基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)鋼筋網(wǎng),使其形成良好的接地系統(tǒng)。所有用電設(shè)備正常不帶電的金屬外殼均要可靠接地,防靜電保護(hù)。采用電源進(jìn)線重復(fù)接地、防雷接地及弱電系統(tǒng)接地合用一套接地裝置,其接地電阻

4、不得大于1.0歐姆。接地極的接地干線、公用管道、建筑物金屬構(gòu)件等可導(dǎo)電體在其進(jìn)入建筑物處做等電位連接。建筑物內(nèi)采用TN接地系統(tǒng)。work . At present, they are visiting all parts of the country. They will be arriving here tomorrow. They will be coming by train and most of the y oung peop

13、le in the tow n will be meeting them at the station. Tomorrow evening they will be sin ging at the Wor ers' Club. T he Greenwood Boy s will be stay ing for five day s. During this time, they will give five performances. As usual, the police will have a difficult time. They will be try ing to eep

After I had left a small villa ge in the sou th of France, I drove on to the next town. On the way , a y oung man waved to me. I stopped and he ask ed me for a lift. As

15、 soo n as he had got into the car, I said goodmorning to him in French and he replied in the same language. Apart from a few words, I do not now any French at all. Neither of us spo e d uring the journey. I had nearly reached the town, when the y oung man suddenly said, very slowly , 'Do y ou sp

16、eak English?' As I so on learnt, he was Eng lish himself Lesso n 15 Goo d news 佳音 The secretary told me that Mr. Harmsworth would see me. I felt very nervous when. I went into his office. He did n ot loo up from his desk when I entered. After I had sat down, he said that b usiness was very bad.

17、He told me that the firm could not afford to pay such large salaries. Twenty people had already left. I k new that my turn had come. 'Mr. Harmsworth,' I said in a weak voice. 'Don't interrupt,' he Said. Then he smiled and told me I would receive an extra &100 a ear! Lesson 16
