2、本保函正本后，無延誤地按照受益人的要求，將總金額不超過最高限額的款項支付到開立于受益人名下的賬戶。二、書面索賠通知應(yīng)當(dāng)聲明申請人違反了合同項下的義務(wù)及申請人的違約情形，注明索賠金額及受益人賬戶，同時應(yīng)當(dāng)附有 機構(gòu) 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)情況判斷是否需要第三方機構(gòu)進(jìn)行檢驗。若不需，請刪除。出具的說明申請人交付的貨物或服務(wù)存在質(zhì)量問題的書面報告。書面索賠通知必須經(jīng)受益人有效簽署并通過受益人當(dāng)?shù)氐囊患毅y行送達(dá)擔(dān)保人，且該銀行必須證實書面索賠通知簽章的真實性和法律效力。三、本保函可以分次索賠，但索賠總金額不得超過本保函項下的最高限額。四、本保函自 年 月 日起生效，至 年 月 日（下稱“到期日”）失效。所有根據(jù)本保
