11、tract.9索 賠：買(mǎi)方對(duì)合同項(xiàng)下裝運(yùn)貨物的任何索賠必須于貨物到達(dá)目的港后30天內(nèi)提出并必須提供經(jīng)賣(mài)方同意的檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告供賣(mài)方審核。在任何情況下賣(mài)方對(duì)間接損失不承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任，屬于保險(xiǎn)公司、船公司、運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)和/或郵局責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)的索賠賣(mài)方不予受理。claim：any claim by the buyer concerning the goods shipped hereunder shall be filed within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination and supported by

14、es contract in consequence of any force majeure incidents which might occur, and the seller shall notify the buyer as soon as possible. force majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions.11仲 裁：凡因本合同引起的或本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，如果協(xié)商不能解決，應(yīng)提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)
