11、等:MA TL AB在化工模擬控制軟件開發(fā)中應(yīng)用的探討七十七型模擬可以達到最優(yōu)設(shè)計。所以化工過程模擬是化工過程與分析、化工過程研究與開發(fā)、模擬預(yù)測、優(yōu)化和控制生產(chǎn)過程的基礎(chǔ)。然而無論是化工過程模型的建立,還是化工過程模型的使用都需要大量的計算過程。由于模型中包含大量的非線性方程(組)、常微分方程(組)、偏微分方程(組)等計算工作量大,計算過程復(fù)雜,而化工過程優(yōu)化過程涉及的計算量更是巨大,所以化工過程的模型化的使用受到很大限制。隨著計算機技術(shù)在各行各業(yè)應(yīng)用越來越普遍,計算機技術(shù)為化工過程模擬提供了有力的支持。已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了一些商用化工模擬軟件,如:一個花、II,可用于工廠物料衡算和能量衡算,親這類軟

They use very simple (Group), ordinary differential equations (groups), partial differential equations (groups), MA, T2Convenient and fast to ope
25、rate.L AB tools in the simulation toolbox and neural network toolboxThe temperature control influences the yield directly. The temperature of the reaction kettle is simulated and controlled by MA T2. The main interface is shown in figure 1. The temperature control of the reaction kettle is required
26、to be between 7-10 DEG C, and the cooling water is cooled through the jacket of the reactor and the coil inside the kettle to cool the reactor. The software has realized the following functions: (1) the simulation equation is established. The temperature in the reaction vessel is displayed in an int
27、uitive graphical manner for real-time monitoring. Meanwhile, the cooling water flow rate, the inlet temperature of cooling water, the outlet temperature of cooling water and the reaction time of every 100s during the completion of an autoclave reaction are recorded. After getting dozens of such data
