1、冀教版初中英語(yǔ)第五冊(cè)Lesson 43 Brians injury作者:雒娟 時(shí)間:2013-11-20 18:55:04一、教學(xué)課題: 冀教版初中英語(yǔ)第五冊(cè)Lesson 43 Brians injury 二、學(xué)生課前準(zhǔn)備: 1)、預(yù)習(xí)單詞、了解重點(diǎn)詞匯和短語(yǔ)的用法。 2)預(yù)習(xí)并熟讀課文,了解預(yù)防交通事故的一些常識(shí)。 三、 教學(xué)分析: 第六單元圍繞事故這一話題展開,談?wù)撋钪谐R姷母鞣N事故。本課處于本單元的第三課,一共包括兩部分,一部分是一段對(duì)話,介紹了Brian出事之后到醫(yī)院的場(chǎng)景,承接Lesson 42的故事情節(jié);第二部分是一則有關(guān)交通事故的新聞。這一課要求學(xué)生談?wù)撌軅脑掝}及描述交通事故
2、的能力。 四、Teaching aims(教學(xué)目標(biāo)): 1、知識(shí)目標(biāo):掌握詞匯及句型:injury , patient , recover , safety ,rule ,drop ,bounce ,witness ,icy ,rush , be mad at There is something wrong with., stop from doing., in a hurry. 2、能力目標(biāo):了解并能用英語(yǔ)談?wù)撋钪械氖軅笆鹿试掝},知道在交通事故出現(xiàn)時(shí)應(yīng)該采取哪些措施。 3、情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀:通過(guò)各項(xiàng)任務(wù)活動(dòng),激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,讓學(xué)生敢于開口,積極參與交流,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生樹立安全第一及相
3、互幫助的意識(shí)。 五、Teaching important points(教學(xué)重點(diǎn)): 1. Master the words and phrases in this lesson. 2. Talk about injury and the topic of accident. 六、Teaching difficult point(教學(xué)難點(diǎn)): Describe the traffic accident in English. 七、Teaching resources(教學(xué)資源): Book, recorder , pictures , ppt. 八、Teaching methods(教法):
4、1.聽力訓(xùn)練法。 2.提問引入法。 3.任務(wù)型教學(xué)法。 4.競(jìng)賽教學(xué)法。 九、Learning methods(學(xué)法): 1. 小組合作,互相交流。 2. 進(jìn)行小組競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)。 3. 及時(shí)鞏固,整理歸納。 4. 養(yǎng)成聽和良好的閱讀習(xí)慣。 十、Teaching steps(教學(xué)步驟): Step1: Warming up: 1.宣布本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)方式:小組競(jìng)賽。按座位把學(xué)生分成四個(gè)參賽組,按每個(gè)同學(xué)的課堂表現(xiàn)為本組加分,課末評(píng)出winner。學(xué)習(xí)的方式宣布讓學(xué)生對(duì)本節(jié)課充滿了興趣,激起了他們的斗志和為本組爭(zhēng)分的表現(xiàn)欲。 2. Show three pictures to the students a
5、nd get them to revise what they have learned in Lesson 42. Step 2: Listening task: 1. Can Brian walk? 2. Is Brian mad at Danny? Step 3: Reading: Divide the students into several groups and read the first passage, then get them to answer the following questions: 1. Who is Brians doctor? 2. What did D
6、r. Ling ask Brian to do? 3. Whats wrong with Brian? 4. Is Brians injury serious? 5. Who learned a new safety rule? Whats it? During this process, teach the new words and phrases by showing some pictures : patient, injury , recover, a safety. rule, There is something wrong with be mad at Then get the
7、 students to retell the passage according to the answers Step 4: come to the news “ Girl, 13, Hit by Car”: 1. Show the students some pictures about serious accidents. 2. Have the students read the news and finish an accident report form. 3. Check the answers. Get the students to find out the new wor
8、ds phrases in this part: witness, drop, bounce, icy, in a hurry, stop/prevent/keep sb./sth. from doing 4. Do some exercises to check the students if they master these words and phrases. 5. An activity: Lets be a reporter! Get the students to give us a report about the accidents. 6. Free talk: If som
9、ebody is badly hurt in an accident, what should we do? Step 5: Make a summary: 1. Safety is the first, we should obey the safety rules in our daily life. 2. Tell the students which group is the winner. Step6: Homework: 1. Make sentences with the words and phrases we have learned today. 2. Write a re
