Product Introduction 兆和ZHKT-FS型風(fēng)砂過濾器特別適合于風(fēng)砂地區(qū)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)新風(fēng)引入口使用。此產(chǎn)品可以有效防止風(fēng)沙進(jìn)入空調(diào)系統(tǒng),延長空調(diào)系統(tǒng)過濾器使用壽命;成本低,并且可以替代初效過濾器,一次性投資,終身無需運行維護(hù);在沙塵暴較多的地區(qū)使用效果會更加明顯。Megaunity ZHKT-FS sand filter is especially app

Structural Features過濾葉片采用弧形結(jié)構(gòu),獨特的百葉式過濾孔,使風(fēng)沙有效分離?;締卧?00×1800(內(nèi)尺寸),過濾風(fēng)量20000m3/h,可多個單元組合使用。底部獨有的沙粒接砂箱,可以把沙子匯集到一起,定期傾倒。The arc-shaped filter vanes and unique louver fil

The unique sand collector at the bottom can collect and regularly dump sand.四、基本結(jié)構(gòu)IV. Basic Structure砂過濾主要由頂板、底板、側(cè)板、葉片孔板、葉片盲板

Filtration Principle 此砂過濾器采用了阿基米德螺旋線形結(jié)構(gòu)。其工作原理是含塵砂氣體由

8、入口沿葉片切向進(jìn)入寬度漸縮的內(nèi)部螺旋通道,在離心力與匯流流場的作用下,砂塵被拋向螺旋通道的外壁上,外壁表面風(fēng)速低于螺旋腔體內(nèi)風(fēng)速,有利于砂塵沿壁面成拋物線滑落到集砂口被收集起來。干凈氣體最后由螺旋腔體內(nèi)壁百葉孔擠入出風(fēng)口,進(jìn)入空調(diào)機組。This sand filter adopts Archimedean screw liner structure. Its working principle is as below: along tangential direction of blade, gas with dust sand enters into internal screw chann

9、el (width gradually reduce) from inlet; under the effect of centrifugal force and confluent flow field, sand dust is thrown to outer wall of screw channel; Outer walls surface wind speed is lower than that in screw cavity, which is favorable for sand dust falling into sand collecting port along the

10、wall surface as a parabola so as to be collected. Finally, clean gas squeezes into air outlet from blinder hole in inter wall of screw cavity and enters into air-conditioner unit.由于采用了阿基米德螺旋線形結(jié)構(gòu),可使砂塵分離空間充分形成切向流場,并減少徑向流場的匯流作用,以提高除砂效率。Archimedean screw liner structure is adopted, which can make separa

Blade shall not be moved or pulled to avoid defo

16、rmation or damage. 3. 砂過濾器安裝時,可根據(jù)風(fēng)量、進(jìn)風(fēng)口大小來選擇單組或多組安裝。When sand filter is installed, single unit or multi-unit installation can be chosen according to air volume and inlet size. 4. 根據(jù)工藝要求,定期進(jìn)行檢查接砂箱存砂量。也可根據(jù)使用地區(qū)、季節(jié)適量調(diào)整檢查次數(shù)。According to process requirement, sand quantity in sand collector shall be regularly inspected.
