It published in 1911, telling a story of Peter Pan, a mischievous little boy who can fly, and his adventures on the island of Neverland with Wendy Darling and her bro

2、thers, the fairy Tinker Bell, the Lost Boys, the Indian princess Tiger Lily, and the pirate Captain Hook.Peter Pan is a character created by Scottish novelist and playwright J. M. Barrie (1860 1937). A mischievous boy who can fly and magically refuses to grow up, Peter Pan spends his never-ending ch

3、ildhood adventuring on the small island of Neverland as the leader of his gang the Lost Boys, interacting with mermaids, Indians, fairies, pirates, and (from time to time) meeting ordinary children from the world outside. In addition to two distinct works by Barrie, the character has been featured i

4、n a variety of media and merchandise, both adapting and expanding on Barrie's works.Sir James Matthew Barrie, 1st Baronet, OM (9 May 186019June 1937) was a Scottish author and dramatist, best remembered today as the creator of Peter Pan. The child of a family of small-town weavers, he was educat

5、ed in Scotland. He moved to London, where he developed a career as a novelist and playwright. There he met the Llewelyn Davies boys who inspired him in writing about a baby boy who has magical adventures in Kensington Gardens (included in The Little White Bird), then to write Peter Pan, or The Boy W

6、ho Wouldn't Grow Up, a "fairy play" about this ageless boy and an ordinary girl named Wendy who have adventures in the fantasy setting of Neverland. This play quickly overshadowed his previous work and although he continued to write successfully, it became his best-known work, credited

7、 with popularising the name Wendy, which was very uncommon previously.1 Barrie unofficially adopted the Davies boys following the deaths of their parents. Before his death, he gave the rights to the Peter Pan works to Great Ormond Street Hospital, which continues to benefit from them.In his life,he

8、has written many books. Barrie died of pneumonia on 19 June 1937 and is buried at Kirriemuir next to his parents and two of his siblings. He left the bulk of his estate (excluding the Peter Pan works, which he had previously given to精選文庫Great Ormond Street Hospital) to his secretary Cynthia Asquith.

14、hing Wendy how to fly ,alongside the intricacies of fairy love and some scary adventures amongst pirates and redskins in the colourful world of Neverland. We all know characters like peter pan:irresponsible,forgetful,fiercrly independent and living only for the moment will they always stay the same.

So a girl named Wendy, who also want never to grow up, came into Neverland to become the kids'mother. They began the all kinds of adventure in Neverland.
