No smoking except in designated area.除了指定區(qū)域外,不可于工作區(qū)域內(nèi)吸煙2. Smoking is only allowed during tea-break or lunch/ dinner time.請于休息時(shí)間或午晚餐時(shí)間吸煙3. No littering a

5、nd loitering around restricted area.請勿于工作區(qū)域亂丟垃圾及閑蕩4. Do not eat at work place except at canteen or luncheon room.請?jiān)诓杷g或用餐區(qū)用餐5. No packet drink outside canteen or at luncheon room, building compound and work place.勿在茶水間、用餐區(qū)外及工作區(qū)域內(nèi)喝罐裝飲料6. No alcohol and drugs at work place.上班不可飲酒7. any person present

It shall be the duty of the employer to ensure; so far as is practicable, the safety, health and welfare at work of all his/ her employees. 確保員工在作業(yè)上的安全衛(wèi)生及工作 福利是雇主的責(zé)任。2

To cooperate with his employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer or that person by this Act or any regulation made thereunder.與雇主或負(fù)責(zé)在法律上具有履行義務(wù)之負(fù)責(zé)或負(fù)責(zé)該相關(guān)法律的人合作。3. To wear or use at all times any protective equipment or clothing provided by the em

10、ployer for the purpose of preventing risks to his safety & health instituted by or under his Act or any regulation made thereunder. 任何時(shí)侯皆穿著雇主提供之保護(hù)設(shè)備或 服裝以避免任何違返法令之危害發(fā)生。4. To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by or under this Act or any regulation

Environmental, Health & Safety Officer is responsible環(huán)璄,健康及安全管理員應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)5.1 To conduct safety induction to all new employees when report to work.安全簡介給 所有新進(jìn)員工5.2 To conduct safety awareness to all employees at least once a year.一年一次實(shí)施安 全需知課程給所有員工5.3 To review in

12、 house rules every year.一年一次檢視倉庫安全守則Procedure 流程1 Electricity Safety 電器安全1.1 Proper plug top and connection.適當(dāng)?shù)牟迦牒瓦B接1.2 No damages cable and extension cord or twin cable. 電源線及延長線不可有損壞1.3 Only authorized persons shall make repairs to or work on electrical apparatus.只有授權(quán)的人可以維修或操作電子儀器1.4 Keep equipment

13、 and hands dry when working with or near electrical apparatus.當(dāng)工作時(shí)及靠近電子設(shè)備時(shí),保持設(shè)備和手的干燥1.5 All equipment that has exposed metal parts and operates at a voltage that presents a shock hazards must be securely grounded before use.所有設(shè)備金屬 及操作電壓等具高危險(xiǎn)物品時(shí)必須妥善確保安全。1.6 All electrical wire must be considered live

14、 until proven that they are not.所有 電源金屬線必須有用除非它們不能使用。1.7 Overloading of electrical circuits is not allowed.電源不得超載1.8 Do not bypass safety device provided. 不可跨越安全設(shè)備裝置1.9 Electrical panel must not be blocked at all time.電路板不可上鎖1.10 Extension cords can only be used temporary and must not be used for pe

Ensure these areas are free from obstruction. 不可有物品阻礙出入口及樓梯,請確保這些地方是凈空的。2.2 Do not place goods or object to obstruct the fire fighting equipmen

Always keep a clear access to the fire fighting equipment.不要于貨物及任何物品阻礙滅 火器材。請保持滅火器材周圍凈空。3 PME(Power Mobile Equipment-電力移動(dòng)式設(shè)備)3.1 Only authorized or licensed personnel are allowed to operate power mobile equipment.唯有授權(quán)者或具有執(zhí)照者允許操作電力移動(dòng)操作儀器3.2 Supervisors must check all PME at the beginning of the sh

19、ift.在使用電力移動(dòng)式 機(jī)械前, 主管必須檢查所有設(shè)備3.3 Do not operate PME without checking it ahead. Al

20、ways drive at a safe speed.不可超速,或心不在焉的駕車,隨時(shí)保持安全行車速度。3.6 Do not drive forward if the load in front obstructs your view.當(dāng)前方有貨物擋在 你視線范圍時(shí),不可以往前開。3.7 Do not speed when you arrive at a corner, exit or near any person. Give warning horn and slow down your machine.當(dāng)行經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)彎、出口或有人靠近時(shí),不 可加速,必須嗚按喇只及放慢你的行駛速度3.8 Do

21、not allow anyone to pillion ride on your forklift, stacker or PME. .Stern disciplinary action will be taken against this violation that may tantamount to termination of service.不允許任何人騎坐在你的堆高機(jī)、升降機(jī)或任何電力移動(dòng)機(jī) 器。所有違反規(guī)章者將終止契約以示嚴(yán)懲。3.9 Drive carefully and do not allow anyone to walk underneath the forks when

22、 operating fork-lift or stacker. Do not

Dispose all unwanted items regularly in a proper waste container.不需要的東西不要放工作區(qū)域,定期 丟棄所有不要的物品于垃圾筒內(nèi)。4.2 Do not place things haphazardly in the operations area. Always maintain g

24、ood housekeeping by removing obstacles that are in the ways of blocking operations.不要把物品雜亂地放在操作區(qū)內(nèi),隨時(shí)清掃工作區(qū)域的垃圾以維護(hù)良好的工 作環(huán)境4.3 Do not throw food wrappers, containers or plastic bags in an irresponsible manner. Dispose these food wrappers, containers or plastic into proper rubbish bins. Food, drinks &am

25、p; handphones are not allowed into the warehouse except those being authorized.不要任意丟棄紙屑、塑料袋。將這些垃圾丟棄在垃圾 桶內(nèi),未經(jīng)授權(quán),不得在倉庫食用食物、飲料及手機(jī)。4.4 Do not throw working tools in the operations area. Return them after use.不 可任意擺放工作器材,應(yīng)將歸回原位。4.5 Do not keep your personal items in an unsafe place. Always store your per

26、sonal items in your goods near wall opening or blind corner without displaying proper caution signs or notices.不要將個(gè)人物品放在不安全之處,隨時(shí) 將個(gè)人物品放在靠近自己附近的墻邊或可放心的角落邊。4.6 Good housekeeping practices shall be maintained at all time (5S).時(shí)時(shí)維護(hù)環(huán) 境清潔4.7 Canteen 茶水間使用完后a. Clean up your area (table) after your meal/ te

27、a break. 用餐后請清理桌面b. Push in chair after use. 將椅子歸回原位c. Dispose of unwanted items into dust bins provided.將不要的物品放至垃圾箱內(nèi)d. Close doors after access to canteen.使用后關(guān)閉茶水間e. Do not switch ON or OFF air-condition不要自行關(guān)閉或開啟冷氣5 Material Storage 貨物存放5.1 Seek approval from DESC person-in-charge before performing

28、 material storage.在操作儲物前請獲得DESC內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)的人核準(zhǔn)。5.2 Do not place unnecessary items other than materials on lifter platform at loading bay.在起貨和卸貨時(shí),除了貨品,不要擺放不必要的物品。5.3 No sharp object protruding and blocking emergency exit, doorway/ staircase area, switch panel or emergency equipment.不可在逃生出口,門的走道、樓梯出 入口、電源開關(guān)處、

29、緊急設(shè)備前擺放任何阻礙物及尖銳的物品。6 Lifting Materials 提貨時(shí)6.1 Examine the load and surrounding area.檢查卸貨區(qū)及周遭區(qū)域。6.2 Do not lift material exceeding 25kg alone (use lifting equipment).不可提舉超過25公司的貨物。6.3 Bend knees when lifting a load. 當(dāng)卸貨時(shí)要彎膝6.4 Look forward to keep back straight. 往前看并保持背挺直6.5 Position the load close t

30、o the body. 卸貨時(shí)貨靠近身體靠近的姿勢6.6 Maintain a firm grip on the load. 緊扶貨物6.7 Use smooth, controlled movements. 使用順暢可控制的移動(dòng)方式。6.8 Keep arms in front of body.保持手臂在身體前方。6.9 Turn feet in direction of movement and do not twist.轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí),腳往前進(jìn)的方向, 不要扭傷。Refer SOP for Manual Material Handling.參考提舉貨物操作流程。7 Material Storag

31、e 物料貯存7.1 Store materials at designated location. 貯存貨物于指定區(qū)域。7.2 Do not use damage or broken pallets.不要使用毀損或破損的棧板。7.3 Do not place materials out of pallet.物品放置一定要在棧板底下。7.4 Ensure no sharp object protruding out from materials or pallet.確認(rèn)沒有尖物突 出于物料或棧板7.5 Materials/ boxes should be stack-up properly an

32、d firm.物料/箱子應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)亩褩?和放穩(wěn)7.6 Do not store unwrap materials/ boxes on racks. 不要將未捆好的物料/及箱子放置 在料架上。7.7 Do not remove materials/ boxes in between after stack-up on racks.不要移動(dòng) 料架/箱子在堆棧時(shí)或堆棧后。7.8 Do not block emergency exit, emergency equipment, staircase, electrical panel, switch room and driveway area.不要擋住

33、逃生出口、樓梯、變電箱、電源 室及通道。7.9 When storing empty pallets, do not store more than 12 pallets high. 當(dāng)儲存 空棧板時(shí),儲存高度不可高于12個(gè)棧板高。7.10 Do not place unnecessary items others than materials on dock levels.除了物 料,料架上不放置不需要的物品。7.11 Do not overload racks and dock levels.料架及碼頭柙板不可超載。7.12 Pallets with cartons must be shr

34、ink-wrapped when place on the racking system from tier 3 and above.當(dāng)物料放置于料架系統(tǒng)3層高以上時(shí),棧板上的紙 箱一定要用膠膜捆好。8 Vehicle Safety 車輛安全8.1 Exercise extra caution while driving; Drive with care, good judgement and responsibility. 行駛時(shí)須額外謹(jǐn)慎,小心駕駛,正確的判斷和守責(zé)任。8.2 Do not speed (speed limit 10 km/h).不可超速(時(shí)速限制每小時(shí)10公里)8.3 P

35、ark at allocated car park, and do not park at handicapped parking lot or blocking fire-fighting equipment. 車輛使用完畢,應(yīng)停于停車區(qū)域,請勿停在殘障停 車位或阻礙消防設(shè)施。8.4 Reckless and dangerous driving is prohibited.不允許粗心及危險(xiǎn)的駕車8.5 Watch out for pedestrian and give way to pedestrian (stop) at pedestrian crossing.注意行人,當(dāng)行人經(jīng)過使,讓行

36、人優(yōu)先行走。9 Waste Generated 廢棄物收集9.1 Do not dispose use oil or chemical to drain or ground. 不要將油料或化學(xué)藥劑倒 至水管或地面上。9.2 Dispose according to prepare requirement/ methods.依規(guī)定辦法依序處理廢棄物9.3 If temporary storage is required, it should be stored at proper location with DESC approval only. 若有需要臨時(shí)儲柜,經(jīng)過主管請示核準(zhǔn)后放在妥善的位

37、置。9.4 Collect the waste generated, contact with customer and get the approval from customer for next disposal procedure. 廢棄物收集固定時(shí)間后,通知客戶并得 到允許以利下一廢棄物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程進(jìn)行作業(yè)。10 Work At Height 高處作業(yè)10.1 Use proper scaffolding; ladder or lifter equipment should be in good condition.使用良好的腳架,樓梯輔助設(shè)備10.2 Use safety belt &

47、es. Long pant, cover shoes, safety shoes, T-shirt shall be required and tuck in. 請勿穿短褲, 拖鞋和打赤膞。請長褲、包鞋、安全鞋、襯衫并塞入2.2 Do not wear slipper or improper footwear in operations area. All operations staff must wear safety boots provided by company.不要在操作區(qū)域 穿拖鞋或不合適的鞋在。所有倉儲員工應(yīng)穿著公司提供的安全鞋2.3 Tuck in T-shirt when

Visitor(s) are required to adhere to DESC safety requirements.訪客必須遵守DESC安全 規(guī)范4. Visitor committed two safety violations will be barred from entering DESC premises or escorted out of
