2、方代付;3.乙方應在接到關稅和海關代征增值稅稅票后按時向代收銀行繳納稅款;4.如代理進出口商品屬免稅、許可證商品，乙方負責辦理相關的手續(xù)或證明，由此引起的一切責任和損失由乙方負擔;5.守法經(jīng)營，不偽報、不滿報，單單相符、單貨相符、如實申報、提供貨物的真實情況，對于偽報商品名稱、夾帶私運物品、高值低報、少報通關數(shù)量等違反相關法律法規(guī)的行為，乙方承擔一切責任和后果，并賠償給甲方造成的損失。四、在貿(mào)易合同執(zhí)行中，如因國外客戶或乙方的原因造成合同的變更、解除、終止或違反合同致使變更或終止本協(xié)議，甲方不承擔責任，因甲方代理行為的過錯造成的損失除外。五、甲方在執(zhí)行本協(xié)議中，對于乙方或第三方的經(jīng)濟、刑事等糾

16、wise awarded.11. 其他條款other terms & conditions(1) 甲方不得向經(jīng)銷地區(qū)其他買主供應本協(xié)議所規(guī)定的商品。如有詢價，當轉(zhuǎn)達給乙方洽辦。若有買主希望從甲方直接訂購，甲方可以供貨，但甲方須將有關銷售確認書副本寄給乙方，并按所達成交易的發(fā)票金額給予乙方*%的傭金。party a shall not supply the contracted commodity to any other buyer(s) in the above mentioned territory. direct enquiries, if any, will be referred t
