Product introduction綜述General descriptionLDA型電動單梁起重機(以下簡稱起重機)是按JB/T1306標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計制造的，與CDi、 MDi等形式的電動葫蘆配套使用，成為一種有運行軌道的輕型起重設(shè)備。其額定載荷 lt-10t；跨度二 適用溫度-25°C-+40°C,濕度<85%,無火災(zāi)、爆炸危險和腐蝕性介質(zhì)的環(huán) 境中工作，禁止吊運熔化金屬，有毒、易燃、易爆物品

3、。The LD-A Motor Single-Track Crane (hereafter referred as the crane) is designed and manufactured according to the JB/T1306 standard Operated with electric hoists of CD1 and MD1, it is a railed light erane. Its rated load is lr10t； the span is range of working temperature is -25°C- +40°C;

4、the humidity is <85% The erane is not suitable to be used in environment with the danger of fire and explosion and corrosive media. 23、eration in operator' cab.4 安裝Fig 2主橫梁連接41 The connection of girder and beam在現(xiàn)場將起重機運行機構(gòu)的驅(qū)動裝置安裝在橫梁上。In stall the driving engine of the era ne's traveling mechanism on to the beam at the site 按圖2所示，將主、橫梁用螺栓連接起來，此螺栓為精制螺栓，其性能可保證主、橫 梁連接可鼎，為更安全允許用戶按圖2在a、b、c處稍加間斷施焊不宜焊得太滿，以防變 形。主、橫梁組裝后按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T1306中有關(guān)要

Operation試車在無載荷情況下，接通電源，開動并檢查各運轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)控制系統(tǒng)和安全裝置均應(yīng)靈 敏準(zhǔn)確，安全可靠方可使用。During driving test, under the condition of no load, connect the power, turn on and check each operating system, controlling system and safety system They should be accurate and safe to be used不準(zhǔn)超過起重機額定載荷起吊。5. 2 Hoisting weights e

Maintenance用戶應(yīng)做到經(jīng)常檢查起重機各部位是否有異常現(xiàn)象尤其是主橫梁連接處，若未加施 焊，更要經(jīng)常檢查。The customer should regularly check each part of the crane for any abnor

The conn ection place of the girder and beam should be often checked, especially in the case where they are not welded潤滑(如圖5所示)Lubrication (as shown in Fig 5)通過油杯6注入鈣基潤滑脂(BG491)潤滑車輪軸承，潤滑周期3個月，油量為皿訃 軸承容量。Inject by lubricating cup 6 the calcium grease (BG491) to lubricate the wheel axle

37、 The lubricating period is 3 months and the grease amount is 1/2竹 of the capacity of the axle取下油塞8注入粘度為花50#機械油(GB443)。建議潤滑周期6個月。Take off the oil plug 8 to inject 50# mechanical oil (GB443) with viscosity of °E. The suggested lubricating period is 3 months隨時檢查車輪，不應(yīng)有裂縫、壓痕及過分的磨損，上述缺陷深度超過3mm時，應(yīng)立 即報

38、廢，更換方法見圖5,取下螺栓4和擋軸板5,壓出車輪軸7,取出車輪3,裝配時按 反順序進(jìn)行。Check the wheels regularly, which should have no crack, impressed mark and abrasion.
