17、高而淘汰比例又很大的情況下，這兩天參加完本單位準研究生面試后，感覺到很有必要寫篇博文與正準備參加復試的準研究生或未來準備考研的同學做些交流。就個人的經歷，自己很少遇到過面試的準研究生能充分利用很短的面試時間來展示其最好的能力和水平的。由于這些年參加本單位面試的準研究生很多，一位學生的面試時間都很短，幾分鐘到十幾分鐘，這么短時間要測試考生的綜合能力和英語聽說能力，對考生和老師都是一種挑戰(zhàn)。我們的考生有的是有能力水平但不知道怎樣利用回答問題來展示自己，有的是沒有能力水平也不知道怎樣利用回答問題來展示自己。前者是考生自然是自己吃了虧，后者是沒有辦法。為了使考生面試時不太緊張和由于中國人習慣不直說，教

18、師提問題一般都是采用看“由表及里”、觀“由此及彼”、聽“弦外之音”和輔“旁敲側擊”等“狡猾”方式，以判斷學生的能力水平并打分的。教師最想考核的是學生的研究潛能和能力，承然優(yōu)秀的研究潛能和能力需要有扎實的基礎和專業(yè)知識作為基礎！本文不談面試的服裝、禮儀、坐姿、表情、目光等一般問題，而是羅列一些面試時的問答例子。 Q.請簡單介紹你的情況。A.有的同學以為很容易答，馬上介紹他的姓名、年齡、父母、出生地等等。其實這是浪費時間，請想一下由上述情況能給你什么高分！考生應該是重點介紹能展現自己水平能力的一面，如學習成績、獲獎、特長等等。其實老師想知道的也是后者。 Q.請談談你所在學院或系里的情況。A. 其實

19、老師是想了解考生對所在院系的了解、是否關心其院系老師的科研或參加什么課題等。有的同學就說說所在院系大概有多少學生和老師，就沒有別的話了。如果學生能夠講出所在院系的研究特色、條件和老師們的典型課題等，效果就不一樣了。 Q.請講講你正在做的畢業(yè)論文（或設計）的情況。A.有的同學直率就回答“還沒有開始”。開學已經兩個月了畢業(yè)論文還沒開始，再過兩個月就要畢業(yè)了，畢業(yè)論文還沒有開始。這種情況看出該生在所在學校肯定沒有接受過多少研究或設計訓練。有的同學簡單說了一個題目就完了，這種情況也看出該生沒做多少工作。有的同學講的是一個十分科普題目，這種情況可以看出該生所在院系的研究水平的檔次，也看出培養(yǎng)的學生的研究

20、能力不怎么樣。 Q.請談談你做畢業(yè)論文（或設計）的技術路線。A.有的同學回答是“網上查查資料、整理整理什么的。”。對檢索什么數據庫、采用什么方法、運用什么工具、設計什么實驗、等等一概說不出或沒有可說的，一聽這種學生即使畢業(yè)了其論文也是等于沒做和沒有什么創(chuàng)新可說的。 Q.請談談你查閱過什么數據庫和學術期刊。A.有的同學只講個CNKI或一兩個常見刊物名，這種情況看出學生的學術視野和接受的訓練非常一般。如果能夠講出一些國外著名數據庫和學術期刊，那效果就完全不一樣了。 Q.請介紹你專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案。A.此問題老師是想了解學生的整體知識體系等。但一些考生無層次、無結構的羅列幾門課程的名字，甚至幾門骨干專業(yè)

21、課的名稱都說不出來，這種學生考分再高也要打問號。 Q.請講一講你學得最好的一門課程的內容。A.有的同學就把考試的課程說出來，但進一步問及該課程的知識體系或里面的一些重點，又回答不出來或不正確，那該生就很難說優(yōu)秀了，因為學的最好的課程也是如此而已。 Q.你對那些研究方向感興趣。A.有的同學把一個大專業(yè)大學科就當作興趣來提，比如我喜歡安全管理、交通安全、等等，這種回答就看出該生對所在專業(yè)的前沿方向一點不知，也沒有聽過這種講座，等于沒有回答問題。 Q.你打算具體做個什么研究課題。A.有的同學把一個非常科普的常識性題目就說出來，有的把一個大專業(yè)的名字就說出來。從這就可看出這種學生就是沒有做過什么科研訓

22、練的。 Q.請說一篇期刊上發(fā)表的學術論文的格式或結構。A.有的學生回答不出來。如果問及一條參考文獻的規(guī)范格式包括哪些要素，更是回答不了。那就知道該生沒有閱讀過什么科技論文等。 Q.請舉例談談物理知識與安全檢測的關系A.這類問題比較能夠考出研究生的科學思維能力，其實物理學的溫度、力、氣體等參數的測試在安全測試中一樣需要，物理學、電學很多知識都可以用到安全測試的。如果學生一個例子都說不出來，那其科學思維能力和理論聯系實際的能力就打折扣的。同樣，還可以用數學、化學、力學等在安全測試或事故預防的作用舉例來提問題。 Q.你讀過哪些與你專業(yè)相關的課外書。A.有些同學列舉的課外書是一些99%以上的人都看的小

23、書，有的列舉的書本來就是本專業(yè)里的書。如果這樣可以看出該生對相關學科不感興趣，知識面不寬，不具有交叉學科意思。 Q.舉例說出閱讀小說和科技書有什么區(qū)別。A.這種題目一般可考察學生的分析總結能力，例如讀小說要讀完后才知道整個故事和小說的結構，讀科技書只要瞄一下目錄就知道該書談什么和整體結構的安排。學生回答不出什么也看出一些問題。 Q.舉例說你如何做科學實驗。A.有的學生不假思索地隨意說出，其像炒個小菜一樣簡單和做那幾步。這樣也看出該生沒有設計實驗的經驗和不會總結方法、步驟什么的。 等等，教師還可以即時根據學生的回答提出更加深入的聯想問題來。上述問題同樣適合于用英文來問答，例如： Q. I come from XXX university.。這樣只能讓老師看出是小學生的英語水平和浪費了很多時間。這種題目一般事前應該有所準備，應該用比較學術性的英語講講自己的成績、獲獎、特長等等什么的，既展示英語水平又展示研究才能。1. 自我介紹篇(重點)?；旧厦總€院校每個專業(yè)的口試中都會涉及這一方面?？脊倨鋵嵤且璐肆私饽愕目陬^表達能力

25、以及你的報名表之外的一些信息。自我介紹時間以2-3分鐘為宜。思路要清楚，要突出重點，口語盡量流利(不要太流利了，有背誦之嫌)。1) 考官要求你作自我介紹時，不要用let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重復、啰嗦。開頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以進入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。 2) 自我介紹的主體內容。  姓名。介紹自己姓名時，發(fā)音一定要準(南方考生要多

26、加注意)。 年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)。 原來的院校、專業(yè)。注意：一定要把原來學校的英文名稱、專業(yè)的英文名稱弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專業(yè)的學生)。所屬的公司、職位。注意：在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位/職稱的英文名稱弄明白。 性格、能力?？梢灾貜娬{你的個性對你報考的專業(yè)有何積極的作用。如果報考的是學術性的專業(yè)，可以說自己細心(carefully，detail- oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(steady)等；如果是研究性、應用性更強一點的專業(yè)，可以說自己負責 (responsible)、可

27、靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進取心的)， adaptable, amicable(友好的)， analytical(善于分析的)， cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見的)， innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不茍的)， temperate等

28、等。在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation。 愛好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了強調你的學習的重視，同時也要避免給考官一種“書呆子”的感覺。一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義 (build my body, relax myself

Thanks for your attention。2. 家庭、家鄉(xiāng)、學校篇。考官其實是要通過你的家庭、家鄉(xiāng)或學校來了解你的成長的環(huán)境。 1) 家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是為了做人口調查而提出這個問題的，所以應該避免流水賬似地介紹家庭成員；要盡量說明家人(尤其是父母)對你造成哪些方面 (性格、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、做事風格等)良好的影響?？梢詤⒖家韵戮涫浇Y構：Just like my father, I am especially interested
