16、n crack (polysulfide seal paste and rubber ) construction7.2施工方法construction plans7.2施工方法construction plans7.2.1HDPE集水坑及HDPE管施工 water header and HDPE tube construction7.2.1.1按照圖紙設計要求采用專門HDPE管材焊機焊接，采用套管內嵌導線，通過電流加熱使HDPE材料溶化，達到管材與套管的緊密連接（此前取試件進行管材試焊，切出斷面，檢查焊縫情況）。7.2.1.1 According to the drawing design

17、requirement, to adopt special HDPE pipe welder to joint and internal embedding lead of thimble to unfreeze the HDPE through heating current, so as to connect tightly with thimble (before this , welding line should be inspected).7.2.1.2管材加工完畢后，由測量專工定出油罐中心點及管道平面角度，按照圖紙設計要求人工開挖至管道設計標高，并安裝好管道坡度。安裝完畢進行閉水

18、試驗，管道注水后，管道不滲不漏為合格，閉水試驗后將HDPE管溝用等級良好的天然砂回填夯實。7.2.1.2 Make certain the central point of oil tank and the pipeline plane angle by measuring engineering , and excavating by manual till the designing elevation as drawing design requested, then installing the piping gradient after processing pipe materia

19、l . The test of closing water is followed by the installation, it will be passed if the pipeline is neither seeping nor leaking. Backfilling and tamping HDPE channel with nicer grading natural sand when closing water completed. 7.2.2HDPE層施工 HDPE construction7.2.2.1鋪設HDPE膜前，應對鋪設基底進行全面檢查，鋪設基底應堅實、平整，25

20、mm內不得有樹根、瓦礫、石子、混凝土顆粒、鋼筋頭、玻璃屑等有可能損傷HDPE膜的雜物，HDPE膜下部鋪5cm等級良好的天然砂，且夯實整平。7.2.2.1 Inspecting completely the fundus before laying the HDPE film and make sure the fundus stability , level , no sundries to damage HDPE film. Spreading 5cm natural under the HDPE film.7.2.2.2鋪設面清理干凈，無滲水、淤泥、積水、有機物殘碴和有可能造成環(huán)境污染的有

21、害物質。7.2.2.2 Clean up the laying surface, no seepage , sullage, seeper, substance remnant and deleterious matter .7.2.2.3 HDPE膜裁切之前，準確丈量其相關尺寸，然后按實際裁切。 7.2.2.3 Before cutting HDPE film , to measure correlative size, and then to cut it according to the practice.7.2.2.4膜與膜之間接縫的搭接寬度為150毫米，且搭接方向為順水方向。7.2.

22、2.4 The joining width of joint between film is 150mm, even the overlap direction is downstream.7.2.2.5 HDPE膜在鋪設中，避免產生人為的折皺。7.2.2.5 Avoiding the artificial cockling during paving the HDPE film.7.2.2.6 HDPE膜鋪設完后，應盡量減少在膜面上行走、搬運工具等，凡能對HDPE膜造成危害的物件，均不應放在膜上或攜帶在膜上行走，以免對膜造成意外損傷。7.2.2.6 Dont walk and convey

24、oke, wear shoes with iron nail or high-heel shoes with hard bottom walking on the film, dont go in for any activities is likely to destroy the anti-penetrant film.7.2.2.7HDPE膜鋪好后，應及時用沙袋將膜壓住。 7.2.2.7 Press the film with sandbag in time after paving the HDPE film.7.2.2.8手提焊槍焊接一般應按四道工序進行：搭接檢查、熱粘、打毛、焊接。

25、雙軌熱熔焊機焊接工序分為：調壓加熱、定速恒溫、搭接檢查、清潔打毛、啟動焊接四道工序。7.2.2.8 Using welding torch to joint following the four steps : overlapping inspection, heating adhesion, grind, jointing. Double railway heat fusion welding procedure: adjusting the voltage to heat up, speed fixed and constant temperature, joint inspection,

26、 cleanness and grinding ,startup jointing .7.2.2.9清理接縫處表面，HDPE膜的搭接段面不應夾有泥沙等雜物。 7.2.2.9 Clean up the surface of joint , sundries cant be included on the overlap surface.7.2.2.10打磨后的表面必須保持清潔，遇有污染或落有泥沙等物時，要用干凈的布或棉紗撣掉再焊，必要時應重新打磨，切忌用手擦拭。7.2.2.10 Keep the surface clean and whisk off the dirty matter with

27、clean cloth or cotton yarn .Burnishing again if necessary and dont wipe it off with your hand. 7.2.2.11當手提焊槍的溫度控制器所指示的焊機頭溫度低于200時，在任何情況下不得啟動焊機。7.2.2.11 Dont startup the welding machine when the temperature of welding head is below the 200.7.2.2.12焊條在焊接時，不得隨意接觸地面，不得用粘有油污的手套、棉紗、布塊擦試焊條，并應保持干凈，不被任何物質污染。

28、7.2.2.12 When jointing the welding rod ,dont touch the floor at random, dont wipe the welding rod with smeary glove, cotton yarn , cloth .Keep it from being polluted.7.2.2.13手提焊槍的中心指針在焊接時必須和接縫中心對正，以免影響焊接的質量。7.2.2.13 The central hand of welding torch must just the joint center to avoid the quality.7.

29、2.2.14手提焊槍每次焊接開始時，應先啟動焊機、將槍頭里面余留的焊條擠壓物除去，完成后立即焊接。7.2.2.14 Firstly should startup the weld machine and remove the welding rod extrusion remained in the torch, and then to joint at once. 7.2.2.15手提焊槍在焊接過程中，應經常檢查槍頭的滑塊，磨損較嚴重時應及時更新滑塊，以免損傷膜面；雙軌熱熔焊機在焊接過程中，需隨時注意焊機的運行情況，要根據現(xiàn)場的實際情況對速度和溫度進行微調。7.2.15 Inspecting

31、ature according to the site circumstance.7.2.2.16嚴禁將從手提擠壓焊槍槍頭摘下的焊料物直接丟棄在膜面上。7.2.2.16 Dont throw the welding waste on the film.7.2.2.17手提焊槍每天使用完畢，應將槍頭內余留的焊條拔出。.7.2.2.17 Pull out the welding rod remained in the torch head after using it.7.2.2.18每天結束工作時，應及時切斷電源。7.2.2.18 Shut off the electrical source i

37、lcan sand foundation constructionWI-8710-8100-0005。7.2.5瀝青砂層施工bitumen sand layer construction7.2.5.1準備工作preparation 施工前，必須進行試配，并提供砂級配試驗報告。Carry out the mix design before construction and provide sand grading test report.將瀝青砂墊層外邊線準確放出邊線，并明確瀝青砂絕緣層的表面允許偏差和檢驗方法。砂石墊層、瀝青砂上表面允許偏差和檢驗方法見下表：The side line of b

41、.25D)2(0.5D)3(0.75D)4(D)對原有的工作面進行清掃工作。在每一層施工前，應對工作面進行徹底的清理、保證下一層干凈、整潔，無雜物污染。To clean up the base, and each layer shall be cleaned before proceeding with the next layer.攤鋪瀝青砂前，在砂石墊層上插上標有攤鋪標高的鋼筋，以控制攤鋪標高，并在攤鋪后取出，并修補鋼筋孔洞，在施工過程中嚴格控制標高，每層施工結束，立即進行標高復測，超過標準立即進行修補。插鋼筋過程鋼筋不得插得過深，防止損壞下部HDPE膜。施工人員必須經過SEPCO的培訓，

42、明確SEPCO對HSE的要求，尤其是環(huán)保方面的要求。施工人員必須穿著專用防燙勞保鞋，佩戴防護口罩及專用防護手套，防止燙傷及中毒。在施工前對施工人員進行滅火器使用培訓，并就近明顯擺放滅火器。保證施工JSA中的措施和控制方法，使人員不和熱瀝青的蒸汽接觸。現(xiàn)場設立燙傷應急急救箱，專門存放治療燙傷的藥品，并準備應急備用水桶。廢棄不用的瀝青砂進行標識并儲存在密封的容器內，清理出現(xiàn)場。施工中嚴禁明火，任何有明火的作業(yè)均不允許施工。A rebar marked with elevation shall be set up to control the bitumen/sand layer thickness

44、he inspection table, it must be submitted right now.All involved persons shall be carried out HSE training, especially environmental requirement, and equipped with proper PPE. Firefighting training shall also be carried out and extinguishers equipped. To ensure the JSA measures to be implemented to

45、prevent personnel from contact with heat bitumen vapour. The first aid box shall be equipped for any emergency. The waste bitumen/ sand shall be kept in the closed container with clear identification and removed out. No work with fire is allowed during construction.7.2.5.2瀝青砂施工bitumen sand construct

47、 not more than建筑石油瀝青building petro-bitumen（GB49475）10號520195991.0230痕跡water mark拌和：在攪拌站將10#建筑瀝青加熱至180190攝氏度，按設計中砂與瀝青配合比7：93與混合，中砂加熱溫度比瀝青高1020攝氏度，攪拌均勻，瀝青混合料出廠溫度控制在170185攝氏度。Mixing: To heat the bitumen 10# up to 180190 Celsius degrees ，and bitumen is mixed with sand at the mix ratio of 7 to 93, while

48、the sand temperature shall be 1020 Celsius degrees higher than that of bitumen. The mixture temperature shall be controlled at 170185 Celsius degrees.運輸：拌和的混合料，裝車后應控制行車時間，及時運往工地。在運輸中，不論天氣如何，必須加蓋保溫蓬布，以保證到場混合料溫度在160170攝氏度。運輸時應控制裝車量，并將蓬布加蓋密實，且車輛選用自卸車，防止瀝青漏出。運輸?shù)綀龊笙攘繙y溫度，對低于100攝氏度的廢棄不用，并查找原因，分清是運輸延誤時間降溫，還

49、是拌和站拌和原因，如是后者，及時通知拌和站調整溫度。由于瀝青粘性比普通瀝青大，運料車運料前車廂底部應涂刷適量的油混合料，避免粘車，并注意使油料不能混入瀝青砂墊層中。瀝青砂中混入油料的部分不能用到瀝青砂墊層中去，廢棄部分及時清理出場。Transportation: the mixture shall be delivered to the field promptly and insulate during transportation to ensure the temperature to be kept at 160170 Celsius degrees. 50、n 160 which is transported to the jobsite, the mixture shall be rejected and the root cause shall be investigated and necessary correction be taken.攤鋪：采用人工作業(yè)鋪筑的施工方法。攤鋪前檢查攤鋪溫度，溫度低于100的瀝青砂禁止施工，清除出現(xiàn)場，保證攤鋪過程中均勻前進，對邊角或弧形地帶，采用局部加工調整處理。攤鋪時在已攤鋪的瀝青砂墊層上鋪鋼板，工人用斗車經過鋼板將瀝青砂運至未鋪設區(qū)域，攤鋪工人站在未鋪設區(qū)域，邊攤鋪邊后退。在攤鋪后，應及時檢測攤鋪厚

52、人為全部軌跡，達到設計要求的厚度即停止作業(yè)，以免過壓。先攤鋪第一層瀝青砂，厚度大約40mm，并在模板上做出標記。攤鋪均勻后，用400kg壓路機壓實，壓路機無法壓實的區(qū)域采用人工夯實。第一層施工完畢，經SEPCO、PMC、BSC驗收后方可進行第二層施工。然后按第一層瀝青砂鋪設厚度與壓實厚度之比攤鋪第二層瀝青砂，使壓實后標高達到設計標高。中心點半球型將使用球形鐵板壓實成型。對于接茬處應將瀝青砂層鏟成斜面，使接茬相互搭接,上層接茬縫與下層接茬縫必須錯開，防止裂縫。上下層間接茬前也應噴灑一層熱瀝青。最后人工平整使碾壓達到7.5.2.1中質量標準的要求。施工中每隔30分鐘進行一次測溫，并進行詳細測溫記錄。每車瀝青砂測溫點5個，中心一個，每個邊角一個，共5個。修補瀝青砂溫度必須大于100攝氏度，施工
