5、arbon Water Filter (CJ 3023-93) 定義3.1生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器 以市政自來(lái)水或其他集中式供水為原水，經(jīng)過(guò)進(jìn)一步處理，旨在改善飲水水質(zhì)，去除水中某些有害物質(zhì)為目的的飲用水水質(zhì)處理器。3 Definitions3.1 Treatment devices of drinking water: the raw water unicipal water or other centralized water supply, after further treament, aims to improve drinking water quality and removes c

6、ertain hazardous substances in drinking water. 生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器與水接觸材料衛(wèi)生要求4.1 生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器所用材料必須按照本規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和鑒定，符合要求的產(chǎn)品方可使用。4.2 用于組裝生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器的材料和直接與飲水接觸的成型部件及過(guò)濾材料， 應(yīng)按照衛(wèi)生部水質(zhì)處理器中與水接觸的材料衛(wèi)生安全證明文件的規(guī)定提供衛(wèi)生安全證明文件，否則必須進(jìn)行浸泡試驗(yàn)。4.2.1 生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器所用材料浸泡試驗(yàn)步驟、浸泡水配制方法和檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的評(píng)價(jià)方法參照生活飲用水輸配水設(shè)備及防護(hù)材料衛(wèi)生安全評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)范（2001）進(jìn)行。4.2.2 生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理

7、器所用膜組件及其他可能被活性氯損壞的樣品則用純水作浸泡試驗(yàn)。4. Sanitary requirements on treatment devices of drinking water and materials in contact with water4.1 The materials used in treatment devices of drinking water must be tested and identified in accordance with this specification. The products that conform to the specifi

8、cation can be put into use. 4.2 Materials used to assemble water treatment devices and molded parts and filtration materials in direct contact with drinking water should provide hygienic safety documents in accordance with The Provision for Hygienic Safety Documents of Water Treatment Devices Materi

9、als in Contact With the Drinking Water. Otherwise, the materials must pass the immersion test. 4.2.1 The immersion test procedure of the materials used, the preparation methords of the immersion water and the evaluation methords of the test result should refer to Standard for Hygienic Safety Evaluat

10、ion of Equipment and Protective Materials in Drinking Water (2001) .4.2.2 The immersion test of membrane module and other samples which can be damaged by active chlorine should use purified water.5 生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器的衛(wèi)生安全試驗(yàn)生活飲用水水質(zhì)處理器衛(wèi)生安全性試驗(yàn)采用整機(jī)浸泡試驗(yàn)方法。整機(jī)浸泡試驗(yàn)方法是按說(shuō)明書要求，先用純水注入處理器沖洗，然后注入純水于室溫浸泡24小時(shí)，測(cè)定浸泡水。浸泡后水與原純

11、水比較，增加量不得超過(guò)表1至表5中所列限值。檢驗(yàn)水樣的采集步驟按衛(wèi)生部涉及飲用水衛(wèi)生安全產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)規(guī)定進(jìn)行。5 Sanitary safety testing procedure of the drinking water purifying equipmentSafety and sanity testing procedure of the drinking water purifying equipment requires to fill the whole equipment with water. First, flushing the equipment with pure wat

12、er. Then, fill the whole equipment with pure water at ambient temperature for 24 hours. At last, test the soaking water and compare it with the pure water that used in this procedure. The increment can not exceed the limits stated in Form 1 to Form 5. The water sampling process keeps to the Drinking
