1、NPI (New Project Implement) Project全過(guò)程各階段定義,特性,要點(diǎn): BCA (Business Case Approval) 階段: 項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)可行性評(píng)審階段項(xiàng)目商務(wù)事項(xiàng)認(rèn)可過(guò)程,項(xiàng)目可行性評(píng)估,確定是否同意進(jìn)行立項(xiàng),確認(rèn)立項(xiàng)后,項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng),召開(kāi)Kick Off Meeting,組建項(xiàng)目小組.重點(diǎn): 確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目是否立項(xiàng) (規(guī)劃層經(jīng)營(yíng)層)PD (Product Definition) 階段: 產(chǎn)品詳細(xì)定義評(píng)審階段產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)框架確立完成并被評(píng)審,項(xiàng)目Development Schedule確立.重點(diǎn): 項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品定義是否合理,Development Schedul

2、e確立. PS: 一般情況下,滿多公司不會(huì)對(duì)BCA和PD階段做太明確的階段區(qū)分,一般整合到一個(gè)階段,即項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)可行性評(píng)審階段. EVT (Engineering Verification Test) 階段: 工程樣品驗(yàn)證測(cè)試評(píng)審階段Identify design problems and solving them as early in the design cycle, verify the design meets pre-determined specifications and design goals. Consists of Basic Functional Tests,

Consists of Functional Testing (including Usability), Performance Testing, Climatic Testing, Reliability Testing, Compliance Tes
