1、對(duì)于獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生狀況及教育對(duì)策的淺析中英文對(duì)照for the analysis of countermeasures of student status and education of independent colleges in chinese and english.獨(dú)立學(xué)院是近10年來我國高等教育辦學(xué)體制改革創(chuàng)新的重要成果,為發(fā)展民辦高等教育事業(yè)、促進(jìn)高等教育大眾化做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。由于獨(dú)立學(xué)院因其在辦學(xué)模式和教學(xué)管理等方面的特殊性,使得獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作與公辦院校有著較多的不同。本文通過分析獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生的狀況特點(diǎn),初步探討了獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治的有效教育對(duì)策。indep

4、res of college students ideological and political education in independent college.論文關(guān)鍵詞獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育教育模式ideological and political education mode of independent college獨(dú)立學(xué)院是公有民辦的二級(jí)學(xué)院,屬于公益事業(yè),他利用非國家財(cái)政經(jīng)費(fèi)舉辦,實(shí)施本科學(xué)歷教育,其是新形勢(shì)下高等教育辦學(xué)模式和機(jī)制的探索和改革,對(duì)我國今后高等教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義,肩負(fù)著應(yīng)用型和技能型人才的培養(yǎng)任務(wù)。因?yàn)槠滢k學(xué)模式和生源條件的特殊性,獨(dú)立學(xué)院應(yīng)立足實(shí)際,

10、看,其分?jǐn)?shù)與“二本”學(xué)生錄取分?jǐn)?shù)平均相差60至100分左右,有的甚至更低。獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生是一個(gè)特殊性的群體,他們思想上積極進(jìn)取,參加活動(dòng)熱情活躍,但是傳統(tǒng)的教育模式容易讓這些學(xué)生產(chǎn)生抵觸情緒,相對(duì)來說不容易管理。而且這些學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性、約束力上與“二本”以上高校學(xué)生存在著一定的差距,但我們作為高校思想政治教育工作者,應(yīng)該負(fù)起我們的職責(zé),找尋一條適合獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生思想教育的新思路。獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生群體主要表現(xiàn)出以下特點(diǎn): first of all, there is a big difference between the independent college enrollment of stu

13、ts of a certain gap, but we as educators, should take up our responsibility, to find a new way for the ideological education of students in independent college. the independent institute student groups mainly exhibit the following characteristics:(一)強(qiáng)烈渴望大學(xué)校園生活,但對(duì)自己學(xué)院的歸屬感不強(qiáng) ( a ) a strong desire to u
14、niversity campus life, but they do not have a strong sense of school belonging獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生和普通本科院校學(xué)生一樣,思想上積極要求進(jìn)步,對(duì)大學(xué)生活充滿希望,并且希望通過參加各種實(shí)踐活動(dòng)鍛煉自己的能力,得到同學(xué)和社會(huì)的認(rèn)可和尊重,但是因?yàn)槠涓呖挤謹(jǐn)?shù)相對(duì)較低,支付較高的學(xué)費(fèi),和普通本科生一起學(xué)習(xí)生活,導(dǎo)致部分學(xué)生具有較強(qiáng)的自卑感,有低人一等的感覺,致使他們對(duì)自己學(xué)院的歸屬感不強(qiáng)。另一方面,獨(dú)立學(xué)院辦校時(shí)間還不是很長,其辦學(xué)性質(zhì)、辦學(xué)模式、辦學(xué)水平受到了一定程度的質(zhì)疑;同時(shí)導(dǎo)致一些用人單位,企業(yè)對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生有一定的偏見。
15、最后,學(xué)生就很有挫敗感,很失落。所以,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生歸屬感的教育,讓他們不再自卑,樹立自強(qiáng)自信意識(shí),是獨(dú)立學(xué)院,也是我們思想政治工作教育者必須面對(duì)的難題。students and ordinary undergraduate college students in independent college, thinking positive progress requirements, full of hope for the university life, and hope that through participation in various activities to exe

19、llege, but also the problem of our ideological and political work education must face up to.(二)情感上很敏感,心理狀態(tài)不夠穩(wěn)定 ( two ) emotionally sensitive, mental state is not stable enough獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生情感豐富,對(duì)外界很敏感,具有很高的興奮點(diǎn),心理狀態(tài)很容易波動(dòng),不穩(wěn)定,常常會(huì)因?yàn)橐患∈虑槎l(fā)很大的情緒波動(dòng)。碰到一些突發(fā)事情時(shí),他們往往只會(huì)考慮自己的尊嚴(yán)和面子而忽視了事情可能引發(fā)的后果,所以他們情感上很脆弱,往往很容易受到各種挫折和
20、傷害,嚴(yán)重點(diǎn)會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些心理問題。而且他們自我控制力一般較差,當(dāng)其對(duì)某一事物產(chǎn)生興趣時(shí)(如網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲),很容易陷入沉迷狀態(tài)。因此,獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)、生活中很容易受到各種因素的困擾,對(duì)自己的學(xué)習(xí)、生活產(chǎn)生很大的影響。因此,我們必須在學(xué)院內(nèi)建立起一套完善的心理輔導(dǎo)、心理測(cè)評(píng)機(jī)制,解決同學(xué)們因?qū)W習(xí)、生活、思想等帶來的心理問題。 independent college students emotional, very sensitive to outside, has the very high excitement, mental state easily volatile, unstable, of

23、 learning, life. therefore, we must establish a set of perfect psychological counseling, psychological evaluation mechanism in college, to solve the psychological problems of students caused by learning, life, thought and so.(三)意志上不夠堅(jiān)定,易受外界干擾 ( three ) the will is not strong enough, vulnerable to ou
24、tside interference獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生總體來說文化基礎(chǔ)比較薄弱,沒有形成一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,自覺性也不強(qiáng),在學(xué)習(xí)上面經(jīng)常偏科嚴(yán)重。同時(shí)他們也渴望獲得好成績,敬佩學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)秀的同學(xué),但是由于其心理上的沉重壓力和自卑感,表現(xiàn)出學(xué)習(xí)熱情不高,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正。這都是因?yàn)橹袑W(xué)階段沒有養(yǎng)成一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)生活習(xí)慣,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)入大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)時(shí),經(jīng)受不住外界誘惑,很容易養(yǎng)成一些不良的習(xí)慣,如迷戀網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲和上網(wǎng)聊天等。 independent college students overall cultural foundation is weak, have not formed a good le

27、( four ) psychological vulnerability, worse on the endurance of setbacks獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生一般來說家里經(jīng)濟(jì)條件都較好,其中獨(dú)生子女和城鎮(zhèn)生源比例明顯高于普通本科院校,絕大部分學(xué)生在相對(duì)優(yōu)越的順境中成長,其中許多學(xué)生在家過著小皇帝般、小公主般的日子,受到家長的過分溺愛,導(dǎo)致他們自尊心強(qiáng),以自我為中心嚴(yán)重,生活自理能力和人際交往能力二、獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治的教育對(duì)策independent college students in general home economic conditions are better, which o

31、e of equality awareness of students, enhance their sense of belonging首先,教育工作者必須平等的對(duì)待獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生和普通本科院校的學(xué)生,避免因?yàn)榻逃叩难栽~或者行為不當(dāng),刺激獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生情感,不能當(dāng)面指責(zé),甚至對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生另眼相看,在平時(shí)工作中避免對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生和普通本科院校學(xué)生進(jìn)行對(duì)比,以免激發(fā)學(xué)生自卑心理,以致在教育效果上取得相反結(jié)果。教育者應(yīng)該既是學(xué)生的良師,也是學(xué)生的知心朋友,她有著教師和朋友的雙重身份,對(duì)待學(xué)生上要平等關(guān)愛,以心交心。要加強(qiáng)宣傳教育,以正確的思想引導(dǎo)學(xué)生,多以各種校園活動(dòng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行教育,并且結(jié)合他們

36、dependent institute of high-quality education team國務(wù)院十六號(hào)文件明確指出指出“思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的組織保證。大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍主體是學(xué)校黨政干部和共青團(tuán)干部,思想政治理論課和哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)課教師,輔導(dǎo)員和班主任”?!拜o導(dǎo)員、班主任是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,輔導(dǎo)員按照黨委的部署有針對(duì)性地開展思想政治教育活動(dòng),班主任負(fù)有在思想、學(xué)習(xí)和生活等方面指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的職責(zé)”。獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生具有較強(qiáng)的個(gè)性和創(chuàng)造力,作為教育者要教會(huì)學(xué)生在大學(xué)階段如何對(duì)自己進(jìn)行定位,設(shè)立一個(gè)符合實(shí)際的中長期目標(biāo),并指導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)

43、與思想政治教育都有自己的側(cè)重點(diǎn),作為大學(xué)生,正值青春期,其人生觀,價(jià)值觀正是日趨成熟的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,在認(rèn)知和意識(shí)方面會(huì)出現(xiàn)一系列矛盾。教育者應(yīng)該加大大學(xué)生心理健康教育,可搭建一些心理健康教育的交流平臺(tái),增加相關(guān)心理輔導(dǎo)課程,定期舉辦心理健康教育論壇,邀請(qǐng)知名的心理健康教育專家進(jìn)行講座等。加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生心理和生理上的關(guān)心和愛護(hù),幫助學(xué)生克服或消除心理障礙,克服一些不健康的心理問題。通過發(fā)揮思想政治教育功效,利用心理學(xué)研究成果,使思想政治教育和心理健康教育有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,充分發(fā)揮起作用,幫助學(xué)生樹立健康心理意識(shí),增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,促進(jìn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生在大學(xué)階段能夠健康全面發(fā)展。 opinions of t

50、tical education in independent colleges獨(dú)立學(xué)院培養(yǎng)人才應(yīng)為應(yīng)用型、實(shí)踐型人才,針對(duì)這一特點(diǎn),教育者應(yīng)當(dāng)調(diào)整教育思路,開辟一些適應(yīng)獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育的新途徑。如通過各種不同的途徑關(guān)心和幫扶不同的學(xué)生群體,以適應(yīng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的多樣化、群落化特征,探索適合各種不同學(xué)生群體的培養(yǎng)模式,揚(yáng)長避短,允許學(xué)生選擇自己較擅長的科目進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),從而避開一些自己不擅長的科目。增加課外實(shí)踐和實(shí)習(xí)在學(xué)習(xí)過程中的比重,采取多種形式給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造課外實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì),通過理論和實(shí)踐、體力和腦力相結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任感,豐富其人生閱歷。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,還可借助一些
