1、新二單元練習(xí)培訓(xùn)師:戴明瑤培訓(xùn)目標(biāo): 以每課為一單元 ,教會(huì)新老師如何去講一堂 .讓他們?cè)诎盐战滩牡幕A(chǔ)上,從每課著手 ,如何安排他的課堂 ,如何分配課堂時(shí)間 .知道一堂課的基本流程 . 培訓(xùn)流程: warm-up new words(倒背如流) grammar text homework培訓(xùn)課時(shí): 3 小時(shí)培訓(xùn)用具:圖片,彩筆。Lesson 1A private conversationLast week I went to the theatre . I had a very good seat.The play was veryinteresting. I did not enjoy i
2、t.A young man and a young woman were sitting behindme. They were talking loudly . I got very angry . I could not hear the actors. I turnedround. I looked at the man and the woman angrily . They did not pay any attention .In the end, I could not bear it. I turned round again. I cant hear a word! I sa

7、Theater1.注意發(fā)音th ea 發(fā)音 i ?2.練習(xí)的 th 發(fā)音:把舌頭伸出來(lái)散散熱,想象你要吃肉了,咬住舌尖。哪為同學(xué)沒伸出來(lái)我要幫忙拽了啊, (如果有同學(xué)咬的過(guò)多 ,就假裝要打舌頭的樣子 , 學(xué)生自然回縮 )。Read after me。Think three thing thirsty thin thief fifth teethCinema:電影院。 You can watch a film inand a play in aSydney Opera house以上我們講的是從熱身到單詞.為什么要這么安排?在新一單元練習(xí)和新二單元練習(xí)是基本相同的,他的流程基本是一樣的.有的老師
8、會(huì)問(wèn),新一孩子小需要做warm-up, 那新二就不用了吧.其實(shí)不是 ,新二也是非常有必要的.首先 ,新二相對(duì)于新一來(lái)說(shuō), 內(nèi)容的深度有所增加,以語(yǔ)法為住 , 本來(lái)就很枯燥的動(dòng)西,如何能講的出彩,如何能夠吸引你的學(xué)生呢?所以需要老師在課堂上安排有趣的例子,從一開始就可以吸引學(xué)生的注意力 .新二 warm-up 的基本要求 :1 .warm-up的目的是引起學(xué)生的興趣和注意力,讓后趁熱打鐵引到你的課堂上來(lái).所以warm-up 的安排必須是和本課內(nèi)容密切相關(guān)的, 要能從 warm-up 引到 newwords. 比如 ,在你的 warm-up 里要出現(xiàn)你接下來(lái)要講的單詞.也就是說(shuō)warm-up 和
9、new words 要有很好的過(guò)渡和銜接,不能直接跨越.2 .warm-up 要求用全英文,這樣可以鍛煉學(xué)生的聽力 .,所以老師可以在備課的時(shí)候先把它寫出來(lái) ,背下來(lái),那樣有所準(zhǔn)備不會(huì)在課堂上出現(xiàn)冷場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)象 . 當(dāng)然 , 每個(gè)班的學(xué)生都有好有差 ,老師在用英文講話時(shí) ,語(yǔ)速要慢 ,那樣保證你的學(xué)生可以聽懂 ,適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候用中文解釋一下 .但切記 ,不會(huì)講英文的,不要勉強(qiáng),不能在課堂上講的亂七八糟 .單詞的講解我們放在 倒背如流 中一起進(jìn)行, 在講解的過(guò)程中注意首先引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察全圖,給出問(wèn)題,總結(jié)全文(概括大意) ,然后在逐步進(jìn)行講解,要著重重點(diǎn)圖標(biāo)以及引領(lǐng)回顧,語(yǔ)法的講解放在最后進(jìn)行。2. 10、had a very good seat.圖標(biāo)講解 :運(yùn)用 body language展示 good 手勢(shì), good what?(seat)單詞講解 :Seat:1.ea 的發(fā)音 i:2.名詞:座位動(dòng)詞 sit:使 坐下Can you take place of the word“seat”here?We can say: I had a good place view: I had a good view.能否說(shuō) “I sat a good seat”or “I sat a good place”.? 這是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 Chinglish Be seated, please. 請(qǐng)坐3The pl
11、ay was very interesting圖標(biāo)講解 :body language 教師鼓掌做興奮狀,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說(shuō)出The play was veryinteresting.單詞講解 :Play:v 玩,演奏,讓學(xué)生舉例子。打籃球 /踢足球 /彈鋼琴 /彈吉他Play: n 戲劇 , 讓學(xué)生說(shuō)出莎士比亞的幾部作品(哈姆雷特,麥克白,李兒王,奧塞羅,羅密歐與朱麗葉等) ,Peking opera 京劇4I did not enjoy it.圖標(biāo)講解 :“X ”表示轉(zhuǎn)折, means“but”. Enjoy 用簡(jiǎn)筆畫表示 .單詞講解 :Enjoy: v 喜歡,欣賞,讓學(xué)生造句: I enjoy t
12、he play/I enjoyed the weather/Do you enjoy my dress?Can you replace the underlined words with“enjoy”?(教師向?qū)W生展示卡片,包括以下句子,讓學(xué)生針對(duì)畫線部分進(jìn)行替換)Last week, we went to the theatre and wehad a good time.(答案: had a good time=enjoyed myself)They appreciatemy movie.(The key: appreciate=enjoy)Do you like Jay Chous mu

They were talking loudly 。圖標(biāo)講解 :Who were sitting behind me? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說(shuō)出 “A man and a women were sitting behind me.”What were they doing? They were talking loudly. Loudly 用漢語(yǔ)表示
14、,音量由小到大,因此為 Loudly 。(簡(jiǎn)筆畫)(這個(gè)句子的時(shí)態(tài)是過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí) ,由于本課重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)法為簡(jiǎn)單句,本處只讓學(xué)生通過(guò)替換使學(xué)生熟悉本句型 )課堂活動(dòng) :Now, let sgroup in two.
